The Moulin De Guinche is a superbly located attractive Luxury Villa complete with its own huge heated indoor swimming pool, and benefits from being newly and professionally renovated to a very high standard. It sits in 2 acres of tranquil landscaped gardens with its own private lake that is stocked with large and numerous fish. Free WIFI is included and SKY TV. Guests can enjoy the gardens and the lake and can catch Carp to 20lbs. A fleet of mountain bikes is available to explore the many quiet local country roads. There is also an outdoor american pool table and bar football table. Fontenay le Comte is a larger town and is only 20 minute away. Fontenay has several historic buildings, many shops and restaurants, and a nice street market. Sorry we do not accept Pets.

un séjour tranquille en famille

Une grande maison très bien équipée autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La piscine chauffée et couverte est vraiment au top. Le billard est super aussi ainsi que la table de ping pong et les jeux de société. Par contre la maison est loin de tout. Je pense que c'est un bon compromis si on veut faire plusieurs visites comme le Puy du Fou, la Rochelle, la Vallée des singes (j'adore), Fontenay le Comte et rester se détendre entre.

This is our second visit and we love it ..... the house is really well equipped with everything you need and more ..... we were a party of 6 and really enjoyed all the outdoor areas to sunbathe , read or do yoga !! The rooms are gorgeous especially the new master bedroom with en-suite very nice addition ......... will definitely book again ...

Simply The Best !!

As a family of 7 we stayed at Moulin De Guinche for a wonderful week. It is a beautiful , well kept villa in a lovely location. It is very well equipped inside and out. In the garden areas which are stunning there is table tennis, pool, giant chess and darts as well as shelves full of other games, badminton, boules etc, and of course the fabulous heated swimming pool, which we used every day! Lots of sitting out areas to enjoy the evening BBQ and glass of local produce. You can wander down to its own small lake to feed the fish and family of friendly ducks. inside the villa is a whole cupboard full of board games to suit all ages as well as a library of dvds, a wii, a playstation, there is no excuse for having nothing to do here ! Penny and Tim, are the perfect property managers. Nothing was to much trouble and they were lovely people to have a chat with. Add to all this a wonderful little boulangerie at St Hermine, 10 mins away, and what more could you want!
