• Notes on accommodation: The apartment has air-conditioning in every room. There are external electric blinds in all rooms, which not only provide excellent security but also keep the apartment cool in the day and night. There is secure basement car parking, alternatively there is ample free on-street parking. A lockable room in the basement is also available for the storage of golf clubs, trolleys, prams and pushchairs. High chairs and cots are available free of charge, but please request when booking. A safe is provided. Outside: The apartment has a large terrace (99 square metres) which extends around three sides of the apartment providing both sun and shade throughout the day. From the terrace are views over the park. It also overlooks the shared pool and jacuzzi. Access to the pool area from the terrace is via a private gate making the apartment very safe and secure for young children. Patio furniture, which seats 10 people, is provided. In addition, a smaller outside table, which seats 4 people, is provided outside the kitchen. This is ideal for breakfast. A BBQ is also available on the terrace. Sunloungers are provided which may be used on the terrace or by the pool. A box of beach toys for all ages is also provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided. We also be provide pool/beach towels. For stays of longer than 1 week, a mid holiday towel and linen change will be provided along with a light clean..
