We were very impressed with our accommodations. The house and pool were exceptionally clean and a fantastic location. The owners were very helpful with absolutely everthing and very quick to respond. One thing was we were told we would pay for electricity but 60 for 4 nights seemed quite high. No way that they pay on average 3,000 per month. That would be insane.

Thank you very much for your positive review of our property; I was very pleased to read it. However, you complain about the high electricity costs of 60€ for 4 nights. According to our property management, these high costs are due to the fact that you left the building’s air conditioning units running even when you were away. You must have noticed your calculation error by now: With electricity costs of €60 for 4 nights, the monthly electricity bill would be around €450, not €3,000.

Location, location, location!! We loved the proximity of the house to the beach, walking trails and lighthouse…all with stunning views. We also loved that the house was within walking distance to a small convenience store and some restaurants, and the neighborhood itself with the cobblestone streets was worth the morning stroll to enjoy the beautifully landscaped homes with unique architecture. The town of Carvoeiro was maybe 10 minutes away and worth the visit. Many restaurants, shops, and even live music on the beach!!The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our party of four. We enjoyed several days in the pool, and appreciated how the wall surrounding it kept it private as well as free from wind on a rather breezy day. We were pleased with the easy self check in instructions, as it’s often hard to know the exact time of arrival when traveling. Overall, a wonderful experience!!Julie & Ken Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA

The property was really spacious with a beautiful outdoor area, that included a perfectly sized pool and BBQ grill. The location was perfect - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive into Carvoeiro, with a variety of restaurants to choose from. The historic town of Silves was just a 15 minute drive and there were lots of accessible attractions (e.g. Aquatic park, Sand City to name a few).Would highly recommend.

Amazing place

Fantastic villa in a perfect setting. Beaches and beautiful coastline right on the doorstep, plus a 10 minute walk to restaurants and a bar (and a little supermarket). This said, I'd recommend a car for your stay. The best restaurant was the Italian place in the Antlantico Clube complex - yes, it's more expensive than the others but the food and service is far superior. We'll be back to this place - fell in love with the villa.

fantastic property to relax and explore the area!

We had a fantastic vacation with this property as our base. It was very easy to communicate with the host prior to our arrival. The neighborhood is lovely and it is the quickest walk from the house to the amazing Seven Valleys Hanging Trail along the cliff’s edge to admire the sea and the stunning cliffs. It is also a very short walk from the house to an amazing beach. There are views of the ocean through the trees on the property, and the ocean sound and breeze are more prominent in real-life than in the pictures. The house itself is lovely. The gardens are beautiful and a pleasure to admire and investigate. The second floor sunroom has a beautiful view towards the sea and lighthouse. My husband and I had coffee there in the mornings and our teenage daughters liked to hang out up there at night. We had the pool heated in April and it was very pleasant. There is a nice hot water rinse-off shower by the pool which was great. Inside the house, the kitchen was well supplied, the living room furniture was comfortable and the beds in the 3 bedrooms were comfortable as well. We were 5 of us in the house, two parents two older teenager girls and a boyfriend and we all had plenty of space to be alone when needed and also plenty of space to hang together. The only thing off the top of my head is that a few more pool towels would be nice but that is a minor, minor suggestion. I would stay here again most definitely if we are lucky enough to get another chance to visit the area. My whole family agrees that this was one of ours best vacations.

We loved this rental within walking distance of a great beach ( Praia da Carvalhos) and the coastal path that lets you see amazing amounts of scenery without getting in the car. The pool was clean and perfect for the afternoon heat. Great view from roof deck too

Sehr schönes Anwesen in privilegierter Lage

Traumhaus in sehr schöner grüner Wohngegend
