The project to redo the scenic sandy cove behind Tempo in Esentepe to a private beach with sun loungers and parasols has been going on for over a year. It is Esentepe’s municipality that initiated this wonderful beach project is welcomed by residents and tourists. It is a very positive step for the whole of Esentepe, which is constantly growing, as many foreign buyers decide to invest in holiday homes in the beautiful coastal area.
At the beach there is also a volleyball court and a large restaurant with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean.
The restaurant / bar / cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open until late every day.

Excellent villa

Very happy with the property it was as described in the advert. The location is very good with restaurants and supermarkets beaches very close also close to mountains.there is a lot of building works around the villa at the moment but it was not bothersome for us the signs said it would be finished early next year. All in all it was a great holiday seriously thinking of rebooking next year

Stunning location

The villa is situated in a fabulous location with spectacular views, however, the interior needs attention. The villa is somewhat tired. The sheets and towels provided are old and worn. The seat covers on the sofa and chairs are old and stained. The kitchen sink tap is hanging off. The maintanance man did visit the villa to check the tap but it was not repaired during our stay. We loved the location and the swimming pool was perfect and very clean.All in all we had a great holiday even with the above issues.

Looks amazing on pictures- downside which is not highlighted- on a building site which was extremely noisy and dusty.Will be lovely when completed but would not stay again until finished.Villa itself was a little dated but very reasonable for the money.

Dear Robert Thank you for your comments which came as a surprise as you made no mention of any of this during your stay. We note your original booking was for 2021 when there was no work on the site. Work on the site will be finished later this year 2022, meanwhile there should be no work close to our villas, if this was not the case, we could have had it stopped, had we been informed. We would be grateful for further comments concerning any areas you feel needs "updating" as we spend 50% of our rental income on improving the villa each year. Nice Place but Very Tired

Upon arrival, we noticed that the place was absolutely filthy, stank of sewage and it was very obvious that it had not been cleaned since the last guests left!! I called Stewart and he informed me that the previous guests had only just left. I received no warning of this from Stewart whatsoever. After much debacle, stress and the mums getting hot and bothered, Stewart booked us into a local hotel for the night. Whilst the Villa had been cleaned, it was not to a good standard. The floors were still dirty, there was cigarette butts outside! We also had to ask for basics like soap because none were provided and extra toilet rolls because we were given one per bathroom for the whole week! The Villa is on sale and it’s very obvious that there has been a lack of attention paid to it over the years! The kitchen tap was almost falling off, walls were dirty, uneven, tiles in the kitchen loose towel hangers, most of the wardrobe doors could not be closed because they were extremely stiff! All of the bathrooms look very tired with cracked tiles, random raw plugs drilled into walls, dirty walls, grout/silicone falling away etc etc! The air-conditioning in the lounge wasn’t working either! The outside area is lovely and the view spectacular. It’s very obvious that it is an investment property and a cash cow but unfortunately it’s also very obvious that no money has been spent on it for many years. For the money that we spent, we don’t feel that we got value for money!

As you say, we were horrified to learn our previous guest had overstayed, hence the villa was not prepared for your arrival, the first occasion from 10 years of renting for which I profusely apologised. I did my best to make amends by booking 5 rooms ( 1 per person) into a local 5* hotel which included both dinner and breakfast. As you know, you arrived early the following day, hence the floors were still wet and outside had not been finished, soap and toilet rolls had not yet been replenished which was remedied. I wish you could have had a better start..... My sincere apologies Stewart

Lovely villa with Excellent views

Myself and 3 friends stayed in this Villa for 2 weeks. Villa was very nice and comfortable. Welcome Pack was a surprise and a nice thought. Pool was exceptional and the views were amazing. Lovely sunset every evening. Set in a nice Village of Escentepe which had a couple of nice restaurants. Cengiz Restaurant is well recommended and if you fancied a drink they will pick you up from the villa and leave you back home again. A car is definitely needed if you want to explore. Will definitely stay in this villa again. Any issues that needed attended to Stewart ensured was sorted out very quickly and no fuss. Im looking forward to returning again.

Great holiday!

Nice house, great pool. The view was spectacular, especially at sunset. Very quiet. Wi fi working great. (The house is situated in the North of Cyprus and the costs of phone calls and Internet are extremely high for an EU country ). All appliances and cutlery were available. Stores and beaches are quite far away, a car is a must. Vanessa was very helpful with hiring cars and assuring the transfer from the airport and back. Steward, the host, was always prompt answering all our questions by Internet and offering all the information. The only problem was that quite a long time until he sent us the code to open the house, so don't forget yo ask for it before you get there. First half of August was very hot (36-38 degrees Celsius). All in all we had a wonderful time. Gina

Huset svarede næsten helt til vores forventninger, men der var meget fugtig i kælderen, og der lugtede muggent. Opvaskemaskinen fungerede dårligt, den kunne ikke opløse hele opvaskemidlet, selvom vi brugte den højeste temperatur. Der var voldsom regnvejr den næstsidste dag, og da viste det sig, at det ene badeværelse oven på ikke var tæt, så det regnede ind, så håndklæderne blev våde, men heldigvis var der rigelig med håndklæder, så det var ikke noget problem. Der var alt hvad hjertet kunne begære i køkkenet. Vejen til huset var meget hullet, så vi bange for den regnede helt væk , det gjorde den dog ikke, men der kom endnu større huller, der kostede en punktering. Det kræver at man har en bil til rådighed, da der er langt til både indkøb og restauranter, men der var heller ikke lovet andet.

A dream holiday

I had the best time in this amazing villa, waking up to such beautiful views from all rooms was amazing. The stars at night were so bright. You really need a car to make the most of this beautiful country and we did, we saw so many beautiful beaches around from escape to Famagusta and Bathra. The villa has all you need and I loved the infinity pool. I will definately be returning hopefully next year as I loved the location being in the middle of both sides that we visited. Only a 20 min drive to Girne and 45 mins drive to Gazimagusa it really was perfect. The photos are a true representation of the villa and I think even more lovely when you see it with your own eyes. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and I would definately recommend everyone to get the chance to stay here!

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location

We unfortunately chose a week for our holiday when the weather was quite poor, which was disappointing. However the villa was very comfortable and very well equipped for all of our needs, we were even able to light a log fire one evening which was lovely. We were also able to view new movies not currently available in the U.K. Any concerns re the villa were quickly resolved. Vanessa, the lady who looks after the villa, arranged our transfers to and from Larnaca and we were greeted on time and with efficiency by a very nice taxi driver. Any problems we had Vanessa quickly resolved. The owners of the villa with whom I have had communication both before and after the holiday are also very friendly and helpful. The area where the villa is situated is also very beautiful with lots of restaurants, bars etc not too far away. The area does not seem to be over developed and over run with tourists, however there are a lot of villas under construction. The view of course speaks for itself. The cost of living in the area is also substantially less than the U.K. And therefore great value for money. I hope to return when the weather is better.

Top Villa

Great Villa delightful view. Owner Stewart is a great guy very friendly and even gave us another villa on the day we left as our flight was in the evening.Would recommend and very good for the price. Use local car rental company esentepe...lot cheaper than Avis...local food not great but nice bar at the top of the hill overlooking the sea...great views ....weather still hot!

We are a retired couple with grown-up children, and when we go on holiday we like a high standard of accommodation. In 2004 we found a fantastic seafront location in Northern Cyprus and had to buy the view. We spent a long time selecting the design and furnishings to ensure the best comfort and for relaxation, taking 5 years to build we now share our time between the UK and North Cyprus. This property has been built, with no expense spared, and is therefore is kept in excellent condition, ensuring it is also in tip-top condition for our guests and friends.

When we first visited Northern Cyprus in 2004 we were impressed by the beautiful coastline and peaceful tranquility that this region offers, and the old-fashioned values of the resident Turkish Cypriot families. Whether you want a relaxing holiday by the pool or an action-packed adventure we feel sure you won’t be disappointed. The villa is in premium location away from the hustle and bustle, but with local amenities nearby, and still within easy reach of the town and harbour at Kyrenia with its lively bars, restaurants and shopping.
The Pine forests of the Kyrenia mountain range are within a short drive, as are the excellent beaches, catering for all needs and ages.
