Lovely villa, very clean, great outside space. Plenty of loungers and outside seating. Air-conditioning in every room. Had everything we needed. Only 20 minutes walk from Pollenca old town and only 6 minutes walk from La Braseria Pollenca, where we had a fantastic meal. Lots of great shops, bars and restaurants in Pollenca and only a short drive or bus journey to Puerta Pollenca. Plenty of parking space at villa. Malena met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back in the future, thank you for a lovely week.

A fantastic property, with a lovely pool and beautiful gardens perfect for a family of five, all three kids young adults. We didn’t hire a car as 2 supermarkets 10 mins walk away, including Lidl with a fantastic array of bread and pastries each morning, plus really good quality fruit, veg, fish and meat for cooking in. Easy walk into the wonderful old town of Pollenca with its huge range of bars and restaurants and very good bus service to other towns and resorts with bus stops just 5 mins away. Our host Malena was really quick to respond to our questions and very, very helpful and the property was immaculate- couldn’t recommend more highly.

Lovely property in a wonderful location. The property was clean. The host was very helpful.Just a couple of points to note:There are a lot of stray cats around the property. They're very cute but make it difficult to eat outside or barbecue. Guests should be discouraged from feeding them! The front door is quite loud and difficult to shut, especially if you're trying to stop the cats getting in. I know this upset our neighbour.Overall a really lovely holiday in a beautiful place.

Gorgeous Villa with an amazing pool in an excellent location

Welcome pack was a nice touch especially as we arrived late at night. The mid stay fresh towels and sheets was a welcome surprise. Overall this villa was the best we’ve stayed in and was amazing value for the space and facilities.

Lovely Villa between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa

This was a lovely villa just outside of old town Pollensa which was a great location for exploring Mallorca. The villa was very clean and had a great outdoor space with pool, loungers, barbecue and table tennis. We very much enjoyed our stay and Malena was a very gracious host. Would definitely return!

The house fully lives up to its description. It has a spacious living and dining area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms (each sleeping two people) and another bathroom.All the bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned, so even with the temperatures outside during our stay (rarely below 30C at night), the temperature inside remained very comfortable.The real highlight of the house is its wonderful outdoor area, with a covered dining table and a cosy seating area. There is also a very clean and well-maintained swimming pool, which starts shallowly (with three steps) and reaches a depth of 1.80 metres.There is a carport for two cars within the property.The location is wonderful. Lidl and several smaller supermarkets can be reached on foot within about 15 minutes. The beautiful town of Pollença, with its many restaurants, is also within walking distance. The sea is about a 10-minute drive away, and you can also reach the countryside and mountains very quickly by car. The airport is approximately 50 minutes away via the motorway.The hosts are very friendly, and Malena always responds to every question within a short time and is extremely helpful.Thank you very much for this wonderful holiday!

Beautiful Can Ros

Super location, feels safe and secluded. Lovely house just 20 minutes walk into Pollensa. Sumptuous gardens surround the lovely pool. Malena the host is a lovely human being, very helpful and approachable. Gorgeous surroundings. Will be back!!

Villa Can Ros is beautiful. It has everything you could ask for. Pretty grounds with lovely pool and fabulous scenery. The Villa feels very private and yet you are so close to Pollensa town, a 10-15 walk. Malena was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble for her. I will definitely visit again.

Exceptional Villa

This was an amazing villa and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Pollenca. Malena the host was wonderful to communicate with and put us at ease. Check in was very straightforward as we were met at the property. The villa and surrounding outdoor space and pool was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. It was the perfect villa for our family holiday; a tranquil, private and peaceful setting, amazing pool and terrace, lovely kitchen, lounge area and bedrooms (with amazing views) and only a 15 minute walk into Pollenca old town. Thank you Malena and family for a wonderful stay, and for my birthday treats. We hope to return one day.

A wonderful holiday

We have just returned from a week in Pollenca. The villa is absolutely perfect. The outside space is particularly good with a generous size swimming pool, a table tennis table and a great bbq. We were in constant contact with Malena who was informative about the local area and the festival in Pollenca. She also left us some essentials for when we arrived, which was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to return to this villa or this area.

Exceeded expectations

When we arrived we were blown away by the garden and pool area- the photos don’t do it justice! The view of the mountains was the cherry on top. Malena the host was very helpful, friendly and approachable. The villa is beautiful and an amazing place to spend two weeks, we didn’t want to leave as it felt like home. A pleasant 15 min stroll into the town centre where there are lots of fantastic restaurants and cafes. The villa was spotlessly clean and the air con was much appreciated in the heatwave! Can Ros deserves all the 5 star reviews as it’s perfect and I can’t fault anything at all. We can’t wait to came back xx

Another perfect stay at this gorgeous villa

This is our second visit to the villa and it was every bit as wonderful as we’d remembered, even more so in fact as since our first visit the downstairs has been made more open plan by combining the kitchen into the dining/living space, which worked really well. The whole place was beautifully clean and well maintained, the pool area with the lovely plants surrounding it is a perfect spot to relax (and for the kids to play!) and we spent most mornings and evenings sat on the spacious shaded terrace. The nearby beaches at Cala San Vincenç and Puerto Pollensa were beautiful and we loved the market and restaurants in Pollensa town as well. It’s a perfect location with everything in easy reach. Malena was such a friendly and helpful host. After two relaxing weeks we were very sad to leave but will definitely return again!

What a gem

Malena was so friendly and helpful from the start of the booking process to leaving. She answered all communications promptly. The property is in immaculate condition and an ideal quiet location. There’s a restaurant within a 5 minute walk and two supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. Pollenca is a 15 minute walk (please note this is along the main road but you can get onto the verge) or use the fantastic bus service which takes minutes. Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca are also easy to reach by bus. If you have a car there is plenty of parking at the villa. The pool area is clean and well maintained as are the beautiful gardens. The property is equipped with all you require for self catering. The bbq area is clean and easy to use. We were on holiday with our grown up children and their partners and we never felt like we were on top of each other, it’s so spacious. Malena and her family go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and her welcome gifts were a lovely surprise. We would definitely return.

Just Perfect

Having just returned from a week renting this beautiful villa I felt compelled to post a quick review. Having got ourselves a little lost arriving, the owner, Malena was more than happy to come and meet us to put us back on track. She was very pleasant and accommodating throughout. Whilst the villa is hidden away from the main road offering one privacy and quiet, it is conveniently located, only a short distance from the old town and Puerto Pollensa. Local supermarkets, LIDL and EROSKI are extremely close by too. a further drive around 20/25 minutes to Alcudia, where you'll find a stunning stretch of sandy beach, gently sloping into crystal clear waters. The air con in the bedrooms is brilliant, keeping us well cool at night and for once it was nice not to have restrictions put on their use. The pool seemed a little larger than the standard size, however please note - even the shallow end was nearly 2 metres deep, but there are steps down into it. I would definitely recommend this little haven if you're looking for a private, clean, quiet and some what quaint place to rent. I'm sure I'll be returning Steven Boyce Chelsea London

Die Villa hat eine super Lage etwas abseits von Pollenca. Das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar und genauso wie beschrieben. Den Pool konnten wir Anfang Oktober noch sehr gut nutzen. Mit dem Auto sind die umliegenden Orte und Strände in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Es war ein toller Urlaub in der Villa von Madalena. Da wir (4 Erwachsene) bereits vormittag in Palma ankamen, konnten wir unsere Koffer bereits vorher dort abstellen. So konnte man in Ruhe einkaufen und schon die ersten Sonnenstrahlen genießen. Beim Check-In hat uns Madalena alles gezeigt und erklärt (z.B. Alarmanlage) und mit kalten Getränken im Kühlschrank überrascht. Die Ausstattung der Küche empfanden wir als gut, da alles was man brauchte vorhanden war. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren praktisch eingericht und wie die ganze Villa sehr sauber. Der morgendliche Ausblick aus den beiden oberen Zimmer auf die Berge war einfach wunderschön. Das Wlan hat gut funktioniert, Fernsehen/Netflix haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Highlicht ist sicherlich der Pool. Wir haben es genossen sich abends nochmals abzukühlen. Da Rundherum Hecken stehen, war man ungestört. Die Hauptstraße in der Nähe (mit den beiden Supermärkten) konnte man zwar hören, aber Nacht waren die Fenster wegen der Klimaanlage eh geschlossen. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub mit einigen Ausflügen in die Bergen und an Strände. Aber auch einfach nur Erholung und Ruhe am Pool, Grillen und genießen. Malena und ihre Familie kümmern sich persönlich um die Villa und Pool und waren auch bei Kleinigkeiten direkt erreichbar.

Ein herzliches Willkommen und eine zauberhafte Finca. Alles sehr sauber und gutem Zustand. Ich der Pool wird ständig gereinigt und lädt jeden Tag zum baden ein. Herausragend ein stabiles WLAN und 100 MBit!!! Klasse!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Can Ros. Sie ist einfach eingerichtet mit schönem Aufenthaltsbereich, 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Alles ist super sauber, es gibt AirCon für warme Tage. Der Aussenbereich und Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Perfekt für Freundesgruppen, aber auch Familien. Malena und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und antworten schnell, wenn mensch mal eine Frage zur Villa hat.

Es war alles super. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage, worüber wir uns bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr gefreut haben. Der Pool ist super!

Einfach super!

Das Haus war super und entspricht den Beschreibungen und den Fotos. Noch besser ist allerdings Malena, die Vermieterin. Sie kümmert sich wirklich unglaublich engagiert darum, dass alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Einfach toll!
