Excellent value for money
The cottage was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We loved the gas fire, it was a little tricky to light, but well worth the effort; very cosy on a cold, dark, rainy evening! We also appreciated the coffee, tea and chocolate biscuits - a welcome treat after a long walk!
Lovely well equipped cottage, enough room for 4 adults and 2 little dogs.
Stayed for 4 nights in May cottage. Can’t really fault anything and good value for money. Tideswell had plenty to offer with 3 pubs all doing food, and our dogs allowed in all of them. Everyone was friendly and chatty. Would stay again.
Great location for biking and walking. Lovely cottage
Great location and lovely cottage. Only downside was shower not too powerful. Excellent otherwise.
Derbyshire get away
We picked this area as it was central to our walking needs. Cottage was great although we didn't get the welcome pack promised. Everything else about the cottage was fine. Good pubs and eating places all very close.
Well equipped house. Just what we needed for a short break at this time of the year
Great place to stay. Central for all we needed. Christmas shopping in Buxton and Bakewell. Tideswell is a lovely village, worth a walk round. Everyone was friendly. Will be back
