Fint stort hus, veludstyret køkken og alt fungerede, alt rent og pænt. Fin pool som blev rengjort hver anden dag. Ikke stort område omkring poolen også del timer hvor pool er i skygge da husene tæt på skygger. Fint område med indkøb i kort køreafstand. Eneste minus er hunde som boede i husene tæt på som stod udenfor og gøede voldsomt og vækkede os alle hver morgen kl. 5. De blev ved i timevis.

Perfect Cyprus Break...

The villa's location is pretty good for getting to anywhere on the island. The villa is nice. Carol the property's manager is really very helpful. The bakery round the corner is absolutely fantastic - I wish we had one here at home! Overall, a fantastic place to stay, we loved it.

Alethriko Villa

We had a great stay at the William Seed Villa. The Villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable for our family. We highly recommend to any family that needs a place and especially for a longer stay. The bedrooms are very simple and have big closets to get organized and put clothes away. The pool area is very nice with ample seating and lounging. Kids really enjoyed this! We also found the location to be convenient and short drive to Larnaca, Limassol, beaches in Ayia Napa and even Nicosia. Carol was very responsive and gave recommendations that were helpful. She also was accommodating when we wanted a late checkout since out flight was in the evening. Would highly recommend and we will stay here again for our next visit.

Excellent villa, perfect for (extended) families

This is a really nice modern villa in a location that makes a very convenient base for exploring the island by car The house was a perfect size for our group of 5 (Grand parents, parents and one 13 year old) but I think even a group of 8 would not feel cramped. The house itself is clean and has all the facilities you need – the photos are an accurate representation. The WiFi worked solidly during our stay – not superfast but good enough for streaming Netflix etc. The swimming pool is nice although during our visit in October you had to keep moving because it was quite cold! There was ample space outside for the two hire cars we had. The house is far enough away from the motorway and Larnaca airport that you are not disturbed by either but you can be on the motorway within a few minutes making it very easy to head off to Larnaca, Limmasol, Nicosia or Paphos – or wherever else takes your fancy! After making initial enquiries with Angela we booked and paid in sterling by direct bank transfer to Angela’s UK bank account. This side of things all went very smoothly and our damage deposit was refunded without issue the day after we arrived back in the UK. Angela is extremely helpful and professional – she manages several villas in Alethriko so if Williams Seed is already booked for your dates it’s still worth contacting her to see if she has something else available. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday and would recommend Williams Seed without hesitation. If we are staying in this part of Cyprus again we will definitely be making contact with Angela.

Stunning clean villa, recommended for everyone!

Very clean well looked after villa! Really good location and close to beaches and attractions! will recommend to anyone going to Cyprus!! The property manager went out her way to be most accommodating and will be back here very soon! We transferred the initial deposit and nearer the time of arriving the balance direct to Angela s bank and everything was straight forward better than can be expected. Angela refunded the deposit the day following we vacated. Thank you again Angela and looking forward to come again!

Well maintained, clean, great pool area

Pre booking we had some concerns about making payment direct and not via PayPal or the website but we experienced no problems with payments confirmed and our “breakage” deposit returned promptly. Angela the property manager visited us the day after we arrived and went through details on the villa and area, several times throughout our stay Angela was very helpful. The property was well maintained as per the description on the website, the pool area is very spacious with the benefit of a BBQ and the pool cleaned several times during our 2 week stay.The villa is located in a quiet village so very peaceful, within a 5 minute drive there is a restaurant, bakers, butchers, “Smart” supermarket and banks. The property is 15 minutes drive from Larnaca and the airport. Recommend staying at this villa.

Lovely clean Villa, in a tranquil location.

William Seed is a lovely villa. we booked directly through Angela and paid by bank Transfer, with no problems. The villa was spotless on arrival. Having a car is essential. We had exceptionally hot weather for May, so we found the large swimming pool fantastic. Also the drinking water chiller in the Villa was wonderful Bonus. As we had a late flight home Angela allowed us to stay in the villa passed the departure time, which we really appreciated. Thank you again Graham & Debbie

villa and manager were 5* and definitely return

From start to finish the whole process was so simple and smooth. From the first contact with Angela Parouti she agreed a reasonable price for my stay and sent her bank details to pay for the deposit. A bit sceptical but paid part of the money. A situation arose where we couldn't travel unfortunately, and she refunded the money in full within a couple of days on providing proof of our unfortunate circumstances. I then made new travel plans and of course went back to the company I trusted and Angela once again gave me undivided service throughout. I paid all the money directly to Angela bank account and she was reliable and contactable throughout our stay. The William seed villa was beautiful and well decorated and maintained. We enjoyed over 2 weeks of the villa and was sorry to leave. There where 2 points that where slightly annoying. Air-conditioning is set at a temperature and on a timer and can't be altered (very common in Cyprus as electricity is expensive.) Tv doesn't work like regular TV, but despite it hardly affected our stay. We left the villa clean and tidy and received the security deposit back within less than 48 hours of leaving the villa. All round amazing experience honest agent and good management company. I would highly recommend and have already recommended as what you see is what you get. 5****

Second time around was just as good

This is our second experience with HomePride and Angela and it did not disappoint. On this visit we stayed in a different villa the Williams Seed villa (3 kids and 5 adults). We throughly enjoyed the pool and made total use of the fully equipted kitchen. We had such a good time we didn't even turn on the TV. The wifi was fully utilized (by the kids of course!) however, we couldnt use the streamer we brought along as the signal wasn't strong enough - which wasn't a big deal. Other residents had left behind a nice assortment of easy reading novels and we added to the collection. The only negative was it was very hot at times- and this is minor issue but the downstairs airconditioners are really not powerful enough to cool that size of open plan kitche/lounge area. On many occassions we were melting with no way to change the theromast from it's 24 degree setting. Angela as usual was a pleasure to deal with - before our trip and obviously during the trip she was at hand and always willing and helpful. Alethriko has a special place in my familes heart and we are definately coming back for a third visit.

Luxury stay in a beautiful villa

On arrival, we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the villa. Very high standard. There was nothing missing, fully equipped kitchen, an iron, a hairdryer, even a frappe machine! Pool area was fantastic! The whole service from owners direct was very professional, from the smooth payment instructions, to the directions to the villa and the collection of the key. All explained step by step. The manager, Angela was very helpful, even supplying us with fresh figs! We found a very helpful folder with lots of tips and suggestions, and a great map. Overall, we had a fab time, will definitely be using owners direct every time we book a villa.

Lovely Time in Cyprus

The villa was in a really good location and was easy to travel to Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia. Local supermarket and bakery within 10 minutes with a car. The villa was clean and was well equipped. Angela, manager of the property, had provided clear and concise directions to get there from the airport and was helpful and responsive to queries. Payment by bank transfer was straight forward . A really enjoyable holiday

We Loved It!!

I’m wishing we were back in Cyprus. We had a wonderful stay in the Williams Seed villa last month, for just over a week when we visited Cyprus with my 3 adult sons for my goddaughters wedding. Angela, who manages the property was great throughout our communication both before we arrived and during, particularly a panicky moment when we accidently left the house without taking any keys with us and only discovered this once we were settled on a beach in Protaras. Despite it being a Sunday Angela was on the case straight away and saved the day. The villa was in a perfect location to the airport and main motorways for all my visits to family across Cyprus and was literally a 3 minute walk to my goddaughters villa so we were in the perfect spot. We found the Villa clean and well equipped with all we needed for our stay, ample towels and crockery etc. and there was a great information pack listing all the local amenities including a great local hairdresser that I visited and restaurants/supermarkets. The only couple of things we noted were that the TV didn’t appear to be working right, but that could have been us not really understanding the step by step process and to be fair we only switched it on late one evening and didn’t impact our holiday in the slightest and I am sure had we notified Angela she would have come round straight away or given us guidance over the phone on what to do. The other being the sun over the pool area; the sun was directly on the pool fully from around 12 – 4pm, before and after you had to shift your chairs to spots on the patio, which were not in the shade which included the pool, due to the building next door blocking the afternoon sun and the sun rising at the front of the villa in the morning That said we would recommend a stay again at the Williams Seed

Superb Villa......

We stayed as a party of 8 at Williams Seed - visiting for a family wedding. The villa lived up to its description & pictures on the website. The villa is spacious and comfortable with all added luxuries - including wi-fi (essential when your party has 2 teenagers!!) It is located in a very peaceful village but in walking distance of 2 great restaurants. Angela, the property manager was on hand to help with any queries and was so professional and lovely. I would recommend this villa if visiting Cyprus - in fact 2 of our party are looking to re-book for October this year!!

Fantastic Relaxing Holiday

Excellent Villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, the sofa and beds are very comfortable and the swimming pool is lovely! (even if a little cold) The area is very quiet which is great for a getaway but a car would be recommended if you are planning on going into town each day, there is a local supermarket etc. for the essentials though. We were looked after from the start right through the holiday and recommend this villa highly
