La lujosa Villa Yaiza es una villa extremadamente privada y tranquila situada en una ubicación privilegiada en Las Coloradas, Playa Blanca, cerca del centro comercial local.

La villa está muy bien equipada y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas fantásticas vacaciones.

Contamos con 3 habitaciones, una principal doble con baño, una doble y una habitación con literas. Cuenta con dos baños, una cocina, salón y un agradable comedor. En el interior tenemos aire acondicionado que puede enfriar y calentar durante los meses de invierno, internet inalámbrico y Sky TV, películas y TV para niños, lavaplatos, lavadora y caja fuerte electrónica.

En el exterior tiene una gran terraza privada, con un área de descanso y comedor, una hermosa piscina recientemente renovada y un jacuzzi con calefacción eléctrica, un área de bar / terraza en la piscina y un horno / barbacoa estilo ladrillo y muchas hamacas y excelentes vistas. La villa tiene su propio espacio de estacionamiento, aunque un automóvil es opcional ya que tiene servicios locales a 5 minutos a pie y la ruta de autobús local a 2 minutos de la villa.

Esta villa no es adecuada para personas con dificultades para caminar, ya que hay un tramo de escalones para acceder a la villa. Los traslados de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto están fácilmente disponibles si no desea alquilar un automóvil y hay un cuidador inglés en caso de que necesite algo. Es posible tener el bar de la piscina abastecido con licores y también cerveza de barril local, solicite detalles al reservar

5 week stay with family

the property is ideally situated for us with a few good tapas bars nearby yet a lovely 25 min walk to the Rubicon marina. It is very private and particularly suitable for a family - we were pleased we paid for the heated pool in feb/March.. the accommodation was ideal for the family and our host Duncan could not be more helpful... highy recomended for a quiet familly stay

We have been to Playa Blanca many times and stayed in lots of different villas, this is by far the best, the facilities are excellent, location superb and sea and Mountain View’s beautiful. We will go back to this villa next time we go to Lanzo.

Great place to relax

We had a very relaxing stay in the villas with the area being on the outskirts and in a quiet neighbourhood with a great restaurant, good tapas bar and a great sports bars within a few minute’s walk, but only 15-20 min walk from the marina where there more good places to eat and drink.The villa itself is clean and comfortable and a great out door space and pool, where we spent most of our time. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s a BBQ aswell if you like staying home,I can’t comment on the fire tv as we never used it.Duncan, the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had.Hopefully we will stay there again.

Wonderful stay.

Beautiful property with an extensive outside area that would be perfect for the summer months but we got some good use still in February. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need including different glasses which we have usually ended up buying ourselves in other properties. Owners were lovely and always on hand to help. We had a fantastic stay.

Fantastic holiday. Cannot fault anything. Villa was excellent, pool & jacuzzi. Quiet area but this was to my liking. Holiday was very relaxing, amenities were close by again cannot fault this booking. Owner was there if required, poolwas heated & cleaned as requested . Would highly recommend anyone to stay at these premises. Look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect (too short) Stay at Casa Yaiza

This is probably the first time where the stay in a villa surpassed our expectations. The villa location - Very quiet and private location and not overlooked - 7 mins walk from the local shopping centre: restaurants, gift shops and a supermarket - slightly further away, a beautiful promenade along the shore, is Rubicon. A lot more good restaurants overlooking a marina - a short drive away is the main Playa Blanca - we organised some excursions and the pick up were from a local hotel (Tagoyo) , 4 mins walk away; perfect The villa itself - we did not miss anything in terms of amenities; kitchen fully equipped - pool of decent size (reason we chose it) and heated - plunge pool for some relaxing time - 3 outside areas so we were never in each other's way - the outside bar is a nice addition too, and we made full use of it - VERY close to Papagayo beach, considering other visitors drive a long way to get to it; it was on our doorstep - TV with plenty of channels Duncan, our host - Duncan literally bent over backwards to make our holiday a perfect one - England was playing the quater finals and we had issues with the TV; it was resolved well in time before the match! - responded to our multiple queries in a very timely manner - our flight was cancelled and we were able to stay longer at the villa; no hassle We drove a lot around Lanzarote, and I think Playa Blanca is the perfect base, and the villa is ideally situated.

Blissful stay

Fab outside space, local amenities close by for food shopping, bars and restaurants. Pool lovely. Air con payable via a meter which we didn't realise until reading the manual. Middle bedroom could do with aircon as it was very stuffy on hot evenings. Bathrooms have good showers but downside was shower curtains, shower screens would be better. Bath towels were on the small side so perhaps bathsheets to cover your modesty. Plenty of quality glassware, crockery and knives and forks. Great washing machine. UK TV package was very welcome for downtime. Overall very clean but bath sealant needed bleaching. Good pillows with pillow protectors and mattress protectors although couple of the pillows were a bit stained. Real home from home in a quiet and secure area. Outside furnishings getting a bit tired but served there purpose. Outside bar was good and used most evenings. Overall we had a very pleasant stay

Good location but holiday greatly affected by a variety of issues

Villa is in an ideal location. Outside areas were secluded and good, although seating needs updating. Several issues throughout the stay left us disappointed. We had problems with the security of the villa and the safe, which were highlighted to the owner at the start of our stay. His initial response was basically ‘…i’m sorry but I’m not on the island at the moment’…we responded by saying surely you must have someone who CAN help….unfortunately we never heard from him again regarding this particular issue , so we ‘gave up’ and put up with the issues for the whole two weeks, however he insisted he had responded, but we truly never got anything…at the end of the stay he told us because he had hadn’t heard back from us he had ASSUMED!! everything was ok….to assume, is that acceptable ? We had problems due to heavy rain and storms, which resulted in the patio area flooding. He responded quickly to this, and it was resolved. Due to the storms the electrics also cut out, and water came in above the kitchen window…not major problems , so we didn’t inform the owner until the end of our stay , as we knew how to reset the electrics..but it’s something you don’t really need!! We also didn’t receive the promised welcome pack on arrival , and no mid-stay clean took place until we asked the cleaner, when she came to change the bed linen and towels , to at least clean the bathrooms for us. On informing the owner at the end of our stay, all we got was excuses, which might have been true, but that should have been HIS problem, not OURS !, and shouldn’t have had any impact at all on our stay. We have been staying in the Playa Blanca area for almost 20 years, and this was our worst experience by a long way.

Dear Ann, I am really sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We had several issues during your stay, the largest being the tail end of a tropical storm, the largest the Islands have seen for 20 years, striking the Island and causing unprecedented flooding. This would cause problems anywhere and unfortunately the villa is not exempt from this. I responded to your itext message about the safe/security within an hour and received no further response from you, as you correctly say assumed that you had worked it out as there was no response. To say that I replied that I was not on the Island and nothing more is unaccurate and unacceptable. The text messages between us show that this was not the case. I am very often on the Island to deal with any issues but it is not possible for this to be the case at all times throughout the year. However, as happened when the terrace flooded with the blocked drain, there are people in place to deal with issues that arise if guests communicate them to me. Im really saddened that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Yours Sincerely Duncan

Peaceful and secluded

Wonderful weeks stay. Nice quiet location and outdoor areas very secluded. Local shops and bars within 5 minutes walk. The marina with its bars and restaurants only 25 minutes walk away too. Excellent bbq at villa.

Fantastic Villa and Holiday

I would thoroughly recommend Villa Yaiza. It was a dream holiday from start to finish. The outdoor area is superb and very private. The sun shines on the pool from morning until dusk. Everything is there for you to live the outdoor life and it feels very secure. There is a supermarket and a few bars/restaurants about a 5 min walk away and the many other beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. We will definitely be going back and would thoroughly recommend.

The pictures of this villa really doesn’t do it justice . The outside space is amazing and the views are just breath taking . Your not over looked by anyone and it’s in a quite location near a super market and a few restaurants . Would highly recommend this place . :)

Villa Yaiza Holiday

We found the description of the villa on the HomeAway website to be accurate. It allowed us to have a relaxed holiday with the privacy referred to on the website much appreciated. The owner was accessible to sort out any problems we had. Our stay coincided with the worst ‘Calima’ Lanzarote had for 40 years and the owner was on hand to clean up the deposit of sand that had settled on everything so we could continue with the holiday.

Wunderbare ruhige Villa mit Pool

Duncan war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, mit dem die Kommunikation reibungslos verlaufen ist. Die Villa ist phantastisch gelegen mit schönem Weitblick in die Dünen und aufs Meer bis nach Fuerteventura. Es ist absolut ruhig, der Pool ist angenehm geheizt und die Terrasse ist sehr grosszügig mit gutten Liegen und Sesseln. Die Inneneinrichtung ist gepflegt, die Betten sind okay und die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet. Ingesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Great location near amenities. Extremely private and secure villa. Fantastic outside space including heated pool. Comfortable interior with added benefit of full Sky package TV. 25 minute walk to Marina Rubicon which is gorgeous. Hosts could not do enough for us. Loved it so much have already booked again.
