Ocupando una de las mejores posiciones en este complejo de apartamentos, con vistas al mar desde las ventanas del salón y del dormitorio. Coma usando la cocina totalmente equipada o coma en una amplia variedad de restaurantes locales. Good - BUT!

We had a lovely time staying in this Appartment but it pains me to say that it’s very noisy at night with late night arrivals at the hotel next door.Coaches pull up at all hours into the night , yes even at 2 and 3am , air con units on coaches making a real racket and luggage compartment doors banged shut - and then revering up the road this bleepers going very load as no turning point available , if your not bothered about this the Appartment is fantastic.Pool lovely , no problem getting a sun bed , cleaned regularly as was the communal spaces on the ground floor.Lovely area with a shop very close and several restaurants within walking distance and Fig Tree Bay a pleasant walk along a broad walk by the sea.Unfortunately the sleeping issues spoilt it for us but may not bother all.

Lovely apartment in Protaras

Tony’s apartment is stunning. Its location is second to none facing the ocean which is about 50 metres away. The 1 bedroom apartment is clean and has all the amenities you could need. It has a lovely balcony which we used each morning for breakfast. Protaras is about a 25 minute walk along the lovely coastal path. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying in Tony’s apartment if you’re looking for a holiday in this lovely part of Cyprus

Lovely Apartment

Great Apartment in a nice location.Views from the balcony are beautiful overlooking the sea.Apartment very clean and comfortable for 2 persons.Quite area with bars restaurants all within a 10 minute walk.I stayed the last week of March before the season started so was nice and peaceful at that time .Highly recommended apartment for a stay in Protaras. Communication from the host was excellent.

Unforgettable vacation

Beautiful apartment: clean, elegant, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view!!! Waking up to the sight of the sparkling sea and vibrant sunrise is an experience I will never forget. It truly added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The location of the apartment was simply unbeatable. It was close to the promenade that led to the beach, making for a pleasant walk. The host was kind and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment with fabulous sea views

We required a well equipped apartment for a month's stay for meeting friends and family and attending a wedding. The apartment was well situated for us between both Protaras and Ayia Napa. We were in walking distance for beautiful local beaches and just a bus ride from Ayia Napa. The apartment was spotless and met all our expectations. We even woke at 5.30am to watch the sunrise from our bed! The complex is kept immaculately cleaned. There is a lovely pool with clean changing and toilet facilities too. It's a 20 min walk into the restaurant's and shops in Protaras along the boardwalk or quicker along the main road however there is a hotel opposite where you can dine in their Ginger restaurant which was lovely or there is the Reef American Bar which serves lovely meals too. Loved staying here abs hope to return one day.

Beautiful Protaras

I stayed here with my husband to celebrate my 60th. The apartment is lovely, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner, Tony, was excellent. Gorgeous pool (although the sunbeds could do with an upgrade..) , very well maintained. Lovely view from the balcony, and fantastic walks in either direction.... Turn left for an easy stroll to Fig Tree Bay (a must is the Siko seaside restaurant, gorgeous food) and stop and swim with the turtles in the bay opposite the apartment (first set of steps, on the way to Fig Tree)... this was the highlight of the trip for me! Turn right for a stroll around the peninsula to a lovely bar overlooking the sea. Definitely hire a car, as there are so many beautiful beaches to visit. My favourite was Ayia Thekla, small, quiet, luxurious sun beds, no water sports, but a good snack bar. A Greek church overlooks this bay. Also, Konnos is gorgeous, with a gorgeous bar /restaurant, but get there early. The only thing I didn't like about the whole holiday were the coaches and taxis that kept driving down to the big hotel that was next to the apartment. They arrived at all hours, and I did find they disturbed my sleep a little. However, this does not stop me from recommending this apartment, just maybe take ear plugs? And, I am a light sleeper!! The lady who looks after the apartment, Bonnie, is lovely, the mid stay clean and fresh sheets and towels was a nice touch. All in all, we really enjoyed our holiday.

Der Aufenthalt war ok, Blick war toll. Die Bucht ist relativ ruhig im Gegensatz zur Fig Tree Bay. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sauber und gut zu erreichen. Generell nichts zu beanstanden. Nach unserem Geschmack leider wenig Charme.

FANTASTIC STAY AT AMAZING LOCATION

We recently stayed at this property which was perfect for our family. The view from the balcony is outstanding, the apartment was very clean and spacious. It is a short walk along the sea front to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay and the main strip protaras. We will be returning next year for sure. Tony the host was very helpful and would always respond pretty much straight away to any messages. An excellent stay. Thank you Tony.

Amazing!

This is our fourth time staying in Tony’s apartment and I cannot fault it at all. It’s the perfect location, about 10 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay. The apartment has everything you need and the sea view is just beautiful. Even if I tried I couldn’t think of anything negative to say, to me it’s just perfect 😊

A great place to spend your holiday

A nice apartment with a amazing ocean view. We have had a lovely holiday and we recommed this apartment and Tony was good host. We hired city bikes to go fast to the beach and the center of Fig Tree Bay. Thanks for letting us hire this wonderful apartment!

Erste Zypern Reise

Das Appartement liegt direkt am Meer mit herrlicher Aussicht. Beim Check-in fehlte die Abgabe der Appartement Nummer. Nach mühsamer Suche haben wir sie gefunden. Leider war die Wasserpumpe defekt, welche umgehend repariert wurde. Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber, überall lag Staub und Fusseln rum. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr kalt und wir mussten nach einer Decke nachfragen, welche wir bekamen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, aber kein Luxusaparment. Wir würden die nicht nochmals buchen.

Great location, great price

We could have stayed at the hotel across the road instead for around £200 per night, but that wouldn't have been worth it. The view is terrific and the apartment is spacious and well equipped for cooking. It was quiet (early November) and Protaras is a great area for exploring the coast along the boardwalk in both directions.

Amazing, perfect.

This apartment for me is absolutely perfect, the location is beautiful. You are a short 10 minute walk to the main strip and the famous fig tree bay. The crystal clear sea is right in front of you and a bonus this is where the turtles are. The apartment itself is very clean and has everything you need, it has been recently refurbished also. I really can’t fault the apartment in anyway and can’t wait to return.

Η θεα καταπληκτικη!

Τελεια τοποθεσια, με θεα θαλασσα!Δυστηχως ομως το κρεββατι μικρο για ζευγαρι και το στρωμα καθολου ξεκουραστο. Το ιδιο και ο καναπες που γινεται κρεββατι. Σιγουρα χρειαζονται και τα δυο ανανεωση. Ευχαριστω

En fin lille lejlighed med en fantastisk panorama udsigt. Swimmingpoolen var super. 10. minutters gang til den dejligste sandstrand, restauranter og indkøb. Du får meget for pengene. (Sengene er ikke gode).

Grear apartment

The apartment was nice. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very good near the beach and a 10 minute walk from the centre and fig tree beach which is one of the best in the island. Everytime we needed help the owner and his helpers were always willing to help . The best thing about the apartment is its view!

Lovely apartment, spacious, 10 min walk to town

Lovely apartment had everything we needed, short walk to town, lots of places to eat and drink. Only thing I could have asked for was a hairdryer as we were attending a wedding, but that is nothing really. Would definitely recommend this apartment and also book your transfer though the owner.

We decided to buy an apartment in Protaras after going there on holiday - we really liked the fact that it has beautiful beaches and a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants and the locals are very friendly. We bought this paricular apartment as it has stunning sea views and is located in a quiet bay yet is only 10 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay and the main street in Protaras. Nissi beach and Waterworld water park in Ayia Napa are only around half an hour by bus, which stops very close the the apartment complex.

The property is in an excellent location, providing a peaceful and relaxing setting overlooking the sea, but only a short walk from the beach and local amenities. Our apartment occupies one of the best positions in the resort complex as it has uninterrupted sea views from both the lounge and bedroom windows.
