The terrace is the most experienced and pleasant place in the house.
The accommodation is suitable for couples and families with children: it is on two levels and furnished with taste and materials typical of this stretch of Maremma.
Being on a panoramic promontory, to access the villa you must go down (or go up) a stone staircase, however, very easy but not suitable for people with disabilities.
The garden is a beautiful forest of oaks
Our house, designed and built by our father architect, spread over 160 square meters, is on two levels and is very cozy, fresh and comfortable: it has 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one 4-bed (two singles) and one bunk) excellent for children / teenagers.
There are 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), a very comfortable outdoor shower (hot water), a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, a nice lounge with dining area and two large terraces, one very panoramic and one on the back, very fresh and shaded. A large garden, mostly steep and wooded, gives privacy, relaxation and makes the house cool.

LINEN
Linen rental not included in the price.
If you wish to rent linen the price is 15 euros per person per set. Each set of linen includes bed linen and towels for the bathroom. The set of double sheets costs 30 euros even if used by one person. We usually change a set of linens every week.
