A delightful, bright and spacious 3 bedroom detached villa in a tranquil and very private location with all amenities close by. The villa has 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite)and a cloakroom. The master bedroom has a feeling of opulence with a King sized double leather bed and an en-suite full bathroom with a separate shower enclosure. The twin bedroom has an ensuite wet room and the 2nd double bedroom has access to a full independent shower room. This enchanting and tastefully designed villa is spacious and would be ideal for families and friends looking for a relaxing and quality holiday. The lounge area is comfortable and inviting with a large flat screen TV, BBC1/2, ITV, CH4 , Sky Sports/Movies, CD and DVD. The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen and is separate to the dining room. Relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces, Pool Table, or unwind in your own Hot Tub Jacuzzi and for the more energetic you have the Gym and Sauna, then dine under the stars and enjoy that 'alfresco' dining experience

Great Villa and location

Beautiful villa with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We loved the pool, pool table and hot tub. Good location in a quiet area and short walks to both the harbour and beaches where there are plenty of lovely bars and restaurants.

Almost frightened to share this review with others, as I want to keep this wee gem a secret. However, got to say, the villa is in a beautiful setting, spotlessly clean and modern. The amenities are out of this world.. loved the beautiful pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Loads of wee extras too on arrival which helped us settle in. The owners are lovely and helpful which really makes the difference. Definitely go here again for a relaxing holiday and luxury.

Lovely family holiday in spacious villa

We were impressed by the space at this villa and the amenities. Contact with the owners was good and any housekeeping issues were resolved fairly quickly. It was a lovely family holiday and we would highly recommend this to everyone. One final note is this holiday is for active families as there are a lot of steep hills in this area. But we enjoyed the exercise and chose not to hire a car. Local supermarkets / shops and restaurants are 10-15 minutes walk.

Lovely stay, exceptional service from Jill and Roy

This is a lovely villa. We stayed (party of 6 thirty something friends and a 40 year old) during the first week of October 2017. The accommodation is spacious and airy. The outside area is lovely, with well manicured gardens, and wonderful hot tub (we all miss watching the sunset in the tub on an evening with a tin of ice cold beer). The outside sun terrace is shaded during lunchtime (we ate al fresco every day) and a real sun trap in the evening. The villa location is in a secluded spot, ~15 min walk to beach or to the wonderful restaurants of old town. We hired cars which were useful for the shop runs to lidl and day trips (scuba diving in Playa Blanca, cactus gardens / national park and trip to Costa Teguise). We had a couple of issues during our stay; 1) hot water solar panel was broke and 2) the wifi connection was intermittent. However, this was mentioned to Jill, who visited (Sunday) to ensure we had checked in OK and was resolved the next day in <18 hours. This was impressive and exceptional. Jill and Roy really know what they are doing and look after their guests (we all commented on how impressive this was). Overall we had a wonderful holiday and are planning our next trip to Lanzarote. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Jill and Roy again and would highly recommend them to friends and family (I think they have ~16 villas in their portfolio and we would like to try another). Overall we give 4.5/5, simply because the villia, whilst lovely, could be freshed up a little. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Your service was top class and well worth the money's charged!

Great villa with a lot to offer

We chose Villa Verano for our family to meet up after 16 months of not being able to be together because of the global pandemic. We were not disappointed in any way. From the moment that we booked we received emails from Jill and we communicated all the way up to our arrival, she sent maps and directions etc. We met Sylvia on arrival and she also was very friendly and explained everything to us. The villa is situated in a residential area. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms has a washing machine. Plus a cloak room at the entrance. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances that you will need. The living area is very spacious with 2 sofas and a chaise lounge. A large TV. There is a dining area in between the kitchen and lounge. The outside has a pool, although some people may call it small, it was big enough for us. It was also cleaned twice whilst we were there. There is also a hot tub, and the water was lovely and warm, and a pool table. The gardens are lovely too. Under the house is a gym and also a sauna. There are 2 dining areas outside and sofas chairs and sunbeds, also a bbq. All very clean, inside and outside, the towels were changed while we were there. The walk into the town and port area is all downhill and takes about 10 minutes to reach shops, bars and restaurants, however coming back up the hill can be a little tiring, so we opted for taxi's to get back on an evening cost was between 3-4€ depending on how far we had walked along the strip, really cheap. The house also has an alarm and a safe. Will recommend to all family and friends We made some lovely memories there.

Amazing property!

Villa Verano is a beautiful villa in a very quiet location just up the hill from the old town. It had everything we needed for a lovely holiday over Easter with three generations of the family. The outside space is amazing and inside there was everything you could ever need. The kitchen has had a lovely refurb and the lounge was very spacious. The bathrooms were beautiful it really was a home form home. Thank you Jill and Sylvia for making our stay really special

Heerlijke villa met veel comfort

Mooie ruime villa van alle gemakken voorzien. Iedere slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer, mooie tuin met een leuk zwembad. Het zwembad is niet heel groot, maar groot genoeg om een verfrissende duik te nemen. De jacuzzi en pooltafel zijn helemaal top. De fitnessruimte is heel beperkt en nodigt niet uit om te gebruiken. Verder niets te klagen, ik zou deze villa aan een ieder aanraden tijdens een verblijf in Puerto del Carmen.

Très beau séjour dans villa magnifique !

Villa conforme en tous points aux photos et à l'annonce. Très bien équipée. Parfaite et spacieuse pour 4. Piscine impeccable et chauffée à 29° ! Jacuzzi 6 places au top. Sauna et petite salle de musculation à rénover mais opérationnels. Quartier très calme et résidentiel sur les hauteurs tout en étant à proximité du centre et de la plage (5 à 10 minutes à pieds). La propriétaire Jill est très agréable et arrangeante. Accueil sur place par la manager Sylvia très sympa.

Villa Verano

We have been coming to Lanzarote for many years and this was the best holiday yet. This was due largely to the fantastic villa we stayed in. It was well equipped, it had everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. The layout of the villa outside meant that you would get sun around the pool for the majority of the day and in the evening, the sun was on the chairs on the terrace, perfect for evening drinks!! Jill called in on day 1 and ran thru everything and we had no issues at all during our stay. I would highly recommend this villa as a perfect location for a restful holiday

Superb villa

Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped. Excellent facilities bbq sauna, gym, hot tub and pool table to keep everyone occupied. Quite a lot of steps inside and outside so may not be suitable for small children or elderly. If we contacted owners they were available within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this villa

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist wunderschön angelegt, ein erholsamer Urlaub ist garantiert. In der zweiten Woche hatten wir leider ein wenig Pech mit dem Wetter. Wenn wir das nächste Mal Lanzarote besuchen, werden wir dieses Haus wieder mieten.

A fully equipped and well managed villa in a superb private location

We travelled to Lanzarote for the weather and unfortunately we were unlucky with high winds, damp and overcast days and cool temperatures. Our anticipated lazy days around the pool could not happen. The pool temperature itself was very good and we found the pool and everything else in the villa clean and tidy. The highlight of the villa is the fabulous hot tub. Inside the villa there are large rooms and large bathrooms but it was chilly at times and the restricted heating available involved feeding a meter with coins. This villa is clearly well cared-for with nice gardens but it does need work to lose the "old and worn" feeling which it presents. The pool is a quite small and awkward for swimming. There are steps at the front of the villa and steps at the rear too which can get quite slippery. TV was a good bonus with plentiful English programs. The Wifi was strong and we had good mobile phone signal too. Before we booked we never realised how important the location would be but this villa is in the right place for a very enjoyable holiday and has excellent privacy. Overall we could not have chosen better for the price and therefore we were very satisfied - despite the weather!

Great villa

Stayed with a group of friends at the villa and had a great time. The villa was very spacious and has got a great outside area with well kept garden. Jill was great from the booking process to the checking in during our stay to ensure everything was okay. Also great response from Roy who came round to help us with finding a switch for the outdoor lighting. Highly recommend this villa.

2nd visit to this villa and is still as good as they 1st time stayed for 10 days and should have stayed longer, property was clean and well maintained Jill did visit and explain the pool light was broken and was due for repair they day we left, this was getting done as we got in the taxi to the airport, food pack was there when we arrived which was a nice gesture as we got their around 9pm and saved us having to go to the supermarket, surrounding area peaceful and the walk to the main shopping centre wasn't too far away, down hill, getting a taxi back is worth it around 4 euro's, we love lanzarote and will certainly be going back and will book this villa again. Plenty of bars and restaurants, our favourites are Cala D'Or and Enjoy, we also like Rocas bar, lovely cocktails. you should definitely try this villa !!!

Fantastic Villa in a lovely location

We stayed here for a week in November 2014 and the place was a real home from home. The villa is well appointed in every way and the owners had clearly thought about everything. From a well appointed kitchen to a hot tub, gym, and even a sauna the villa was fantastic. A real Canarian marvel
