This wonderful Townhouse is part of a safe, gated condominium comprised of a small number of Villas.
The Villa is a south-facing, double storey building, with its own private enclosed garden with a private built-in BBQ. The little gate at the end of the garden takes you directly to the swimming pool. In the private garden you may find a table with 6 chairs for outdoor meals, two umbrellas and sun loungers for sun tanning, relaxing, reading, etc.
Downstairs, at the entrance, the Villa has also its own private car-port with a smaller private garden.
Upstairs, the master bedroom (suite) has a balcony from where you have a huge view of the all condominium. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a second large bathroom.

The Villa has lots of light, is tastefully decorated, modern, cheerful and sophisticated, allowing the feeling of relaxation and comfort that we all yearn for in a holiday home by the beach. Children have lots of space to ride bikes and run free on the lush lawns, play and enjoy within the safety of a closed condominium. The complex has a locked entrance, a motorized gate, so it is quite secure and very private.

We provide Baby Cot, High Feeding Chair, Beach Umbrella and Beach Cooler Box. The large shared pool is at the back of the house, facing South, with a special area for children.
This condominium has lush lawns, lots of trees, flowers and birds and a big swimming pool, with a separate shallower area for children and also a Tennis court.

The Villa is at a walking distance to the Aveiros, Forte de São João and Oura Beaches, many excellent restaurants, vibrant nightlife, bars, supermarkets, the "Old Town" of Albufeira, the famous "Strip", the local "Giro" bus, Touristic Train, etc. It takes 15 minutes to walk along the beach into the old town of Albufeira with its shops, bars and restaurants and fantastic night life. The famous Strip/Street of the Bars is 3 min walk. You do not need a car as the bus-Giro service is very good.
Despite this, the Condo is very tranquil and peaceful. There are wonderful beaches and villages along the coast. A short trip inland takes you to the old Algarve where life has not changed much for years. 4 min drive from Balaia Village Golf Course, 10 min to Salgados Golf Course and 20 min from all the courses at Vilamoura.

The tennis court is very well maintained and is also found at the end of the communal gardens.
This is a spacious Complex within walking distance to all amenities and a variety of night life. Enclosed secure complex with motorized gate with remote control. Tranquil, peaceful and romantic, yet walking distance to restaurants (just across the street), bars, bus, post-office, beaches etc.
