Downtown Philipsburg vacation rentals

We stayed two weeks. The first week from owner Stephen was excellent.Beautiful corner view on top corner floor. His personal communication with me was great and the 3 bedroom condo was updated and quiet.Knew we had to move the second week and all went well. Just found that unit similar furnishings but seemed older. The view on first floor end unit was pretty but had a wide wall so you could not see the ocean unless standing up.The housekeeper Martha on the third floor was excellent. Rest of accommodations we used associated with JW Marriott was excellent. Service from the pool wonderful. Love the location as you are right on the border of Dutch and French.All the door men to greet you were special especially Stevenson, the pool staff Egmar was so attentive and polite. Secondly, Rodney was our backup excellent.We had a lovely relaxing trip just what we needed.

This property was most likely my favorite of all of the VRBO’s that I’ve ever stayed in on the island! Gabriel and Marino are helpful, gracious hosts who anticipate every need and go above and beyond at every opportunity. The hill to the property takes getting used to but that hapoens quickly. The unit hAS EVERYTHING you need and is well appointed! I can’t say enough good things!!💕💕

From the moment of booking, Doug has been incredibly attentive, responsive and helpful. He provides a comprehensive packet of information, recommendations to local stores, charters, amenities, generous coupons and anything else you could ever need. Serge, the property manager, is equally charming and helpful with all of your needs. The property is gorgeous, comfortable and well-appointed. Couldn’t have had a better experience. We will be back.

This property was a wonderful place to stay and true to pictures. It is positioned in a great spot on the island central to pretty much everything. The interior was clean and well appointed, while the balcony was a wonderful and relaxing place to spend time eating and reading with a nice breeze and good shade offering relief from the hot Caribbean sun. Fred was easy to communicate with and showed concern when we arrived late and had not checked in as scheduled (air travel and Immigration delays). This place will be in our saved locations on St Martin for future trips.

The location is awesome. Two blocks to the boardwalk. The condo was clean and the AC worked great. Check in smooth and easy. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again.
