The comfortable accent chair is the perfect spot to kick back and relax after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains. Gather around the propane fireplace, where you can enjoy a warm glow on chilly evenings. When you're ready to unwind, catch your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV.

Kitchen/ Dining Room:
Prepare a hearty breakfast or delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher, you'll have everything you need to cook up a storm. Start your day off right with a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the convenient coffee maker or Keurig. When it's time to sit down and enjoy your meal, gather around the spacious 6-person dining room table, perfect for family gatherings or special occasions. The dining area is filled with natural light and offers a comfortable atmosphere for sharing stories and making memories. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

Game Room:
Head downstairs to the game room and get ready to have some fun! This cozy space is perfect for families and friends to gather and enjoy some friendly competition. Challenge each other to a game of pool on the full-size pool table, or lounge on the comfortable futon, perfect for taking a break or catching a quick nap. With plenty of natural light pouring in from the windows, this game room is the perfect place to unwind and have some fun in the evenings. There is a door from the game room leading to the lower deck which features beautiful mountain views and a hot tub.

Outdoor Spaces:
Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air and breathtaking views from the Picture Perfect cabin's outdoor spaces. Relax and unwind in the hot tub on the lower deck, perfect for soothing sore muscles after a long day of exploring. The lower deck also features a lovely wood porch swing, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. On the upper deck, grill up some burgers and hot dogs on the charcoal grill, and enjoy them on the spacious porch. The upper deck is complete with comfortable rocking chairs and a picnic table. As you sit back and take in the some mountain views, you'll feel like you're a world away from it all. Both decks are covered, allowing for year-round enjoyment! With plenty of seating and amenities, the outdoor spaces at Picture Perfect are the perfect place to relax, recreate, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Locations / Roads/ Parking:
This cabin is situated at a higher elevation, easily accessible by any vehicle. The roads leading to it are main, paved, and double-laned until about half a mile away, where the road becomes narrow and uphill. Upon arrival, you'll find level parking for 2-3 cars. Nearby, you'll have access to a Dollar General, Kroger, or Food City. It's just 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg.

Pet Policy:
The pet fee is $100 per dog

Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel
The pet fee is a non-refundable
Please clean up after your pet(s).
Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, damage, or if additional excessive cleaning is needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.
Please bring your own bedding to cover the area your pet lays/sleeps- or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair odor left behind.

Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Special Dates:
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

Check-In:
4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Damage Coverage: covers you up to the amount that you paid for your damage fee on unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the damage fee, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file)
