Está bellamente amueblado y se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada en una tranquila calle lateral cerca del centro de Zell am See, cerca de tiendas, bares, restaurantes y el remonte. Very nice spacious apartment with good well equipped kitchen and space for a family of 5. Good parking, speedy WiFi, comfortable beds. Very well positioned with a short stroll into the town. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment, in an excellent location close to all the amenities and just a short walk to the CityXpress lift. We had a lovely, cosy Christmas in Zell am See, great for skiers and non-skiers alike. The kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked in a few nights, and the sofa and smart tv were well used too! The beds are super comfy, we all slept really well, and great to have two bathrooms. It was a bit too cold to sit out on the balconies, so we'll just have to come back in the summer to do that! Thanks to Lysan and Ivava, for promptly answering all my questions before, and during our stay. We'd love to stay again!

Great summer

The apartment was perfect for 5 adults on summer holiday. The apartment is exactly as presented. Welcome mail, instructions and communication with land lord was good. Communication with local cleaning/janitor was very good as well. This can certainly be recommended.

Wij hebben 3 dagen/4 nachten in het appartement verbleven. Een heel fijn en schoon en mooi appartement. Overal dichtbij. Het enige minpunt vonden wij de herrie s nachts en s morgens vroeg (aan overkant afvalverwerking en vrachtwagens die al vroeg voorbij kwamen om vuil op te halen en glasbak die tot laat in de nacht werd gebruikt.

Zentrale Lage in Zell am See

Sehr schönes Objekt mit zentraler Lage in Zell am See, was natürlich mit etwas Straßenlärm verbunden ist. Teilweise könnte das Möbilar erneuert werden. Wir haben den Aufendhalt sehr genossen. Freundliche Agentur vor Ort.

Sehr schönes Apartment für guten Preis

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist recht zentral in Zell am See und innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See oder in der Fußgänger-Zone. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Bei An- und Abreise ist man dort.sehr flexibel. Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone und 2 Bäder, was ideal für 6 Personen ist. Alles in allem sind unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt worden und wir würden dort wieder buchen :)

Noisy nights- difficulty sleeping

The apartment is as lovely as it looks in the photos, but we were unable to sleep comfortably. We had to leave the windows open at night since there was no air conditioning. There were no screens on the windows so we got bug bites each night. Worse though was the fact that the apartment is in a very noisy area. We heard people passing by our windows and people hanging out in the adjacent park at late hours. We were woken up very early each morning by trucks. We heard bottles being thrown into the nearby recycling bins all hours of the night and early morning. Perhaps in the winter these aren't issues.

My family and i spent a week at the apt for skiing. 5 adults, two children. We enjoyed the place very much and loved the bathtub and the floor heating. The kitchen was fully equipped, the sofa and beds were compfi and the friendliness and style of the apt provided us with good vibes every day. The living room gets the family together. Especially the organizing lady, Ivana was a dream cause she was so flexible and friendly and caring. Thanks again. The location is close to the lift and shops. The holiday was perfect.

Conviently situated, not wheelchair

This rewiew is based on two opinions: Family apartment ; for a family looking forward to discover Zell am See and surroundings, it will be enjoyable to stay here. It is a very practical and functional place to stay. The modern kitchen makes it very easy to prepare wonderful dishes. All the amenities as indicated on the website are there and is working 100%. Easily an apartment that you can rent for 5-7 days. Wheelchair accessible : Unfortunatly not, the option must be removed from the menu. Although there are no steps into the apartment the bedroom and bathroom are small or not accessible enough for a paraplegic or quadriplegic. The doorways are wide enough. The bathrooms are not accessible, not even for a paraplegic.Unfortunately my recommendation for this apartment is wheelchair inaccessible.

Lovely clean, well equipped apartment.

Lovely apartment with everything you could need provided including DVDs, books and toys if you have children. Spacious and really good showers!! Very useful to have an underground parking space. Close to the city express lift, and the bus station for all other ski buses. Also very close to the town shops and restaurants. Lots of things to do apart from skiing around the area. Would definately stay here again.

We live in the UK and visited the area in 2010 and loved the picturesque town, the extensive ski area, the amazing food choices and the welcoming locals. We decided to look for somewhere to spend family holidays and found our lovely holiday home in 2011.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

First of all Zell am See is so convenient to travel to. Just an hours drive from the airport or a convenient bus or train ride away. It has a beautiful lakeside location and you can enjoy it both in the summer and winter. The nearby glacier at Kaprun means you have access to a long ski season. The apartment is just a stroll away from ski lifts, shops and restaurants in the pretty town centre. The lake is close by for summer swimming and activities. We love the regular festivals in the town square throughout the main summer and winter weeks.

Our apartment has been very well set up to be comfortable, cosy and convenient. Whether you intend to stay in and cook or stroll across to one of the many eateries close by. We provide all the basics to make your stay as easy as possible including shower gel, toilet roll, washing liquid, kitchen cupboard essentials, even board games if you want to stay in and relax. For little ones we have a feeding chair, baby cot, bed rail, toys & games.
