TrĂšs belle Villa

Belle villa, encore mieux que sur les photos. Elle est bien situĂ©e mais requiert un vĂ©hicule. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien reçu par Claudia. De plus elle et sa mĂšre se sont assurĂ©es de rĂ©pondre rapidement Ă  nos petites demandes. À notre arrivĂ©, le lave-vaisselle Ă©tant brisĂ©, Claudia nous a mentionnĂ© qu'un lave-vaisselle tout neuf serait installĂ© dĂšs le lendemain matin, ce qui fut fait. On y retournerait sans hĂ©sitation.

This is a fantastic, well presented family villa. The villa was extremely well equipped and clean throughout. You are located in a quiet residential area, yet only 5-10 minutes away from the more vibrant areas of The Strip and the Old Town in Albufeira.Claudia couldn't have been more helpful throughout the booking and check-in process. We would definitely go back!

Villa was fantastic, set in an amazing plot with plenty of room for the eight of us. Pool was perfect, the kids and adults loved it. The communication from Claudia was excellent and she made sure that checking in was hassle free.The only slight downside was that the villa was quite a bit away from the shops for groceries but that is not a slight on the villa as I would not hesitate to go back. Aldi was a good 25 minute walk. There was another supermarket as part of a hotel about 10 minutes in the other direction.Absolutely loved our week there and would would highly recommend.

Great house with all the facilities needed for a great stay! The location and house standards are very good with large outdoor areas, and also a clean pool to cool off in. Cooling in all bedrooms served a great retreat from the heat also.

The villa was very large with plenty of space, however no welcome pack on arrival unless you pay 50 euros up front. I highly recommend hiring a car for your stay as we had to pay for ubers to go anywhere. The pool was large and clean with enough sun beds. We felt that the bbq area was too far from the pool area and the outside eating area wasnt very picturesque. All in all it was an ok holiday but Albufeira felt like Blackpool at times, the old town seems to be taken over by stag and hen doos with hundreds of drunken people spilling out on the streets. Not nice when visiting with a family of young teens.

Excellent villa for a family holiday

Right from the start communication with Claudia was great and the villa was as good as it looks in the pictures and did not disappoint in any way. Having stayed in the area before we knew it was a little out of town but still within walking distance of the beach. We hired a car to get us about at night and i did double trips to ferry us to local restaurants at night , plus if we went into town we also got an Uber which was only 5 euros. We will definitely come back again.

Wonderful week

We had an excellent week at the villa as a multigenerational group. Ages 3 - 70! The villa has everything you could need and is extremely spacious. We were concerned the pool would be too chilly as it isn’t heated but we had great weather (mid twenties) and the pool was fab for us all- we took a wetsuit for the 3 year old. The top communal balcony is a beautiful place for sundowners and also a great location for some yoga. The host was extremely helpful through booking to leaving. Would highly recommend this villa.

Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week in mid May and cannot fault the house or hosts. Claudia contacted us before our visit and helped arranged transfers, check in was a breeze and the property was ready early which was a bonus. The house is light and airy with loads of indoor and outdoor space - the pics really don’t do it justice. Location was lovely, 5 mins walk to a couple of shops and ten minute walk down the beach. There is a beach bar / fish restaurant on the beach which is great for midday snacks / ice creams / beer. We would also recommend Portobello pizza restaurant which is 10 min walk. Easy to get buses to Albufeira and Vilamoura if you fancy a trip out. There is also a hotel a couple of mins walk down the hill from the villa which has waterslides etc and you can pay for a day pass. Great for younger kids up to about 8. Overall a really lovely place, and super friendly and helpful hosts.

Wonderful Villa

The villa was so spacious, clean, peaceful, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed all the en-suite bathrooms, balconies, pool and large kitchen. It was great having access to all the kitchen and laundry utilities whilst we stayed there. Claudia was a gracious hostess and recommended us to the best local tourist activities.

Amazing family holiday

Villa is amazing and has everything you need (except maybe a larger jug for sangria 😉). Great location only a short walk to two local mini markets and about 2-3 miles to the next town (which we walked a couple of times) and has some great restaurants. We were a party of 5 so required a larger Uber which cost just under 10 euro to the old town and 6 euro to the supermarket (Aldi). We had an amazing time and our two year old absolutely loved her holiday home and wanted to stay there forever. The only thing I would say is as the pool isn’t heated it was a bit cold for our 2 year old because of the time of year but apart from that couldn’t fault the Villa, Claudia or her family.

Lovely private Villa

Amazing villa for our family holiday. Very private, no noise round about. Easy to walk to small supermarket/coffee shop approx 10 mins or slightly longer walk to Aldi (25 mins) and Uber back. We enjoyed the space the Villa gave us all with the large kitchen and BBQ area. Large pool and garden area to enjoy the sunshine. Spotlessly clean and towels and bedlinen changed during our stay.

Wonderful time at Villa Segunda

Just returned from a 10 day holiday at this superb Villa in Albuferia. We were a party of 7 with plenty of room in this spacious Villa with excellent facilities. 4 bedrooms with 3 en-suite and a shower room for the 4th bedroom. Kitchen is large and stocked with everything you need. New large fridge/freezer and washing machine in the utility room. Villa is in a quiet safe neighbourhood and the only occasional sound is the Cockerel next door. Large dishwasher in the kitchen which was well used. Travelling around is easy with Uber only 3-4 euros to The strip, Santa Eulalia beach and the new Aldi II. Old town 5-6 euros. Claudia and her family were excellent hosts with the pool cleaned regularly and linen and towels changed. Nice garden with 5 different fruit trees as well. Lovely sized pool with plenty of comfortable sunloungers. We would highly recommend this Villa. Michael Sept 2023

This is an absolutely perfect villa. Like a lot of the other reviews have already mentioned, the photos really don’t do it justice. Spacious rooms with a massive amount of storage, all spotlessly clean. Local amenities a 10 minute walk away and an Aldi 5 minutes in an (insanely cheap) Uber! Claudia was absolutely brilliant right from the first inquiry. Any questions we had leading up to our stay were answered promptly, and a couple of requests we had were absolutely no issue. Thank you so much.

Book without hesitation

Just returned from a fantastic 10 nights at this villa. From booking to arrival the host Cláudia was fantastic making the whole process really easy - we even booked our transfers from the airport through her at a very reasonable price. The villa itself is absolutely brilliant - it has everything you need should you want to use it as just a base or wish to spend more time there and self cater. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need and the BBQ area is brilliant. The pool is lovely as are the gardens. Four spacious bedrooms (3 en-suite) can comfortably sleep up to 8 adults, we also had a travel cot. Though set back from the busy areas, which is lovely as in a quiet area you can take a short walk to a local Spar that you can use for the basics. We used Uber to get around to larger supermarkets and restaurants at a very reasonable price. On arrival the villa wasn’t quite ready but Cláudia was there to check us in and we were able to leave our bags there whilst the cleaners did the final preparations. When we returned it was absolutely spotless. The beds and towels were changed during our stay and the pool was checked regularly. We could not fault our stay here and would return in a heartbeat.

Family get away

We had a lovely chilled holiday at the villa.supermarket out of the gates turn left bottom of the hill in the hotel or at the bottom of the hill turn right and there is a spar.Claudia was lovely letting us leave our cases while we went for a walk around the Villa was very Clean lots of room for everyone.We found Santa Eulailia had some nice restaurants within walking distance if mobility is not an issue .We used Uber at a very reasonable cost. Loved our stay very relaxing lots of room inside and out our first villa holiday dont think it will be our last.
