Luxury 5* villa with 4 Bedrooms + 3 Bathrooms, outside pool side shower, 8 berth + 2, with Large Private Heated Infinity Pool, + Tower Bedroom Suite and private roof sun terrace. Panoramic views of sea and mountains.

The villa is located in the prestigious development of Monte Pego, this hillside village community is close to the beach and fishing port and Historic Town of Denia, set in a quiet location high above the orange groves on the hillside of Monte Pego. Situated approx 5 miles from the sea and 2 miles from the old Spanish town of Pego. Our villa has a Spanish style covered bar and BBQ and hot-cold poolside shower. This villa has 4 bedrooms, of which the Tower bedroom Suite has it's own private roof sun terrace, a Large drive for ball games and parking. More photos you can look at;


PLEASE NOTE... RENTAL PRICES:
The Tower Bedroom Suite with en-suite shower room and full A.C. + Private Roof terrace with table and loungers, is all lockable, and the use of this facility is only available when Booked in advance at time of booking.

Rental price is per wk for up to 6 guests staying. Local Taxes and water + electricity, arrival cleaning are included in the rental cost.

Up to - 6 guest occupancy (6 person or less) can book the Tower Suite Bedroom for an additional rental cost per wk, (maximum 2 sharing).

Over - 6 guest occupancy (person7, person 8 ), additional rental cost £135. per wk. (for 2 guests sharing).

Over - 8 guest occupancy (person 9, person 10 ), Extra charge each per - wk. (Maximum Occupancy 10).
(This extra charge covers extra cleaning, bed linen & towels + A.C. Electricity usage etc).

Casa de los Cuatro Delfines was built for us in 2004, originally as our own holiday home. Having spent many years holidaying in and around Spain, we found this part of Spain to be a tranquil location with its fabulous sea views and sleepy village of Pego. That said Monte Pego is only a short distance from the lively ports of Denia, Oliva and Moraira, Javea, and the beautiful sandy beaches typical of this area of the Mediterranean.

The stunning views and incredible sunset and the tranquil location with a large infinity pool, for total relaxation is what you should get out of a holiday at our villa.
