It's a 10-15 min walk to the town centre. 150m from the return easy off-piste that runs down to Morzine. 150m to the regular bus to Morzine. Large outside parking area for up to 4 cars and also a double car garage. Large basement incorporating large boot drier rack, ski, bikes storage area and separate utility room. Fireplace, terrace, balcony. 40" Satellite TV, DVD player, Broadband WiFi, Bose iPod player. Quiet area with stunning views from both sides of chalet. Cot and high chair available free of charge.

A wonderful chalet for a large group with a homely feel. Well furnished with plenty of space and a fire place for a nice log fire.The chalet was quite cold on arrival as there hadn't been anyone in the week before us but once the heaters were on, it warmed up and was lovely and cosy for the rest of the stay.There was a good selection of games to play in the evenings as well as a table tennis table in the garage.It is a 15-20 minute walk to the center of Morzine or the Pleney ski lift. We had great communication from the host before the visit with all the info we needed.We're already looking at booking again for a future visit to Morzine.Highly recommend.

We had a superb time in Morzine, thanks to the cosy chalet giving you a home feeling !

Well-organized, clean, clean and cosy. The fireplace especially was a wonderful place to conclude the skiing day with friends. Having the comfort of a garage for 2 cars and a ski-room with heating was definitely a plus. Very responsive owner as well as local Agency support.

Beautiful chalet with everything you need for large group

Property is superb and very well equipped for everything you need. Ample space for large camper van or multiple cars. Lack of hot water was fixed as quickly as possible. Up hill walk to get home about 15 mins , views worth it. Buggy was useful for little one. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

fantastic house for 2-3 families

That house was great. Everything you need was available and more than enough space for 2 families. Only at arrival the house was a little bit cold, but the fireplace took quickly care of that problem. The enjoyed the pingpong table in the garage very much. And the ride to the parking garage under the Pleney lift took anly 4 minutes. If you could ski in and out, the house would get a 10 out of 10. Thanks for the nice stay!!

Lovely chalet very comfortable stay

We were a family group, two grandparents in the ground floor bedroom with their own bathroom, then two families with children in the upstairs bedrooms where we were all very comfortable, bathrooms were modern and perfect. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and we were able to make a Christmas dinner with no trouble! Really spacious garage and parking was appreciated. Living area had comfy sofas to seat us all, large table for dining, everything was perfect. Location is great with fabulous views out over the little back garden. Thanks to the owners and Total Chalets for good communication and hassle free arrival and departure.

This is great place to stay, close to slopes and the town

This chalet is all you need for your skiing holiday, its a 15min walk to town, but its 25min walk back up the hill if you have young children. The chalet has everything you need and very spacious for 3 families. I would suggest leaving skis in the resort in a lockup if you have children and no car, we used felix ski shop just for locker and you will pass it on the way to the resort. The chalet boot room is great and very warm. It is possible to ski back within 50m of the chalet providing there is snow at resort level. When I return to morzine I certainly would stay here again

Marvellous Morzine

The chalet is bigger than it appears from the photos and is warm and cozy. Great lounge area for socialising and a great dining area for our party of 10 adults. The kitchen is well equipped and all the bedroons are large and comfortable. Due to poor snow conditions low down, we couldn't ski to/from chalet, but it'd be pretty easy to do if snow was good down to Morzine. We went to Avoriaz each day, which means 2 buses, but its easy and not a great hassle. Bus stop about 150m from chalet. We ate out each night, but did think a night in chalet would have been great as its so nice. Walk to town is easy 15mins. Overall a really great stay and would definitely recommend.

Hébergement dont le ménage a été survolé avant notre arrivée. TrÚs bon contact avec l hÎte seulement les agents d entretien etaient inexistants pourtant nous avions demandé qu ils viennent constater nos dires !!!! .( poussiÚre , état du chalet trÚs sale!!! ). De plus, nous n avons pas pu utiliser la TV du séjour malgré nos remarques en début de séjour.Malgré tout la situation du chalet est top par rapport au village de Morzine.

Un bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille dans le chalet. Il était globalement bien équipé, il y avait déjà des luges disponibles. Gregg et son intendance ont su répondre rapidement à nos demandes. Pas trop loin des pistes et du centre ville, on pouvait y aller à pieds avec les enfants ou en voiture.

Nettes etwas Àlteres Haus mit schönem Garten

Wir waren im August dort. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß und mit vielen BĂ€dern. Alles war sauber. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neueste aber absolut in Ordnung. Leider kann die EingangstĂŒr nicht benutzt werden und einige Fenster lassen sich nicht zusperren. Ruhige Lage. Entfernung zum Ort zu Fuß in Ordnung. Im Sommer gerne wieder.

We live in England with our three children aged 9 to 15 who have been skiing since they were two. We have fallen in love with Morzine and holiday there as often as we can.

Why they chose this property

Morzine is a great holiday destination. It's an authentic Savoyard town with great restaurants and interesting shops with loads of things to do. The skiing in the Portes du Soleil region is vast and summer is also a great fun family holiday. Also being only an hour from Geneva is a real bonus.

What makes this property unique

We love being only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Morzine with all the restaurants, bars and shops. However the chalet is in a lovely quiet area with stunning views. We also enjoy the space the chalet provides for a large number of people. The garden in summer is great for BBQs and the children to play in.
