Comfortable and homely Victorian, house recently refurbished to a good standard. Kitchen fitted in with built-in appliances: microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Master bedroom with en-suite. The property is located in a very quiet street.
Full access throughout the whole house apart from the loft/attic. Front door and back door keys will be given. If required garage keys can be provided to lock away bicycles.
We live nearby, we are always on hand during your stay for information about restaurants, places to visit and to help in any way.
When possible we will meet you at the house on your arrival.
Check in is from 3.00PM until later.
This property is in a very quiet street, all the owners enjoy the peace and tranquillity, we would like to keep it that way. If you like partying then this is NOT the rental house for you. Please respect the area and our neighbours.
The maximum number of guests is set to five (with supplement for each additional over two).
If this is breached (without consent from us), this will be outside the conditions of the booking and will lead to the booking ending early and security deposit being withheld.
Note no animals.
