Casa George is a newly refurbished 4 bedroom family villa with a private secluded pool area. It is surrounded by mature gardens with orange, lemon, almond and fig trees. The house benefits from sea views across open countryside towards Albufeira, Pine Cliffs particularly from the panoramic first floor terrace. Family friendly with cot and high chair. The pool terrace is perfect for relaxing days soaking up the Portuguese sunshine and the built in barbeque area provides a great opportunity for relaxed alfresco dining. The villa offers plenty of space for a family. The rear garden and pavillion area provides a relaxing shaded area with furniture and great views over open countryside towards the sea . The pavillion is an ideal location for yoga and pilates with views over the countryside to the sea.

The villa has excellent direct access from a country lane (no rocky dirtracks etc). An excellent local restaurant/bar is 300m away. Small shops and supermarkets are a 5 minute drive. Hypermarkets are at Albufeira or Loule a traditional portuguese town with daily market a 15 minute drive. There are many restaurants, bars and shops within a 10/15 minute drive in busy, Vilamoura, Albufeira or the quieter village of Bouliqueme. Other attractions include water parks, golf (15+ courses), tennis, water sports, karting, theme parks (Zoomarine) and cinemas.

Why Stephen Marsden chose Faro District

The property offers a peaceful location in the hills above Vilamoura with plenty of space for family and friends, the private pool and grounds are not overlooked and allow various areas for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The beauty of its location allows you to walk to a couple of local restaurant or alternatively jump in the car and be in Vilamoura in 5/10 mins, or Albufeira in 10/15 mins. Loule a traditional Portuguese town has museums and daily market are worth a visit. For all keen golfers there are plenty of splendid first class courses in the area. The beaches in the Algarve are vast and are undoubtedly the most beautiful in Europe.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and Linen are included. Villa is cleaned once per week. Linen is changed once per week. Towels are changed twice per week. Beach towels are not included.

Comfortable housing for short rest near Albufeira. Beautiful garden in front of the house, beautifully lit trees at night.

But the mosquittlers were agitated, who shook us hard.

Lovely villa with plenty of space and an amazing pool / garden!

We had a wonderful holiday.. the villa had everything we needed.. 2 families (10 people in total) had plenty of space, never felt cramped. The pool and garden were just perfect! We didn't hire a car.. walked to aldi and got taxi's back and got taxi's to vilamoura marina which was beautiful. The restaurant by the villa was lovely. Booking process and everything after was perfect.. Stephen is very helpful and accomadating. Thankyou!

Lovely property

I visited this property with a group of friends for a long weekend earlier this month. We had a lovely time and the property had everything we needed during our stay. It was well presented and had more than enough space for a group of 6 people, which we were. The property was a little cold for us during the first day or two of our stay as we didn't have lots of sunshine, but as the weather warmed up outside the property started to warm up as well. There is also a fire in the living room. Would definitely stay again.

Great location lovely outside lots of space enjoyed ourselves thank u

Unfortunately we had bad weather and the villa was cold but we were able to light the fire . Loved the outside space and the peaceful surroundings . Think the living room needs an update but overall really enjoyed it.

The nearest beach is Faleisa beach at Vilamoura (5 minutes by car) which is wide and long. The Algarve is famous for some of the best beaches in Europe. There are excellent beaches west towards Albufeira and east towards Quinta do Lago. Many have excellent beach bars/restaurant our favourite is Passoes at a beach in between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

Travel:

Airport 20 minute drive.

Car hire recommended.

A 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is payable on confirmation of booking. Balance of rental is payable 45 days prior to arrival which if cancelled at this stage only 50% will be refunded. Payment in full is required for bookings made less than 8 weeks from departure.
Prices are for 8 guests maximum, additional guest are charged at a rate 50 Euros Low season, 70 Euros Mid season, 100 Euros High season per additional person.
We do advise that you hire a car for your stay at Casa George.
