This wonderful 4 bedroom villa is situated in a quiet, exclusive, non-residential area only 3 mins drive from the beautiful, sandy bay, which is abundant with shops, restaurants, sports and leisure facilities. The private 8 x 4m swimming pool and furnished terrace has a 9m gazebo, complete with fridge, offering shade from the mid-day sun and al fresco dining in the evening.This spacious property has 3 db bedrooms and 1 family room (sleeps up to 4) and a fantastic multi-purpose kitchen/diner/lounge which overlooks the pool area. The S/E facing pool and villa allows the sun to dominate from sun-rise to sun-set. The location and amenities of this family villa make it a home from home and an ideal environment for a fantastic holiday.

Super villa à javea

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette superbe villa très ressemblant au photo... Pas de mauvaise surprise. La piscine est très grande et permet de se détendre à merveille... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et l'hôte Peter est très gentil et disponible et d'une réactivité sans précédent, nous avons passé de superbes vacances hâte de revenir dans cette villa.

Heerlijk verblijf

Heerlijk week gehad met 2 gezinnen in deze villa. Vooraf geweldige hulp gehad van eigenaresse Dawn om gehuurde fietsen bij het huis te krijgen. Fijne ontvangst, huis precies zoals beschreven. Dichtbij bij strand en boulevard - de gehuurde fietsen waren perfecte aanvulling.

Fantastic villa

Dawn and Phil were fantastic hosts. Easy communication and lovely people. The villa was perfect for us as a family of 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space inside and out. Short drive to the beach and local restaurants. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Heerlijk vakantieverblijf op mooie locatie!

Geweldige 2 weken gehad in deze mooie vakantie woning. We waren met 2 gezinnen; 4 volwassenen en 6 kinderen. Iedereen heeft genoten. Woning is ruim genoeg voor allemaal. Fijn dat alle slaapkamers van airco zijn voorzien. Alles zag er netjes uit. Zee en strand zijn lekker dichtbij. 5 minuutjes met de auto. Kan ook lopend maar dat vonden onze meiden toch wel wat ver (zeker met het warme weer). Ook erg fijn om na een dagje zee “thuis” een duik in het zwembad te kunnen nemen. Contact met de eigenaren verliep heel prettig. Zijn makkelijk te bereiken en ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij thuiskomst appte Dawn ons nog omdat er een knuffel was achtergebleven. Die wou ze wel naar ons opsturen. Heel lief! Al met al echt een aanrader!

Great villa

Lovely villa, we really enjoyed the pool. Bedrooms were comfortable- air-con a plus. Barbecue was great ( but a few more kitchen basics, chopping boards/ sharp knives would have been good) Dawn was very helpful and gave us good information on local restaurants and bars. Easy 20 min walk to the beach front with easy taxi ride back when needed ! All in all a great week. Thanks

Enjoyable 2 week stay.

We rented the villa for 2 weeks the villa was clean and spacious which was good as there were 8 adults staying. Air Con in all bedrooms which was essential. Unfortunately there was no Air con in the living room which left it quite uncomfortable in the evenings if you wanted to watch tv. The outside area was fantastic lots of places to sit also a lovely shaded area with a fridge to keep your drinks cold. Great bbq. Good sized pool all the one depth no shallow end. Neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was about a 20 minute walk to the beach (no hills) where you will find endless restaurants and bars. There were two large supermarkets within about a 15 minute walk from the villa. The owners Dawn and Phil were on hand if and when required.

Lovely family villa

The villa matched the description given. The bedrooms were large enough and comfortable enough for us (4 adults & 5 children) and the 3 bathrooms made life easier. We loved the pool - big enough for 9 of us, the steps were great for sitting in the water to cool down. There were plenty of sun loungers for everyone and lots of space for us to eat outside. We also appreciated being within walking distance of Arenal beach (although we preferred taxis to get home at night). Dawn, Phil & their boys are lovely and we especially appreciated their help when one of our children needed to see a doctor.

Lovely comfortable villa with everything we needed

We had a lovely welcome from Dawn and Phil when we arrived at the property which was really nice. They showed us where we needed to go for the beach and restaurants which was extremely helpful. The Villa was really nice and spacious (we were a family of 6 adults and 4 children) with everything we needed. Pool area was really nice with a great gazebo area where we could hide from the sun for a little while if needed. Location is only 20 minutes walk to beach and shops and restaurants and easy to get cabs back from the taxi rank. I would definitely recommend this villa and if I have a large family group looking to go away again I will suggest coming back. Thank you both for your warm welcome and help throughout our stay.

Great villa

Our 3rd time staying in javea but our first at this villa. Very spacious, air con in every bedroom, everything provided that you would have at home and more!. Highly recommended and the owners were lovely, many thanks Steve, Denise and family

Lovely having aircon in all bedrooms, lots of space and a great pool to cool off in. The owners were lovely and helpful. We highly recommend staying here. Many thanks Steve, Denise and family.

Great Family Villa...

Our third time to the area in 3 years and each year has been better that the last.. the area is great for a family holiday and this villa was perfect for our needs. We were 4 adults and 2 children under 3. The pool and outside area are excellent and the villa is well equipped for your needs. Dawn and Phil made renting their villa very easy and were very helpful both before and during our stay. We will no doubt return to the area again and will certainly check if the villa is available..

A Great Family Destination

We had a great 2 weeks stay here at Casa Carlos this summer August 2017. As soon as you walk through the gate you feel at home. The courtyard and pool were very welcoming. Our hosts, who were lovely, lived close, but unless you needed them were not seen, leaving you to your own devices. The villa itself was very well appointed. The kitchen had all the equipment you could possibly have needed. The bedrooms were large, well decorated but not fussy and plenty of space for the eight of us. The air con was very efficient and only needed to be on for a short time to sort the rooms out. Bathrooms all functioned well and there was plenty of hot water for all of us. There was space to accommodate more people, although we didn’t need it. We didn’t use the dining room or living room preferring to spend our time outside. The local beach and restaurants were a ten to fifteen-minute walk from the villa, either down an occasionally busy road or you could take a quieter route which took a little longer. The beach was busy, but lovely and sandy and the sea clear and warm. There was plenty of choice for eating and we had a couple of enjoyable meals out. The best features for us however was the pool and outside space. The pool was lovely and deep which was great for our kids who were confident swimmers and if you follow the rules about sun cream will stay perfectly clear for the period of your stay. We used that every day and it was great to cool off in the all day and into the evening. There was a great covered area with a dining table we could all fit around, a lounge area and outside fridge. This was used for all our meals allowing shade but ensuring we still enjoyed the outdoors. There was a large BBQ there too which was well used. Overall it was a great accommodation and as we would like to explore the area some more in the future we would not hesitate about booking it again.

Brilliant family holiday

We stayed here as a family for a week. The villa is well situated in a quiet area but is close to a lovely sandy beach and restaurants -within walking distance. We had a toddler with us and the pool was fantastic for her. The villa is spacious and well equipped. The outside space around the pool was great for eating outside after many barbecues. Communication with the owner was great from start to finish. I would recommend this villa and the area for a fantastic stay in Javea.

Great villa, lovely owners, brilliant location.

Second time at this villa for our family holiday. It has everything you need and the owners are so helpful and friendly too. Relax in and around the lovely pool or 20min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants at the Arenal, something for the whole family. Had a wonderful time and will be coming back next year.

Lovely property in a great location

This was our second year, this property has all you need , a great pool and outside bar area with a fridge ! Villa is very spacious and peaceful and is close to the resort centre, there was 7 of us and we had lots of space and we would recommend this to anyone , and the owners are very nice and helpful if you need anything , we will be back

Our holiday 2015!

We received a wonderful welcome by the owners & they were on hand to help throughout our stay when we needed them. This is a wonderful family home that is superbly suited for a lovely family holiday for all ages. The pool is sublime & so necessary! The air-con'd bedrooms provided an oasis of cool for near tropical nights! The villa was beautifully clean & very well maintained. In the local area there is all you need, restaurants, bars, lovely beaches & plenty of shopping - supermarkets etc. The owners description is very true & accurate! We would recommend it to friends & family or anyone come to that! We would also love to go back!! Dave

Fabulous villa and location

Wow, the photos just did not do this beautiful villa justice. Everywhere was pristine and very well equipped, inside and out. We spent many nights enjoying the BBQ, dining al fresco under the cool gazebo, where we could also lounge on the settees and had many ice cold beers and glasses of wine from the fridge behind the bar. Dawn and Phil couldn't have been more helpful before, during and after our holiday. The location is fantastic, we regularly walked to the beach area (20/30 mins) either for the day or evening, sometimes we walked back or jumped in a taxi. There must be around 100 great restaurants and bars by the beach. It was wonderful to have a meal and look out over the beach and sea. This holiday was a long time coming for my family and I'm so glad that we came to Casa Carlos.
