Patio doors to the balcony & stunning views of the ocean. Three bedrooms with twin beds, Two with patio doors to the downstairs patio. The upstairs bedroom has air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan, while the downstairs bedrooms both have ceiling fans

Why Sonia & Mark Bodilly chose Playa Blanca
Standing on the balcony or next to the pool it is easy to see why we chose this villa - the location alone is hard to beat. It has panoramic views across to Fuerte Ventura, as well as being very close to the beach and restaurants. The villa itself is unusually spacious, something we found very appealing about the property. Not only is there a very big lounge/dining space, but the kitchen is large and the breakfast area a welcomed extra space. Additionally, the villa is on a generous size plot which, combined with the height of the property, create a feeling of space often lacking in developments in Playa Blanca.
What makes this villa unique
Eating while looking at the fantastic view really creates that holiday feeling. Add to that the short stroll to the beach and the convenience of not having to get into the car to visit restaurants and bars, and it is the ideal spot for anyone looking for benefit of not getting into the car every day. I really think this is something not that many properties offer the combination of fantastic view, 2 minute walk to beach, short walk to restaurants and supermarkets, a feeling of space and large heated pool
