This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has just been completely remodeled. The unit has a master with a queen size bed and ocean view balcony with new sliding glass doors. The master bath is equipped with an ultra modern vanity and walk in shower with glass doors. The second bedroom also boasts plenty of room and a queen size bed. The third bedroom is a twin. The second bathroom off the hall has a combination shower/tub and a new Electrolux stack washer and dryer. All of the bedrooms have flatscreen TVs mounted on the wall for your relaxing enjoyment.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa so that you can accommodate more guests if needed. There is a 50” TV with DVD player in the living room. The living room contains modern comfortable furniture for you to unwind in from the beach. The dining room has a marble table and leather chairs that seats four. There are 3 barstools at the kitchen bar to add to the eating space. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need for a great stay. The stainless appliances and granite countertops make cooking in the kitchen more than a chore. There is free WIFI high speed internet throughout the unit that you will be able to access just in case you need to do some work during your stay at the beach. The entire condo is done in bold and bright colors to make your stay in Hyperion Tower a memorable one.

The condo is located just a couple miles away from many great restaurants. There is shopping close by as well as a nice grocery store. Barefoot Landing is just a few more miles down the road if you need to do some serious shopping while you are here. The building does offer an outside pool, sunning deck with chairs, grilling area and a small exercise room with ping pong and foosball, all for your use during your stay.

This is an all inclusive rental. All the linens and towels are included and will be in place when you arrive. There are even beach towels there for you when you hit the sand. Your cleaning service fees are included as well. There are 3 parking passes you will find in the unit to access the covered parking as well as the over flow parking lot that Hyperion Tower offers.

And now some of the restrictions. The building does not allow guests to have pets in the building. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo. The building does not allow motorcycles, RVs, or trailers of any sort on the premises. Smoking is not permitted in this unit as it is a totally smoke free environment, including the balconies.
