This stunning luxury villa sits in its own multi-level gardens in the exclusive, private community of Cabanyes, a short distance from the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of the Costa Brava. It is finished to a very high standard and is comprehensively equipped with all modern conveniences. The exterior of the property benefits from a south facing, sunny aspect, with shady retreats. The interior has been tastefully decorated and feels like a 'home from home'. The heated, private pool is suitable for young children and can be viewed from the terraces and balconies. Only a 5 minute drive away is the medieval town of Calonge, where restaurants and shops can be found. Not much further, at 5km, is the seaside resort of Sant Antoni de Calonge which has a 5km long family beach with a wide promenade plus many shops, restaurants and tapas bars! The villa is conveniently situated for daily excursions to Girona, Barcelona and the South of France. It also has many renowned golf clubs within 25 mins drive. Fantastic, spacious and comfortable Villa with great views. Complete equipment for cooking and pool. Easy communication with our host and the rental agency, both helped us very efficiently in the preparation of our journey, the arrival and with hints and tips whilst we were in the house. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stunning villa with out of this world views - perfection!

We had an incredible stay at Villa Shangri-La. It is the most idyllic place you can imagine - the villa inside is beautiful and well equipped with absolutely everything you could need and everything is of a really high standard and super comfortable - but it is the outside which took our breath away. We have never before stayed anyway with such amazing views - of sea and mountains - and it was so incredibly pretty and tranquil that it is hard to find the right words to really describe the beauty of the place. We struggled to leave it! If you are considering this property, we would urge you to come - you will not be disappointed! The whole set up is so well designed. We loved sitting at the table outside of the lounge, which had some shade (and of course those stunning views). But there is also another large table down a few steps and also upstairs, there is another terrace with comfy seats and again…that spectacular scenery. So many places to choose to sit! As for the pool - well, yet again, perfectly designed, great size, steps into shallow end and then a good depth deep end, great setting and very clean, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. For a lovely outing, the coastal path is devine. We set off early before the sun was too hot and were rewarded with the most beautiful sandy beaches and coves that were not busy at all and views of the sea which were amazing. This villa is truly exceptional and we feel so lucky we found it.

Villa idéale pour famille

Quel bonheur de séjourner à Shangri-La ! La villa est très jolie, bien distribuée avec une vue magnifique ! La piscine est top et sécurisée par un petit portail pour les jeunes enfants. Des jeux gonflables et d’intérieur sont prévus. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec un fond d’épicerie. Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais de nombreux ventilateurs. La localisation de la villa est avantageuse car environnement très calme en plein mois de juillet et pourtant très proche des supermarchés, station-service et plages. La région est réellement superbe,il faut partir à la découverte des criques nombreuses aux alentours. Mention spéciale pour le Camino de Ronda notamment a S’Alguero , MAGNIFIQUE !!La communication avec Rod le propriétaire est très sympathique et l’agence locale répond rapidement à tout souci. Vacances en famille 100% réussies ! Merci

Our best holiday ever - so private, with views to die for - of ocean and protected national park!😍

We had a totally fabulous time. The villa has the most perfect views that we’ve come across and the local beaches and coastline are stunning. Wonderfully friendly people and the restaurants are superb too. We will be back to this villa for certain.
