DELIGHTFUL POOL VIEW - ONE BED ROOM APARTMENT, WiFi, Luxury and Comfortable Apartment is suitable for couple, family with children and friends. Our apartment is fully AIR CONDITIONED in the living area and as well as bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped. Modern bath room. We have installed Zoomtak box that you can watch 32 English Channels. Please see our photos. DVD Player and a selection of DVDs for your entertainment. FREE welcome pack provided of Tea, Coffee, Milk & Sugar. On Roof Terrace we have provided two sun loungers and a beautiful parasol that you can enjoy private sun bath with a panoramic sea view as shown on the photos. Access to the Apartment and Roof Terrace by lift. Our apartment is managed by highly professional company AWC Property Management. Paphos. A gated secured COMMON CAR PARKING space is provided.

The Royal Seacrest has two large LAGOON SWIMMING POOLS with waterfall and rock features, shallow children's pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. FREE use of Sun beds and Umbrella around the pool area.

The complex is 500 meters from the historical monument Tombs of The Kings road where there are abundance of BARS AND RESTAURANTS and a further 100 meters you are at the MUNICIPALITY BEACH. Nearest Beach is 5-8 minute walk from the apartment.

PAPHOS HARBOR area is just 20 minute walk away from the apartment and can also reach by bus within 5 minutes. Younger generation can also enjoy the Bar Street area of the HARBOR.

Across the road there is a bank with ATM. On the corner is a 24 hour kiosk and there is even a choice of mini markets within 100 meters. The range of places to eat is huge and you can eat in a different one every night and never get bored.The market in the old town is also within walking distance. A brand new beautiful King's Avenue Mall opened in November 2013 is just 1 KM from the apartment.

Lovely apartment

Great!

We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Seacrest. Shyam was very helpful and made us feel confident about booking though owners direct (we have only done so once before). We found that the location was good for everything- a quick walk over the path (yes it's dusty, but nevermind!) to the main road, bars and restaurants. Then a walk/ bus to the harbour in one direction and a bus to Coral Bay in the other direction. We found the apartment spacious and tidy. The pool was fantastic, one of our highlights. Thanks again to Shyam.

Great price and location!

Overall this property was great for what we needed it for! We spent alot of time near Coral Bay so being just on the edge was great for us. A lovely walk down to the harbour as well when we wanted to be down that way! Communication from the host was spot on, quick replies to any quires I had. Tea and coffee welcome pack was a nice touch. My only comment would be how squeaky the bed could be, the slightest roll in bed by my partner would wake me up and vise versa. Just a small issue though, everything else was great!

Great apartment lovely location

What a fantastic apartment. Great for a couple. Centrally located with everything close by. Shyam was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was very good from the first day i booked it with her. The information she gave me regarding directions and keys was very good. Great apartment

This property is excellent for 2 people. Perfectly presented and in a very good location. The apartment has lovely views of the complex and beyond. Facilities in the apartment are good, although we did find that the timers on the A/C a bit annoying. Great water pressure. We felt very relaxed here.

The apartment was quite good nice & clean, but no point of contact once there, couldn't get hold of owner or cleaning services. once we got in to the apartment using email document all quite good. only 1 key for the apartment and we thought on the second day someone had been in and turned the TV on as we had not touched any of the TV/ electronic machines. the pool area etc was lovely, but the surrounding scrub land and no pathway to the main restaurant bar shop area was dreadfull. Would be a good idea to get a tarmac path to the main road, as feet and footwear where filthy. thank you KA Griffiths

The surrounding scrub lad is the facility for a short cut access to the main road which is provided by the private owner. It is Municipality's responsibility to put a tarmac path. Relaxing holiday in great apartment and great area

Stayed at this apartment for 11 nights, excellent communications from initial booking to final confirmation to enter complex. Lovely apartment and complex that was very quiet, just what we wanted. Paphos and cyprus in general is very laid back, take things at your own pace, lively or quiet. surprised how warm it was and busy in mid october.

The property is very well located with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday.

Great apartment for a couple or young family to stay in. Fabulous view from the balcony and nice to see the sunset from here. Ability to cook and prep food is good with a well stocked cupboard of pans and utensils. Lots of storage room in the bedroom. Air con was a blessing especially at night. Access to the pool, beach, shops and restaurants is good and not to far to walk. Bus service is great and very reasonable. Have stayed at Royal Seacrest twice and would certainly stay again.

Great apartment in a quite complex, ideal position for exploring the Paphos area.

We have just enjoyed a great holiday at this apartment. It is well equipped with everything we needed and more.Very clean,very quiet complex. Great pool area with more than enough sun loungers for everybody. Lovely warm pool. The roof terrace is a fantastic place for sun worshippers you can sun bathe from sun up to sun down. Great location for exploring the surrounding area. Plenty of Bars and Restaurants very close by, handy for buses into Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay. The owner of the apartment is very helpful and nothing is to much trouble, a true gentleman. We cannot thank him enough. We will definitely book this apartment again, and will recommend it our family and friends.

Great apartment, central location

We loved our holiday in this beautiful top floor apartment with sea views. Spotlessly clean with changes of fresh linen and towels, the apartment had everything we needed. Ceiling fans in every room and full airconditioning are provided. The location is convenient to the main area of restaurants, shops, beaches and archeological sites of which there are many. The complex itself is great with 2 pools, pleanty of sunbeds and umbrellas and it was well managed and again spotlessly clean. We had a hire car and there was more than enough of secure safe parking. We recieved great information and assistance from the owner before the holiday and there is a detailed information book in the apartment which we found invaluable. Would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to return at some stage in the future.

A lovely relaxing holiday

The apartment had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The pool area was lovely, very clean with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. It was well located with lovely bars and restaurants close. The bus route was also very good and easy to use. Overall the stay was lovely and I will be recommending this apartment to family and friends and hopefully be returning in the future.

Excellent apartment and very helpful Owner

We were impressed with this spacious and well furnished apartment. Just about everything you could possible want was provided and everything worked ok. The balcony had excellent views and was a joy to sit there and watch the sunset. The apartment is conveniently located near the restaurants and bus stop for visits to the harbour area and Coral bay (best beach). Shyam provided a good honest customer service as well as being very helpful and flexible. Top marks to him. Edgar and family.

The appartment was ideal for our relaxing stay

We arrived about 10 in the evening first impression was execllent and that impression never change for our 2 week stay, the welcome pack was handey with or arrival time as we were able to have a brew. the property was spotlessly clean the location was very handy for the Tombs of the kings road where there many restaurants/bars . There is a good bus service yo the harbour area which ran from early morning till late. Cost is 1.5 euro and 2 after 9 at night . I only had two complaints one was the large pool in the complex was out of action and after our two weeks stay i only seen anyone working on it once after speaking with a regular visitor they said would not be repaired till end of season also the smaller pool had missing covers over filters on the bottom where you could easily go over on your ankle. two was the gym? was just an empty locked room. Apart from that i would have no hesitation in recommending the property to my friends and also use myself

In regard to the swimming pool please be advised that both the swimming pools are working and are in operation. There was some leakage of the water that our developer had to wait the technician/engineer to come back from their holidays. Owners of the complex have decided to replace all the equipments of the Gym to a higher standard. In view of the safety of our guest it was decided to close the Gym. fabulous apartment and complex

quite complex with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time. A mix of owners and all year round renters as well as holiday makers means this is a well kept complex. the apartment had loads of extras and we were very comfortable when we decided to stay in and have some down time. Lovely balcony and views to the sea. cool in the apartment. good location with bars and variety of restaurants but also a good bus link to all of the area. Definitely would like to go back. owner very helpful.

FANTASTIC

We arrived late at night but we had been given very good instructions on how to get to the apartment and a code for the key. this apartment is great and in a very good position. It has everything that you could need including a large number of DVD's and books. There is also a solarium with sun-beds, AND if you have any problems, then it is easy to get the help you need. The apartment is well equipped and has a very large safe ( my wife could get her SLR and lenses into it) so every thing is safe. we stayed for almost 3 weeks and really had a great time. The apartment is close to all types of entertainment and places to eat and to see, no body bothers you and it is quiet at night. Highly recommended

great holiday

was impressed with apartment everything was of good quality, balcony had sun most of day, property was clean and well maintained owner Shyam was most helpfull and was promt with any enquiries and information we required. The two large pools were great for cooling off, sunbeds were plentifull and the complex management brought in a dozen new brollies after a request for more. LIDLES store is just a 15min walk up the road. A great walk in the evening is going to the harbour along the pathed walkway it is niece with the setting sun will take you 35 to 45 mins. Restaurants in Paphos were of a high quality and a good veriety, when you walk out to kings road turn right and go to two great restaurants Gustoso and Karlinnas another great place is down the road Sisyfos we eat there 3 times and enjoyed the meze there, O'Neills bar is a good place to finish of the evening off. After we got back home Shyam was as ever very prompt with the deposit returned to us within a few days.

Excellent Apartment

My partner and I stayed at Shyam's apartment for a week and were delighted with our accommodation. The apartment has everything provided and is well furnished and spotlessley clean. It is also spacious with 2 balconies and a nice pool view. The welcome pack including milk and bread was indeed very welcome, especially if you arrive a bit late for trips to the supermarkets, and it is provided with no extra charge. Royal Seacrest is a fairly new complex and is well laid out, and spacious with lots of sunbeds and no scramble necessary. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for both quality and price and will return. Please dont let the reviews of "the path to the road" put you off, it is very easy to take a proper road at night simply by going along the roads opposite the apartment entrance and turning right down to the main front. It's very important to me that my guests enjoy wonderful holidays and that they feel relaxed and comfortable in the apartment. The king size bed has a comfortable mattress to ensure that you have a good nights sleep. Why the owner chose this property on this location. I love Cyprus for many reasons, not least the 300 days of sunshine a year. I purchased this apartment because it is in a prime location in Paphos to explore the Island from. However, if you just want to stay local everything is within a walking distance like - restaurants, shops, culture and history, pubs/clubs, sea and sand. It has something for everyone! Paphos has a long holiday season because of the great, sunny weather. The sunsets in Paphos are incredible. The apartment is a home from home in the sun. It has 2 beautiful large lagoon swimming pools, Jacuzzis and a Gym. One of the lagoon pools has a separate children's pool.
