Probably the best location in Veysonnaz. Only 50m away from the cable way Veysonnaz-Thyon 2000. A peaceful and beautiful apartment with room for maximum 6 people located on the -1th floor of the chalet "Les Mélèzes". Cosy living room, flat screen TV, DVD, WiFi and sitting corner. Dining area with rugged table, sitting and chairs. Open kitchen, fully equipped with fridge (112 L) plus deepfreezebox ( * *** 17 L ), ceramic hob (4 rings), microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Cabinet with vacuum cleaner, iron and hair-dryer. Main bedroom with double bed (160x200 standard : two one-person duvets and two pillows supplied ) and private bathroom (shower) and cabinets. Main bathroom with lavabo, bath and toilet. Second bedroom with 2 beds (90X200 standard : two one-person duvets and two pillows supplied ) , cabinets and lavabo. Entry hall with 2 sleeping bunks in closed cabinet ( standard: two one-person duvets and two pillows supplied). Large (20m2) balcony with stunning view over the Rhone valley and beautiful mountains (outside table, chairs).
For safety reasons the open fire should not be used. Fully equipped communal laundry room and locked ski room. Parking place (non private) with max 10 cars in front of the chalet.

What makes this property unique

The location is unique, the view is superb and the apartment is very cosy and quiet.

It is very easy to access ( our road it kept snow free in winter ) and the cable way (Télécabine) is on the oposite side of the road.
The apartment is on the back of the chalet enjoying both the close forest and the gorgeous mountain view.
This side of the chalet is very calm, offering at the same time the convenience of proximity of shops and restaurants and the charm of living away from the buzzy world.
