A terrace on the Sea

Everything is very nice, especially the location and the terrace (which is much nicer in person). Maria is kind and efficient. The flat deserves more care to be absolutely excellent.

Could have been a wonderful stay

Prior to arrival all communications were very good, on arrival we were shown round the apartment and our first impressions were not great. After Jose had left my wife swept and mopped out the whole apartment this had not been done prior to our arrival, we contacted the owner and explained that we would clean the apartment ourselves for the rest of the stay (35 nights). On further inspection we found a catalogue of annoying faults, the washing machine door hanging loose, the fridge freezer doors marked and rusty, the shelf holding the microwave chewed, grimy surfaces, crockery chipped and broken and then glued back together. Both showers were very small and the apartment had very poor water pressure, unable to use the bathroom if the washing machine was in use.The socket in the kitchen for the kettle not fixed to the wall,no receptacle for toilet paper. I fully appreciate that it is someone's home but it should meet a standard that is acceptable to renters, it could do with dragging into 2023 instead of remaining in the 1980's . The only saving grace was the outside area, it was absolutely great, great views and full sun. I have never had to write such a poor review, we have stayed in hundreds of rented properties, it leaves me feeling very uncomfortable however, if it helps others make a decision about staying here and the owner change things to make improvements to the apartment then I am happy to write it. San Jose is a gem, I cannot say the same about the apartment.

No hemos estado mal, pero podíamos haber estado mejor. El piso no está mal para lo que es, pasar unos días, pero hay muchos detalles descuidados. No hay aire acondicionado, solo un par de ventiladores de pie y otro par en el techo, menos mal que nosotros llevábamos dos también porque si no, no se podría haber dormido. Las ventanas antiguas excepto una. Tiene dos baños, pero son chicos y las duchas estrechísimas, si hubiera ido algún familiar nuestro que es más grande, no entra. Uno de los baños estaba atascado, por lo que no pudimos usarlo.El frigorífico enfría poco. Toda la decoración es excesiva, por lo que agobia un poco, sobre todo las paredes. La limpieza regular, ya que tuvimos que fregar el menaje que utilizábamos. Una de las tumbonas, estaba rajada (la tela estaba pasada, suponemos que de la luz solar).Pero en conjunto, no hemos estado tan mal, se ha podido ir solventado los problemas y la terraza es espectacular, hemos estado muy a gusto por las noches cenando ahí, oyendo y viendo el mar.

Excellentes vacances. Logement avec une vue superbe, très bien situé et plage à 2 minutes à pied, situation idéale pour découvrir le magnifique Cabo de Gata. Trés pratique aussi pour les courses. Village de San José très joli.Très bon.accueil de José. Très calme et facile de se garer en ce moment. Mi estancia en San José

Una experiencia sumamente gratificante. Al llegar, el orden y la limpieza eran impecables. La comunicación con la propietaria fue fluida y sin inconvenientes. La ubicación es inmejorable: a solo 3 minutos a pie de la playa y a 8 minutos del pueblo. Sin dudarlo volvería!

Appartement dans son jus, très belle vue sur la mer. Pour autant, appartement peu adapté pour y séjourner par les chaleurs du mois d’août, très chaud à l’intérieur, pas possible de faire du courant d’air. Cuisine assez petite et équipement plutôt vétuste. Très peu de pression à la douche.

Nuestra casa es tradiciional. El caudal de agua en San Jose es limitado. Este año la calima nos ha dejado todas las paredes llenas de arena del desierto y no hemos podido tenerlo tan blanco como solemos.

Bien ubicada con muchos peros

La ubicación del alojamiento está genial, a 2 minutos de la playa y tiene una terraza maravillosa pero y aquí empiezan los peros... La casa necesita un buen lavado de cara esta todo muy viejo, de hecho se rompio una cinta de la persiana solo al intentar bajarla. El caudal de los grifos es de pena, se que en esa zona tienen poca presión pero es que sale literalmente un hilo de agua y tardas en ducharte una eternidad. La limpieza de la casa en los tiempos que corren (sobre todo la cocina) dejaba mucho que desear, tuvimos que lavar bien todo antes de usarlo. Los enchufes son antiguos(menos el del termo que si era nuevo) tuvimos problemas para enchufar algunas cosas. Y por último pero no menos sorprendente: en el segundo baño hay un cartel en la puerta que pone: '' No usar el baño mientras esté la lavadora puesta'', de película de miedo. Ya os podéis imaginar por qué.. Las duchas son enanas, se salía todo el agua. Más vale un baño grande que dos minúsculos y con peligro de electrocutarse. La dueña es bastante arisca, estoy segura de que tras mi comentario dirá miles de injurias como ha hecho siempre en los comentarios que criticaban algo del piso. Quería que pagáramos nosotros la persiana! Por favor... Ese piso necesita una reforma ya, gastese el dinero y no eche la culpa a los huéspedes. No lo recomiendo.

no lo aconsejo

enchufes del siglo pasado, imposible ducharse con un hilo de agua, escaleras para subir interminables, la terraza privacidad cero, pegada a ambos lados por vecinos a menos de 2 metros y sin separación. Alquilando esta casa es la mejor manera de arruinar unas vacaciones en un sitio inmejorable como San Jose. Calor insoportable en la casa. TV sin apenas canales. Casa sin Wifi.

Entiendo sus emociones por el hecho de que NO LEYO LA INFORMACION, exacto no hay WIFI y HAY QUE SUBIR 1 PISO de ESCALERAS, como detalla el anuncio. LE RECOMIENDO QUE EN EL FUTURO LEA Y SE INFORME, YO LE HUBIERA HECHO UNA CANCELACION. Su esposa me confirmo que habian disfrutado, puede que solo usted estuviera mal. Si, hubo una ola de calor en toda España, la peor que yo recuerdo. Desde luego, le doy la razon, el sitio y mi terraza son inmejorables Espero que planifique mejor sus vacaciones en el futuro

Lola, me sorprende su falta de lealted despues de todos los favores que nos ha pedido y que hemos atendido. EN PRIMERA LINEA SOLO HAY APARTAMENTOS MAS ANTIGUOS, si quiere obra nueva, se va a 2km de la playa y las vistas nos son iguales. "VIEJO" suene despectivo y es innecesariamente desagradable
