Un appartement d'une chambre lumineuse et accueillante située dans le centre de Puerto del Carmen, situé à seulement 200 mÚtres de la route de la plage de Puerto del Carmen. Un petit complexe bien entretenu avec des jardins établis est idéal pour tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes mais à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage et des commodités locales. La grande piscine est nettoyée quotidiennement la terrasse de la piscine est spacieuse avec beaucoup de transats. La zone est complÚtement à plat donc idéal pour toute personne ayant des difficultés à marcher, pas de collines à grimper, un bon supermarché de taille est à proximité avec de nombreux bars, restaurants et boutiques.

Stayed a week

Great location walking distance to the beach! Walking distance to the main strip lots of shops, restaurants, lots of supermarkets around.The Airbnb it self was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed!The bedroom has a massive built in wardrobe with a safe, the bed is big and comfy. The bathroom was very modern, clean ,and very big with a washer, the only thing we would suggest for the bathroom is to have a better ventilation system as no windows or airflow, but this didn't affect our stay. The kitchen/ dining area is well equipped, clean, and spacious, we used it pretty much everyday with no issues.The living room is beautifully set up, spacious, the reclining sofa was definitely a highlight after a long day at the beach the naps on the sofa were great! The patio was well equipped has a beautiful front garden of different succulent, and it's own 2 sunbeds. The pool is a good size and clean, plenty of sunbeds, has a shallow and deeper end.The neighbours and others on the complex were super friendly and helpful.The only issue we had was the pin to the gate changed and we wasn't aware of this change or updated with the new pin but this wasn't a great deal as we asked our neighbours and they provided the new pin! Overall definitely will be coming back

Apartamento de verano chiquitito, pero bien ubicado

Quedamos muy contentos con el apartamento. Se trata de una urbanizaciĂłn regentada o, al menos, frecuentada por bastantes britĂĄnicos. No tuvimos trato directo con los propietarios del inmueble, mĂĄs allĂĄ de emails, aunque demostraron plena predisposiciĂłn y nos dieron todas las indicaciones necesarias para disfrutar de nuestra estancia. Con respecto al apartamento destacar que se trata de un apartamento chiquitito (1 habitaciĂłn, un salĂłn con cocina americana y un baño), aunque cabe destacar su terraza donde podrĂĄs desayunar/comer/cenar de manera muy agradable. El Ășnico pero es que el apartamento NO cuenta con aire acondicionado
 y os podĂ©is imaginar que frĂ­o en julio/agosto/septiembre en Lanzarote no hace, asĂ­ como que no estĂĄ excesivamente limpio, sobre todo destacar los utensilios de cocina (sartenes en este caso). No obstante lo Ășltimo, no es ningĂșn drama y no quita que sea un apartamento perfectamente ubicado y cuidado. Por Ășltimo, el vecindario es tranquilo y seguro, pero se trata de una vivienda que tiene a nuestro juicio algunas facilidades para su acceso no legĂ­timo por desconocidos, ya que el acceso es por la propia terraza (cristalera sin protecciĂłn) y se cierra con una sola vuelta de llave. La piscina es mediana y suele estar llena de inflables a cualquier hora del dĂ­a. En cualquier caso se trata de un apartamento muy recomendable si tienes intenciĂłn de desconectar unos dĂ­as y sobre ido si vas a estar fuera de Ă©l disfrutando de la belleza de la isla.

Convenient apartment in Barranco Seco

Excellent accommodation, very clean and well equipped. Very convenient for the beach and seafront. Pool area is tidy and cleaned regularly, lots of sunbeds available. The complex was quiet during the day and night. Our host, Sue, communicated with us and was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at this ideally located property. Grounds were well maintained and felt a safe complex. The apartment was spotless and modern and contained everything we needed for our break. Hosts communicated really well, couldn’t recommend more highly - this is our first time booking a privately owned property and it’s been a pleasurable experience.

Lovely little place

First impression was this is nice. Communication with owner was excellent. On arrival gated access was straight forward. Entry to the apartment nice and easy with secure keylock on the wall. First impression of the apartment was nice and bright. Sofa was leather recliner and maybe a bit used. Coffee table was a bit cracked on top. But these where minor obsevations. Full working kitchen with all utensils. T.v with every channel you could ever want. Bathroom excellent . My wife loved the rain shower.. Bedroom was very good with plenty storage space and security safe built into the wardrobe. This apartment gets the sun from dawn to sunset. We actually seen the swimming pool getting cleaned every day. Very quiet pool area. Situation of the apartment was excellent. 2 min walk to the beach front. Pub next door to the complex is called bogarts, ideal for last drinks at night.. Bedroom sleep quality was good. Memory foam mattress had developed a lump going straight down the middle, was good as it was like a single bed. Only one little visitor in the whole week on the last night . It did a runner as the wife entered the toilet. Not a brave little cockroach. Would i use this apartment again ?. I certainly would without any hesitation. Thinking oof going back next year. Tables and sunloungers on the terrace area are top notch. Plenty of towels and a washing machine available. This apartment is a home from home. Thank you to the owners.

Perfect apartment, great location

We had a fantastic stay at the Barranco Seco apartment; comms with host Sue were really easy before arrival, and was just a call away when we needed help with the key code. The apartment is spacious, clean and really well equipped, with a terrace that catches the sun all afternoon. The complex is quite quiet but friendly, exactly what we wanted, and in a brilliant location – two minute walk down to the beach road with great restaurants and bars, five minutes to the main beach, and easy half hour walk either to the Old Town or up to the huge Playa de las Pocillos. Definitely hoping to return.

Great stay!

Fantastic stay in a quiet and convenient location, sue is a wonderful host who accommodated all of our needs and made our stay fantastic. Property was well equipped and clean, pool was great too. Only downside is no air conditioning which can get rather hot, but we managed with the provided fan :)

Home From Home

Fantastic location. Less than 5min walk to the closest beach area and also less than 5min walk to the two closest local supermarkets (Spar and HyperDino). Lots of choice of restaurants etc to choose from within 5mins walk. Also there is bus stop and taxi rank less than 5min walk opposite the Casino. There is a great path and a well used cycle path (with some cycle hire places available) all flat, and it will take you from the old town harbour right up to the airport. Accommodation is situated in a complex with mix of residential and holiday lets. The patio area gets the sun all day but there is a parisol for shade if needed. Rooms are plenty big enough for a couple and the bedroom has lots of storage. The apartment has everything you could need for a home away from home.

Nice Apartment in a Great Location.

The apartment is in a good location, a Taxi from/to the airport is 15-20euro's. Very convenient for the local Spar shop or a 20 minute walk to the larger Mercadona supermarket along the strip. The main strip is only two minutes away with no steep hills until you get to the Harbour at the far end of town. The apartment has everything that you need, on a nice quiet, friendly complex with a mixture of Spanish and English residents. Close to bars, restaurants and shops. All in all, a Good holiday, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.. Mike & Helen.

Lovely apartment

Stayed here for 3 weeks and this lovely apartment met all our needs. Well located and comfortable. Communication with Sue was good and we were happy with our stay. Sad to be home from lovely Lanzarote! Only negative comment is regarding sun beds around pool - they are old and needing replaced.

Fantastic Spacious Appartment in a good location with a short 15/20 mins to Playa Grande.

The rental process was very easy and the owners responded quickly. Information on property address with access/ WiFi codes plus other info provided a couple of weeks before booking date. A couple of extra pillows in the bedroom would have been nice and an extension lead for the fan helpful. The beds around the pool have seen better days. The cleaning of the pools improved during our stay. Beforehand sand in them wasn't filtering.
