A substantial apartment of 130m situated within the exclusive Domaine de la Residence. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard with a modern kitchen, wooden floors and a home cinema. Ideal for skiing and excellent for hiking and biking in the spring and summer. Villars is truly a dual season resort. There are excellent summer facilities and the surrounding areas of lake Geneva.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung

Wir haben drei Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man sich nur vorstellen konnte. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus auf das Bergpanorama war einfach toll. Der Abschied fiel uns schwer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spacious, well equipped and comfortable accommodation

This accommodation has plenty of space to accommodate a large group/family. The multiple full bathrooms was great for our group of 5. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, good quality kitchen appliances (espresso machine, milk foamer, toaster, etc), a few games, entertainment system, etc… The outside deck/balcony is a good size and we made good use of the space reading on the couch on the deck or eating our meals at the outdoor table. A couple of minor details that could be improved: the shower drain in the master bedroom is extremely slow and the drain could use a cleaning to drain the water better. The in-unit washer/dryer wasn’t working so we used the common (shared with all tenants of the building) washer/dryer in the basement. The common washer/dryer was 0.20 CHF per 10 minutes so a wash (with extra rinse cycle) was about 2 CHF. The downstairs washer/dryer are much larger than the in-unit ones. We visited during the summer and it took about 5 minutes to walk down to the gondola and 10 minutes back (up hill is slower :)). There is a single reserved parking spot. Parking for a single vehicle was fine, during busier times parking for multiple vehicles might be more challenging. Beds were very comfortable and overall the place is very cozy and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely try to stay here again when I return to Villars. Jonathan is a great host and very quick to respond to any questions.

Es hat nur 2 Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Und 2 Zimmer mit Etagenbetten. Zuwenig begueme Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Erwachsene. Genügend Badezimmer vorhanden. Super.

Séjour très agréable et confortable

L’appartement est très vaste lumineux et confortable. Il est situé près d’une piste (50 mètres) qui permet un accès aisé aux pistes. L’équipement est très complet et la communication avec le propriétaire s’est déroulée de façon très agréable. Merci pour sa réactivité et la somme des informations fournies.

Perfect stay!

We spent a weekend at Jonathan’s place and it was great! It is very cozy, super well located and has everything that you might need. It was very clean and tidy, and Jonathan is very helpful. We would repeat!

Einfach wunderschön mitten in den Wolken

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser tollen, großen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Der Ausblick vom riesigen Balkon auf die gegenüberliegende Bergkette ist fantastisch. Viele Wanderungen haben wir direkt am Haus begonnen, zur Gondelstation sind es ca. 200m. Im urigen Ort nebenan gibt es die leckerste Schokolade. Der Abschied fiel uns sehr schwer und wir freuen uns darauf bald wiederzukommen.

Tolles Appartement

Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir durften spontan 2 Freunde unserer Kinder mitbringen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Appartement ist top ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Jeden Morgen waren wir von der tollen Aussicht begeistert. Gern buchen wir das Appartement beim nàchsten Besuch in Villars wieder.

Cosy, luxury appartement in chalet style

Magnifique séjour dans l’appartement de Jonathan :)

Bonjour. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans le superbe appartement de Jonathan. Premier séjour en Suisse et nous avons beaucoup aimé ce magnifique pays et ses habitants accueillants. L’appartement est très spacieux (ainsi que la superbe terrasse qui en fait le tour), il est très propre et vraiment bien équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien ! La vue très agréable. Quel bonheur le matin au réveil de pouvoir en profiter ! Jonathan s’est montré très disponible, conciliant et nous a très bien renseigné grâce à des documents très détaillés et explicites. Villars est très joli et agréable. Nous avons beaucoup utilisé la voiture pour visiter les environs et nous éloigner pour les excursions, baignades et randonnées... Une très belle semaine en famille qui restera gravée dans nos mémoires à tous... Les enfants ont particulièrement adoré le vidéo-projecteur de Jonathan pour les petites soirées cinéma ;-) Merci beaucoup et à une prochaine fois peut-être ! Bonne continuation. Rachid et Nour.

Expectacular!!!!

Muy acogedor, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia , la ubicación es excelente con vistas preciosas; el grill en la terraza Y el teatro en casa y el sonido sonos Son un plus muy buenos.-La cocina muy bien equipada y espaciosa. Jonathan y su equipo fueron muy atentos y estuvieron pendientes de nuestras preguntas. Muchas Gracias. Nuestra estancia ha sido espectacular!!!

Great family and friends getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to come back. Both the accommodation and the area are fantastic. Quick access to the gondola, close to town and loads of activities (free with card that comes when paying the tourist tax). The owner Jonathan was super friendly and responsive to any questions. Nothing but good things to say about this place!

Belle expérience dans ce charmant appartement

L’appartement répondait totalement à nos attentes! Il y avait tout ce qu’on recherchait : espace pour famille avec enfants, charme, belle vue et grande terrasse ensoleillée. Le projecteur était un vrai plus. Jonathan nous a donné des informations très claires et précises pour une bonne organisation. Il a toujours répondu rapidement aux questions posées. Tout était propre et bien équipé. Le petit moins: des voisins avec des enfants qui hurlent à 7h du matin tous les jours pendant 2h sans arrêt.

One week in Villars

Great property that did not disappoint! Location is a good walk from the town, so a car is a must, but parking is easy, so no issues.

Very close to ski piste great view!

Johnathans place was spacious, having been to Villars for many years and renting many properties I found his place, clean, well equipped, easy to use and check in well informed. It’s a 2 minute walk to put skis on and a 3 minute walk home up the same track. The apartment is well looked after, modern set up, believe me I have stayed in many before. Johnathan is contactable easily during your stay. I can only give it 5 stars!!! Will return again if possible.

Comfortable and nicely decorated apartment

Very close to nature yet centrally located. Surroundings are breathtaking, as well as the view from the apartment. We enjoyed walking, taking the train to Bretaye, swimming, downhill with off road scooters and at the end of the day returning home for drinks, snacks and games. Thanks for having us! Villars is really easy to get to - 2 trains per hour from Geneva airport to Aigle then a taxi up the mountain. Excellent in winter and summer.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This is a beautiful apartment well equipped with stunning views. Far from being a rental apartment it is our families second home but regrettably we cant use it as much as we would like! You can ski in and out avoiding the lift queue and the train. There is a great range of skiing both for beginners and advanced skiers. There are wide pisted slopes and an excellent range of off piste runs for those who want to be more daring. At Diableret it is possible to ski off piste from the Glacier, though a guide is recommended. Within an hour you can drive around to to Verbier or Gstaad. In the summer the resort is really popular, you can hire bikes, swim, hike, para glide, white water rafting or sail on the lake in the wonderful clean air.
