The villa is set in its own grounds with a patio and barbecue area set in a lawned garden with trees and shrubs. The garden is fully enclosed and is private and very secure. There is a swimming pool (8x4m) for the sole use of guests and a shaded area is provided to escape the heat of the hot summer sun. Within a 5 minute walk you will find the nearest Venta (bar/restaurant), Casa Blas, where you will always get a welcome reception. This is the busiest Venta in the area although the Florentina, which is approximately 1 kilometre away is also worth a visit. There is a small shop next to Casa Blas which sells basic requirements and is open late in the evening. A Pharmacy is a further 2 minutes walk away. There is a bus stop outside Casa Blas, which takes you into Chiclana, where you can catch buses to other locations. The beach at La Barrosa (Novo Sancti Petri) is a 15 minute drive, the town of Chiclana a 7 minute drive, the city of Cadiz a 20 minutes drive and Gibraltar, for tax free shopping and Rock Tours, a 1 hour drive.

Perfect family villa

Have just returned from an lovely relaxing family holiday. The villa itself had everything we needed and swimming pool was a great size. The garden space was secure so we felt the children were safe. Gina and Gary answered all questions leading upto our arrival and after that their advisor Eileen in Spain was very helpful. Lovely beaches and plenty to do within the surrounding area. Would definitely return again.

Está bien, lo único que sobre todo la grifería está algo anticuada en la cocina por ejemplo cada vez que abres el grifo toda la cocina se llena , de agua el jardín no está muy cuidado la zona de césped está prácticamente seca y la zona de atrás es un bosque, no se puede ni andar la ubicación no es buena está lejos de todo y encima las carreteras están en un estado lamentable

El alojamiento estaba muy bien comunicado, no hubo ningún problema ni en la entrada ni en la salida ya que nos indicaron correctamente lo q debíamos hacer . El alojamiento estaba limpio, cocina completa con sus utensilios, piscina limpia y tal cual se veía en las fotos . Aspectos en los que creemos q debería mejorar la vivienda y que por eso no le hemos dado un excelente son los siguientes:falta aire acondicionado, ya que los ventiladores de techo apenas hacían nada y menos aún con esta ola de calor . Faltan sombrillas en la piscina, solo había una grande pero no se podía mover y era inviable estar en la piscina al medio día sin una sombra . Tiene un depósito de agua q , debe ser q cuando se llena suelta el agua sobrante y pudo estar como 6 horas soltando agua y hacia mucho ruido ,y por poner un pero en la cocina le hace falta una cacerola más grande para poder cocinar para 5 personas. Quizás no se han dado cuenta, pero en la piscina había una bombilla fundida.( A modo informativo) Pero de verdad, que en general la vivienda estaba muy bien.

Da der Check-in kontaktlos war gestaltete sich dieser anfangs etwas schwierig. Nach einigen Anrufen mit unserer Kontaktperson stellte sich am Ende heraus, dass sich der Schlüssel für das Objekt in einer Box befindet.Im Haus selber mussten wir feststellen, dass die Toilette nicht richtig gereinigt war und im ganzen Haus kein Tropfen Wasser aus der Leitung kam. Da sich der Wasserspeicher erst später wieder füllte.Eine Klimaanlage wäre sicher die bessere Wahl gewesen, da die Ventilatoren nur die warme Luft im Raum verteilen. Bei unserem 11 tägigen Aufenthalt gab es keinen Handtuch oder Bettwäschewechsel und auch keine Zwischenreinigung des Objektes. Über längere Zeiträume nur Hundegebell von anderen Grundstücken. Die Küchenaustattung war gerade so ok. Da das Haus theoretisch für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist, fanden wir das Bad viel zu klein.

Todo fue estupendo, lo mejor sin duda la piscina, la casa limpia y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, lo único que no me gustó fue el césped, que estaba seco, una pena que no hubiera manguera para haberlo regado, pero tampoco impidió disfrutar

Casa perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones

Hemos estado una semana en familia y la casa es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Limpia, cerca de playa y todos los servicios, la piscina y la zona de jardín y barbacoa están genial. Una casa muy acogedora con todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días de vacaciones. El lunes vino el jardinero a arreglar el jardín y miércoles y viernes vinieron a limpiar la piscina. La atención por parte de los propietarios como de su contacto Eileen ha sido inmediata en todo momento.

Excellentes vacances

La Villa est très bien située, à 25 minutes en voiture de Cádiz et à 10 mn de Chiclana de la Frontera. La villa est très propre et la piscine grande et propre avec un service de nettoyage très efficace et les techniciens discrets. Le mobilier de jardin est bon, chaises longues, parasols, tables chaises etc… la cuisine est très fonctionnelle, avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires disponibles. L’endroit est très calme et reposant. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible par watsapp pour tous renseignements. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec nos 3 enfants et nous reviendrons l’année prochaine. Merci pour tout. Les restaurants à proximité sont excellents et abordables et les personnes dans cette région de l’Espagne sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. La cathédrale de Cádiz est magnifique tout comme son centre historique, Chiclana est très jolie également avec une très belle église, on trouve une multitude de choses à découvrir.

Tranquillité et plage

La maison est très agréable . Jardin totalement muré parfait quand on a un chien. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. Nous avons passés une excellente semaine dans cett location.

Buenas instalaciones y ubicación pero poco mantenimiento

La propiedad no se corresponde del todo con las fotos. Cocina pequeña y faltan enseres cocina y más limpieza. Mal mantenimiento de la piscina, todos los trajes de baños nos lo estropearon y paredes sucias y pegajosas. Problemas graves con jardinero( persona violenta) accedió a la propiedad con su llave sin previo aviso y se negó a irse llegando a insultarme y cachondeándose e imitando mi forma de hablar y movimientos, con lo cual me vi obligada a llamar a la guardia civil y ponerlo en conocimiento temiendo una posible agresion. Con esa actitud ni perra casi se escapa pues estábamos desayunando tranquilamente en el exterior de la propiedad. Toldo del cenador exterior sucio. Falta iluminación exterior zona barbacoa y tuvimos que llamar para que arreglasen luz exterior que no funcionaba. Ese es el problema de que nadie te reciba y recojas tú las llaves de una cajita exterior . El perro del chalet contiguo se tira toda la noche ladrando. Los surtidores de riego saltan a diferente hora de la que pone el propietario, con lo cual te llevas una sorpresa la verdad El cenador exterior que en teoría se abre entero resultó imposible por mal ma

La casa es muy coqueta, la piscina está muy bien y el jardín también. La única pega que le pongo es la limpieza y más con los tiempos que corren. La zona es muy tranquila y muy bien comunicada.

La casa está bien, con todo lo necesario y una gran piscina. Deberían cuidar más el tema de la limpieza. La cocina y el baño no estaban limpios y en los tiempos que corren no se deberían permitir esos fallos.

Instalaciones mejorables , calidad -precio aceptable

La ubicación de la vivienda ideal , está en una barriada muy tranquila y con todo lo necesario cerca. El estado de las instalaciones, aceptable . Ya que hay varios detalles de fácil solución que harían que la estancia sería más confortable. Lo mejor de la casa la piscina sin duda.

Relaxing Holiday

We have just returned from our 11 night stay at this lovely villa. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean and very well presented. It is very well equipped a real home from home. The weather was fantastic the whole time we were there so it was very difficult to remove ourselves from lying around the pool everyday. We did visit Gibraltar, La Baroosa beach, which is lovely and Cadiz a couple of times. Thoroughly recommend visiting Cadiz a beautiful city with nice beach and lovely buildings and the market is superb. As the villa was so lovely and the weather so good, we mainly ate at the villa, lots of lovely supermarkets near by with fresh produce. Overall was a lovely holiday would recommend the villa to couples and families, we came back feeling totally relaxed. Gary and Gina have been lovely hosts from start to finish, with prompt responses on booking and providing information for our stay, the directions to the villa were spot on, Thank you.

Los dormitorios muy bien. La cocina totalmente equipada. Lo que más destacaría serian el jardín y la espectacular piscina. su mantenimiento muy bien. La zona algo alejada de la playa pero muy tranquila y segura. Restaurantes cercanos muy bien. Si tengo que poner algún pero sería el grifo de la ducha y los días de mucho calor a pesar de los ventiladores, se nota la falta de algún aparato de aire acondicionado. nos dio mucha tristeza tener que marcharnos.

A villa with all the facilities available to have an enjoyable stay.

This is the third time we have stayed in the villa, it's has now become a home away from home. The pool is located close to the main living quarters and therefore giving a great family environment. It has all the facilities one wants for a short stay. Location is great, close to the beach in car, great roads if you cycle and not far from a pine tree forest should you want to do some trail running. There are a few ventas (restaurants) close by, one at walking distance. The food quality in the ventas was great at economical prices. We will sure return next year.
