Finca a solo 800 metros de la plaza principal de Pollença:
Villa Roser Vell se encuentra en una zona tranquila y privilegiada, a muy poca distancia a pie del casco antiguo de Pollensa. Esta villa de dos dormitorios está situada al final de un pequeño carril privado, justo detrás de la antigua iglesia de Roser Vell, de la cual toma su nombre. Es una propiedad cómoda, bien equipada y con buena conexión tanto al centro como a las principales rutas hacia la costa.

La entrada principal está junto al aparcamiento privado y da acceso directo a la cocina, que también cuenta con mesa de comedor. Desde aquí, un arco conecta con un pequeño pasillo que distribuye las estancias. Frente al pasillo se encuentra un baño con ducha. A un lado, hay un dormitorio con dos camas individuales y vistas a la parte delantera de la propiedad. Al otro lado, el dormitorio principal con cama doble tiene vistas al jardín, la terraza y la piscina.

Desde la cocina, unas puertas dobles llevan directamente al salón, que tiene acceso al jardín a través de grandes ventanales. Otra salida desde el salón conduce a la terraza cubierta, amueblada con mesa de comedor exterior. Junto a esta zona hay un baño exterior con ducha y acceso directo a la barbacoa, al jardín y a la piscina privada.

La zona exterior también cuenta con tumbonas, ideal para descansar y disfrutar del entorno.

La villa cuenta con aire acondicionado en la cocina y en el distribuidor de los dormitorios. Según la normativa local de ahorro energético, el uso del aire acondicionado está programado: en la cocina y zona de dormitorios funciona de 19:00 a 07:00 h, y en el salón, de 12:00 a 24:00 h.

Villa Roser Vell tiene capacidad para un máximo de 4 personas y dispone de dos baños con ducha, jardín, piscina privada, barbacoa, tumbonas, aparcamiento privado y conexión WiFi gratuita. Su ubicación permite acceder al centro histórico de Pollensa en solo unos minutos a pie, sin necesidad de coche.

Great outdoor space

Had a lovely time staying here. Outdoor space and the pool were excellent which really made the holiday. It was within walking distance to beautiful town of Pollenca and driving distance to some beautiful beaches.

The property is dated , however it is very comfortable and user friendly . The new shower and sun loungers are great . This was our second stay at Roser Vell and next year will be our third !

This is our second stay at this lovely villa and it didn’t disappoint. My kids loved the pool. Having 2 bathrooms is also helpful. The square is Pollença is a beautiful 10 minute walk away. The internet wifi is brilliant. There is a stunning view of the mountains. On the last night we lay on the loungers and watched the perseids meteor shower. We will be back!

The villa has everything you need and is in a great location if you don't mind a little bit of local traffic noise. We didn't mind at all. The view up to the puig from poolside more than made up for it.

Lovely location

Lovely property and location! The owner was easily contactable when we had a few issues. Garden is a lovely size. Would’ve been nice to of had soap and toilet rolls upon arrival however, the water, bread and wine was appreciated! Would return with the added bonus of a daily visit from some very friendly cats!

Die Anzeige und die Lage der Finca haben uns angesprochen, obwohl sie im Vergleich zu anderen Fincas in der Umgebung, die wir bereits genutzt hatten, preislich teurer war. Die Abwicklung war sehr reibungslos und unkompliziert.Bei Ankunft hatten wir zunächst das Gefühl, dass die Finca schon länger nicht bewohnt wurde und nicht vor Sauberkeit glänzte. Wir haben Spinnweben entfernt, Becher und das Besteck waren verschmutzt und die Spülmaschine roch auch nach mehreren Einsätzen noch. Die Sofaüberzüge hatten Flecken und die Fenster ungenutzt. Die Dusche im hinteren Bereich haben wir garnicht genutzt, dafür war das neue kleine Bade sehr schön. In der Waschmaschine in der Garage hingen noch Haare. Da hat es uns bei allem nicht gewundert, dass wir auch 2 Kakerlaken in der Zeit zu Besuch hatten. Uns war bewusst, das die Fincas teilweise sehr einfach eingerichtet sind. Das stellt für uns auch sonst kein Problem dar, aber der Wohlfühlfaktor war nicht gegeben, zumal wir alle 4 Probleme mit den wirklich sehr einfachen Matrazen hatten.Der Außenbereich war sehr schön, aber evtl. wäre es schön gewesen, wenn alte Badenudeln, Spielzeug, unaufgepumpte Luftmatrazen im Vorwege entfernt hätten können und der BBQ Bereich auch so hinterlassen werden können, dass wir ohne Säuberung diesen hätten nutzen können. Die FInca mit der Lage zur City hat sicher viel Potential mit ein wenig Modernisierung und leichten Investitionen in die Ausstattung.

Great Villa

We had an amazing break at Villa Roser Vell! The location is perfect, quiet at the end of a lovely street that takes you into the centre (10mins) The views from the garden are stunning and as you back onto the medieval church it’s not overlooked. It was exceptionally hot while we stayed and the aircon worked perfectly to keep us cool. Towels replaced 4 x times during stay and linen weekly. As mentioned it was very hot, this meant that we did have some issues with wasps in the pool, the fruit trees also encouraged them to the area. They are not particularly aggressive, there’s just a lot of them, they seem to like 1pm until 4pm especially! We would still return to the villa despite this, it can’t be helped and it was during the heatwave in July. Thanks for an amazing holiday.

Lovely property on edge of town

First time we’ve stayed in Pollenca, but so glad we did and chose Roser Vell. For us it was the perfect location, right on the edge of town and just a 10mins walk into the centre. The property has all you need for a self-catering break and the garden had all the necessary furniture to soak up the sunshine.

4-köpfige Familie im Oktober

Gepflege, allerdings recht einfache Finca. Das mitlere Schlafzimmer hat leider keine Fenster nach draußen, so dass es schwierig ist dort frische Luft rein und Feuchtigkeit raus zu bekommen. Die Matratzen sind schon einige Jahre alt, so dass man jede Feder gemerkt hat. Dafür punktet der Außenbereich umso mehr. Der große Obstgarten mit seinen Orangen-, Mandarinen-, Feigen- und Granatapfelbäumen war das absolute Highlight für uns aber vor allem für unsere 4 Jährige Tochter. Der Pool war natürlich im Oktober schon sehr kalt aber alles sehr gepflegt und dauber. Viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Wir haben jede Möglichkeit genutzt raus zu gehen. Die Innenstadt von Polenca ist übrigens gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und wirklich schön. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine erholsame Woche 😁

Bonnes préstations

La maison est très bien située à Pollença, accès facile au centre ville et à ses divers restaurants. La piscine est parfaite et indispensable avec la chaleur qui règne à Majorque. L'équipement de la maison est conforme au descriptif. Un plus serait de changer la literie du grand lit, mais cela n'a pas entaché notre séjour. À recommander

Month long family break

The property was nice although it did come across like it was an aged residence that was making the best of high rental income. The ground had been maintained, the towels changed but the house was basic and could do with a revamp for the amount of money being charged. Pollensa is beautiful and one of our family favourites to visit. The walk is short about 10 minutes. WIFI was poor and most of the time we had to use our own mobile internet. Mosquitos tortured the family. Comes with the territory and we also must have tasted great because they never left us alone. House is surrounded by vegetation which i am sure made things worse. No fault of the house - just a note to those who don't cope well with mosquitos.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in Pollença. Property clean and functional if a little dated with lovely garden and pool. The village was beautiful and an easy walk there for drinks and dinner in the evening and an excellent supermarket a short drive away.

Fabulous week in this lovely little villa

Lovely little villa with private garden with everything we needed and great location just a 10-15 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect for 4 friends wanting a relaxing week doing nothing! It was a particularly hot week and at times it would have been good to have had air con in the bedrooms but there were fans if we needed them.

Pollensa on your doorstep !

A comfortable although compact villa with good facilities. The “ outside “ shower was great and the pool small but enjoyable. It only took about 10 minutes to reach the very pleasant square, where the Sunday market looked like an artists work of art ! After a heroic 365 steps to the Calvari enjoy a drink at the bottom restaurant - La Scalinata. We had a lovely week at this villa . One little minus - the double bed is quite hard , also a ping pong table would be fun !

Lovely quiet villa on edge of town

Tidy, clean house. Pool and garden area fine with good options for shade. Pool not massive but ok for 4 people. Garden not overlooked. Only problem was the wasp like insects that hovered around the garden most of the day. They put kids off going in pool to start with until they realised they weren't stinging wasps and flew away when you got near them, so ok in the end. Overall a great place.

Beautiful 2 bedroom villa short walk into Pollensa

I stayed here with my husband and 2 children (aged 5 and 2). We have been to Majorca several times before and stayed in more isolated villas meaning we had to drive out to dinner each night. The main advantage of this villa is you can walk (<10 mins) into Pollensa where there is a large choice of wonderful restaurants. The square in Pollensa is perfect for children as they can run around and play while you eat, and there was even live music playing one night. We packed my girls scooters so they scooted down and it took no time at all! It is a private, small 2 bedroom villa but perfect for the needs of a family of 4. There is ample outdoor space for the kids to play and the pool is a good size. I would stay here again. The only negative is that there was some construction work going on just over the fence which meant there was noise/less privacy. Fortunately this was only for the latter 2 days. Very few of the pools in Majorca are heated and this was no exception, meaning it was a bit cold, especially in the morning. Probably less of a problem in July/August when it is much warmer.

Clean, well equipped and great for walking into town in an evening!

First impressions were good. The place seemed spotlessly clean and well equipped. Plenty of drinking glasses, plates and kitchen tools, towels etc. The cot and Baby high chair looked new. The rooms are quite small but big enough. The decor I expected to be dated and well worn but in fact it all looked in very good condition and fairly new. The kitchen and bathroom might be of odd taste but it was all damage free and in no way seemed old and tired. In fact I don't think any of the furniture could have been that old. The outside chairs/loungers seemed fairly new too-no damage at all or worn. Maybe more toilet rolls ( only one per bathroom left-bought some but can only buy in 4 packs so left 3! ) and crockery ( better quality ) could be improved upon but they really are very minor points. It is a struggle to knock anything about the place. Over the fence a new villa was being built with two mini diggers parked up against the fence which wasn't a great sight on the first day. Work was done on a couple of days out of the ten we stayed there but it didn't disturb us. I imagine the heavy work is nearly done so shouldn't be a problem from now on. You can hear the main road in the distance and the kids from a nearby school but again its a distant sound and no trouble at all. The pool and gardens were very well maintained. A super place to hang out. The aircon in the kitchen worked well and there is another unit not mentioned in the hall to the bedrooms so you can keep them at a nice temperature overnight though they stay pretty cool anyway. Overall a great place to stay and the 10 min walk into the square for evening meal or lunch was a huge draw for us. I would definitely stay here again :-)

Schönes Ambiente in Ortsnähe

Sehr nettes Ferienhaus mit gepflegten Garten. Zu Fuß bis zum Plaça Major in Pollença knapp 10 Minuten. Zu den nächsten Stränden ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto.
