Please note before booking or enquiring that the pool is only available from 23 May to October . Dating from the early 18th century and attached to the owners’ historic house Delamore Cottage has been restored and converted into a charming retreat: with grounds of just under an acre, large secure private garden enclosed by an ancient wall, superb heated pool ( 23 May-October), furnished terrace with outdoor lighting, gas barbecue and ample parking all making Delamore Cottage the perfect home stay; secluded, peaceful and welcoming.
The cottage is ideally located for exploring all the attractions of the unspoilt Norfolk Coast,National Trust properties and also Norwich, Peterborough and Lincoln. pets welcome.

The hosts, Sue and John were welcoming and kind. The cottage is really nice, had everything you need, clean and well kept. The area is central to the town and shops.Definitely a must if you are in that area needing somewhere to say.

Peaceful and comfortable property with easy check in and everything you need to make the stay like being at home.The pool was excellent and was well used everyday, multiple times!We found a lovely restaurant 20 mins away called The Barn at Terrington St John, but local restaurants and shops are walking distance from the property.

We had an amazing time staying at Delamore Cottage and the hosts Sue and John were very friendly and helpful, making the stay really enjoyable. Our daughters enjoyed the swimming pool which was at a perfect temperature and free to use whenever we wanted to use it. Fully recommend it if looking to stay in the area.

Delamore Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped! Our little grandson loved the pool and went in everyday of our week’s stay. The kitchen has everything you need and Sue left us milk, bread, biscuits which was an added bonus! Sue kindly sent us an email beforehand with lots of places of interest which was very useful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The cottage is beautiful, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The pool was a great bonus and was used each day. We explored the area and had great days out despite the rainy weather. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Fantastic stay

Really great hosts who provided us with lots of information on the area. The food hamper with bread, tea coffee and chocolate went down a treat. Garden was great for our dog to run round in and we all loved the private heated pool. Good location for Hunstanton, sandringham and other places. Would definitely recommend!
