Immaculate 3 bedroom Villa with heated pool, aircon and close to Rubicon Marina
Casa Bella is a safe , tastefully furnished , modern , two storey , privately owned villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms .
It is ideally located close to a Supermarket and unspoilt beaches. To address Coronavirus risk we are maintain a 72 hour gap between bookings , the villa will be cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival and the Welcome Pack includes useful cleaning items . The villa is within easy walking distance of the centre of Los Colorados which is next to the world famous Papagayo beaches. In the other direction you can follow the scenic promenade to the renowned Rubicon Marina . There you will find a range of high quality shops , tapas bars and excellent restaurants and nearby the popular Playa Dorada Beach.
The open plan lounge has a contemporary seating area with no expense spared providing free Wi Fi and Satellite TV including movie and news channels .
The dining area has been extended and is furnished with a six seater glass top table . There is an enclosed solana / utility room which houses a washing machine , iron and ironing board plus other household essentials . The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances within an open plan area which includes a breakfast bar, stools and bucket seats.
The rear patio doors open onto a newly refurbished terrace and gardens and private heated swimming pool. The outdoor dining area is shaded with a large ceramic oval dining table and a newly installed barbecue . There is the option of the more casual Rattan sofa and chairs with a matching glass top coffee table. The gardens have been planted out with a range of topical plants and trees and landscaped to reflect the natural volcanic terrain of Lanzarote. There is also a private parking area at the front of the house providing safe off road parking for one car .
A spiral staircase leads up from the lounge to three spacious air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms . The master bedroom has a king size bed , ensuite with a modern walk in shower. There are two other bedrooms, one double and the other twin bedded and a family bathroom , and direct access to the upper terrace which offers sea and mountain views . There is an external staircase that leads to the pool area.
The Villa benefits from a private parking space at the front providing safe off road parking.

My name is Shin Todd the owner of Casa Bella, near Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca . We extended the property to create an additional internal dining area, making it comfortable for 6 people and extended the patio area into the garden, leaving plenty of garden space. We get to use the property as a family , with that in mind it was tastefully furnished as a home in the first instance, with a view of obtaining some lets throughout the year.
Why they chose this property
We spent a little time in the Playa Blanca area looking for the ideal spot to buy, very quickly we decided the location was going to be near Marina Rubicon. We are less than 15 minutes to Papagayo beaches in one direction and a pleasant walk to the Marina in the other, whilst being in a quiet residential area.
