La Villa Pheakon est une villa de luxe située sur la cÎte sud de Chypre et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage vierge du drapeau bleu de la baie de Pissouri. Ici vous pouvez trouver une bonne sélection de tavernes et supérettes. La villa a été construite dans le style traditionnel de l'ßle grecque, offrant un hébergement spacieux partout, une piscine privée, un parking privé, un haut degré d'intimité et une vue sur la baie. Fabulous villa with a really lovely view in a great location which felt very safe and private. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything we needed being provided. We loved the pool and the different outside seating areas with the sun loungers being wonderful for relaxation. Communictaion with Pete, the owner, was really good and check-in was easy thankfully as we arrived in the dark! As we were unable to get to the supermarket until the next morning, the food items that had been left for us were very welcome...thank you. We really liked Pissouri Bay as a location. It had a very laid back atmosphere with a lovely beach (pebbles) and we really enjoyed the walk along the beautfiul seafront and further along the coast. It's only about a 10 min drive to the local supermarket in Pissouri which had a good range of products. All in all, if you would like a really relaxing holiday, warm/hot temperatures and blue skies in a quieter area of Cyprus, but with the historical sites, walks along the coast and in the mountains, this is the place to be! We'll definitely be back!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the beautiful Villa Pheakon! It was our first time in Pissouri, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning location with incredible views. Everything we needed was provided, and the communication from Denise and Pete was excellent throughout. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend the villa to anyone! Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Pissouri! Thank you again!

Villa Pheakon is brilliantly located with great views in an up-and-coming area of Cyprus. It’s well equipped, easy to find with dedicated parking, it’s also spacious and offers a high degree of privacy. The welcome guide is comprehensive, super-useful and on arrival we found milk, ham, cheese, wine and other essentials which we felt were a really nice touch, particularly given that there was nothing open when we arrived late at night. We made use of the facilities including the kitchen and the barbecue. The bathrooms have been refitted and are nicely finished. There are some parts of the property that feel a little tired; a couple of the dining room chairs where held together with sellotape, one of the air conditioning units was changed while we were there; another one in the front room was largely ineffective. There was also an issue with the pool top up valves not working correctly, and the water level being too low, this was also dealt with as part of the twice weekly routine maintenance at the property. The most concerning thing for us, however, was the presence of a cockroach in the kitchen cupboard, which I made Pete aware of. He advised that this is not unusual in hot countries and that the complex is treated regularly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Cyprus and we found Pissouri to be a welcoming area, with lots to do and in easy reach of both Paphos and the Troodos Mountains.

Allt med det praktiska funkade jÀtte bra. Stort tack till Pete och Denise att de fyllde upp kylskÄpet med frukost artiklar dÄ vi anlÀnde sent. Tack ocksÄ för det fina födelsedags kortet och flaskan med Prosseco jag fick i 50-Ärs present! Vi hyrde ingen bil men taxi service Loucas och hans son Nicolas funkade perfekt. Underbara mÀnniskor. Det fanns det mesta vi behövde nere i Pissouri bay men större utbud uppe i Pissouri Village. Villan hade allt vi behövde och en underbar pool. Kommer vi tillbaka sÄ hyr vi den igen. Pete och Denise har varit vÀldigt bra hyresvÀrdar!

A very private lovely villa

After a bug hiccup with the original booking due to a relationship issue, Pete was super supportive and helped me to move the booking to a future date. Arriving at the villa, it was clear this is a very private villa. Not overlooked in any direction. A wonderful outdoor space,, and open plan kitchen / diner / living room. Very good sized bedrooms, and very well stocked. A lovely welcome pack of wine, and food items like milk, bread etc was left as we arrived late evening. A very inique place is you want some privaxy. A very short walk to the beach and restaurants (about 5 mins). Will absolutely consider going again. Thank you!

Tolle, perfekt eingerichtete Villa

Die Villa Phaekon ist sehr großzĂŒgig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen individuellen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Check-in Informationen, die wir von Pete und Denise bekommen haben, waren sehr ausfĂŒhrlich. Einen besonderen Dank fĂŒr den gefĂŒllten KĂŒhlschrank, der spĂ€t ankommende GĂ€sten wie uns einen gute Nacht Happen, einen gute Nacht Trunk und ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck ermöglichten, ohne vorher einkaufen zu mĂŒssen. Pissouri Bay ist eine perfekte Ausgangsbasis, um den SĂŒden der Insel zu erkunden. Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf Zypern in der Villa Phaekon sehr genossen.

Eine sehr schöne Woche in Pissouri in der Villa Pheakon

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen sondern nur zu loben. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefĂŒhlt. Einzige kleine EinschrĂ€nkung ist die vorbeifĂŒhrende Straße, die man nicht sieht aber hört. DafĂŒr ist die Lage zum Strand und zu den Restaurants in Pissouri Bay perfekt, da beides ohne Probleme fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen, was nicht selbstverstĂ€ndlich ist. Insgesamt haben wir Pissouri als idealen Urlaubsort empfunden mit einer sehr schönen Badebucht und dem alten Ortskern weiter oben mit ebenfalls guten Restaurants . Limassol mit vielen interessanten Möglichkeiten ist schnell erreicht. Bei unseren Gastgebern bedanken wir uns auch fĂŒr den gut gefĂŒllten KĂŒhlschrank, der uns am ersten Abend bei spĂ€ter Ankunft sehr geholfen hat. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen!! Kerstin und Rolf

A marvellous stay

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Pheakon. The villa is clean, light, modern and well equipped. We arrived late to find a very useful welcome pack which Pam, the local manager for the villa, provided. She popped in the first morning to welcome us and was always available to contact should there be a need. There is very efficient air conditioning (on timers) with the added bonus of ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well. The private pool was very clean and inviting and we enjoyed lovely morning swims. The sun did disappear by about 4 pm, but maybe this was due to our visit being later in the year. Excellent communications from the owners, Denise and Pete, who provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival and had also produced a comprehensive guide to all the facilities in the villa itself. Would recommend a car. A good time was had, many thanks. Val and Joe

Hier gab es nichts zu meckern!

Das Haus ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und es ist alles an EinrichtungsgegenstĂ€nden vorhanden. Die Lage ist Klasse! Der Strand und die Restaurants sind keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Einmal pro Woche war ein Reinigungsservice vor Ort, der Bad & WC gereinigt hatte sowie die BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher gewechselt hat. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern ist schnell und unkompliziert. Die ErfĂŒllung von SonderwĂŒnschen ist durchaus Möglich. Denn wir wollten aufgrund unserer Landezeit am frĂŒhen Morgen einchecken, was uns problemlos ermöglicht wurde. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl und willkommen gefĂŒhlt.

Wonderful stay at Villa Pheakon

We had a two week stay at Villa Pheakon and it was fantastic! There was everything there that you could have needed, all bases covered, home from home. The living accommodation was ideal with plenty of space. The gardens were absolutely beautiful and well tended. The pool and pool area were lovely and so relaxing. The lady who manages the villa was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be going back sometime soon I hope.

We consider ourselves very privileged to have homes in two idyllic locations, Cornwall (England) and Pissouri (Cyprus). Pete is now retired after 42 years working in customer service and Denise has also recently retired.
Denise first visited Pissouri several years ago and always knew it was a place she would like to return to. Later when her daughter and son-in-law were stationed at Akrotiri, Pissouri was the obvious place to return to. Having previously looked for a holiday home elsewhere, we found exactly what we wanted in Pissouri Bay on the last day of our holiday! It is furnished and maintained to a high standard. We have a committed team maintaining the villa who all live in Pissouri, sharing our desire that everybody staying at Villa Pheakon has the best holiday possible.
