Come and enjoy Newquay and the North Cornwall coast in our well-equipped and beautifully presented first- floor apartment which has recently been extensively upgraded. It has new flooring throughout with carpets in the living room and both bedrooms and tiled floors in the hall, kitchen and both bathrooms. The en-suite shower room has been completely refitted and upgraded and there are new twin beds in the second bedroom and a brand-new double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment sleeps four people comfortably, with a double sofa bed in the lounge for two additional people. Accommodation in the apartment – - Master bedroom with French doors & Juliette balcony giving you lovely views of the courtyard. It has a king size bed, built in wardrobes, 2 large chests of drawers and hairdryer. The en-suite shower room has been newly refurbished with a large twin head shower, toilet and hand basin with storage cupboard. New carpet and flooring. - The second bedroom has new twin divan beds with under bed storage, large built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Newly fitted carpet. - The large family bathroom has a full-size bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin, a fold out clothes airer and hanging rail for wetsuits. - The large light and airy living room has French doors which open onto a Juliette balcony to give stunning views of Fistral Beach and the golf course. It has a brand-new double sofa-bed, second large leather sofa and occasional tables with side lamps. There is a Samsung Smart TV and recently upgraded unlimited fibre broadband. On the shelving unit is a small selection of family games & cards. Newly fitted carpet. - The modern fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, Bosch electric oven with gas hob and all modern appliances including kettle, iron & ironing board, food processor, toaster, microwave oven. It is fully equipped for self-catering with a wide range of cutlery, glasses, crockery, baking dishes, pans and cookware. There is empty cupboard space for storing the food & shopping. Basic condiments, sugar & a spice rack are provided as well as a welcome pack with tea, coffee milk, sugar & biscuits. Digital Radio. Bed linen is provided and all beds are made up upon arrival. Bath and hand towels are supplied, as well as tea towels and oven gloves. These are not to be used outside the apartment, so please bring your own beach towels. Foldable beach/picnic chairs are available for your use as well as a windbreak and some beach toys. This apartment benefits from one allocated parking space, situated off street, with a parking permit provided upon arrival. This must be displayed clearly in your vehicle at all times as the car park is patrolled on a daily basis. Failure to display it may result in a fine. Parking is at your own risk. This exclusive development has private communal gardens and courtyard area which guests can use. We have a no contact arrival procedure with full instructions which are sent in advance of your arrival and the keys collected from a Masterlock key safe. Our Housekeeper, Natasha Sallows is local and available for any questions or problems. Suitable for families or couples only. No smoking or pets.

Had a fantastic time in Newquay staying at this fabulous apartment, which really does provide a home from home experience and amazing views too. Situated next to Fistral Beach and with in walkable reach of all Newquay has to offer, the location was perfect for us, and our stay was comfortable beyond expectation. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in a superb location for Fistral beach. Great view so you could check out the surf before heading out. The owner was extremely responsive to questions and in accommodating requests. Designated parking spot a bonus.The Fern Pit Beach Cafe was a great spot and an easy walk from the property.

Just what we needed
Wanted a short break in the Newquay area - but not in the actual town centre. We enjoy walking , so the coastal path could take us into town, to the beaches or Pentire headland. Nice views and enough facilities to keep us happy.

Amazing. Very clean and tidy. All the necessary utilities and furnishings. Very easy instructions and guidelines to follow. Easy and efficient communication with hosts. Nothing at all to do with you guys, but the public footpath down to the beach needs attention.
Perfect location is you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday. Walking distance to Fistral and beautiful views from the apartment. It had everything we needed in that apartment and having a parking space was great. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay.
Great views over Fistral beach and within walking distance of Newquay centre.
Communication with the host was also excellent who had made every provision for a safe stay.

Great Newquay apartment!
We all really enjoyed our stay here at the apartment. A fantastic location to explore Newquay and wonderful views of Fistral Beach. The beach was a 10-minute walk and Newquay town centre was only a 20-minute walk away, which made everything easily accessible. The apartment was very clean, with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. A perfect beach holiday retreat for a family!

The flat was lovely and clean, very comfy and with a lovely view of Fistral.
We were travelling by motorcycle and the hosts went above and beyond to help with a parking complication.
Just a lovely, relaxing stay. Unfortunately it was very stormy on our weekend, but knowing we had a warm, comfy flat to come back to every evening was great.

Lovely apartment

We loved our week in Newquay. The apartment is spot on and had everything we needed. Great to have a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. Beds comfortable and cosy. Everything was perfect and we would love to. come back. Only one issue was car parking space was narrow and two vans had parked either side so couldn't get in easily but this wouldn't stop me from booking again.

Lovely property. Clean, warm, cosy and well maintained.
We stayed for Christmas and found the kitchen well stocked from foil, pots and pans, utensils and even spices available for use.
Eco friendly with the recycling of your rubbish.
The bed in the main bedroom was so very comfy and with a quiet location every night we had a good nights sleep.
A nice thought that milk was in the fridge and Kipling cakes...nice touch.
We loved this accommodation, location and communication with/from the owners was excellent.
Highly recommended and we will be back again.

20 mins walk into town and tolcarne beach.
5 to 10 mins to fistral beach.
Fantastic lennick lodge fern pit cafe and crantick a 20 min walk to the estuary and you can also do a costal walk to the bowgie Inn takes about an hour but if your used to walking you could easily do in in half an hour.
Looked to book again but the week we want has already gone so this place is very sought after and I can see why.
Luckily for us we have managed to book another apartment in pentire heights.
Who needs abroad when we have such amazing places to go and see.
We have been to Newquay for the past 10 years and this has been the best stay for us.

The entrance lobby leading to the apartment didn't smell clean. The apartment was OK, smaller than expected and hadn't been cleaned fully ahead of our arrival, we found sweet wrappers and crisps on the floor in different places, dust on surfaces, dirty windows inside etc. which wasn't a great first impression. The main room carpet didn't feel clean either. On the plus side, views of Fistral were good and the kitchen was well equipped, but small. Bedrooms and bathrooms were OK, however the shower tray in the en suite filled within 2 minutes of showering cutting the showers short and we then had to use the shower over the bath. We were a little disappointed because we were expecting better, probably based on other apartments we've stayed in locally. If the apartment was cleaned properly and modernised it would make a huge difference but we will not be staying again unfortunately.

I'm sorry that you weren't completely satisfied with your stay and found the apartment smaller than expected, many guests find it quite spacious.
I will pass on your comments about the entrance hall to the management company, although this has never been mentioned before, as they are responsible for the communal areas and I will also speak to my housekeeper regarding your comments about the cleanliness of the apartment. It is normally presented to the highest standard and many of our previous reviews reflect this.
The carpets were all cleaned at the start of this season, but they are going to be replaced over the winter. The en-suite shower is also going to be updated and refitted, but if you had a specific problem with it then you should have got in touch with myself or my housekeeper and we could have arranged for someone to come out and look at it. Our contact details are readily available in the apartment.

Why they chose this property
We have spent many happy years holidaying in Cornwall, particularly on the North coast and always dreamed of owning a property in this area, close to the sea. We have been fortunate enough to find our second home here and fell in love with this apartment at Pentire when we viewed it!
We chose it as Newquay is an excellent holiday location with plenty of things to see and do in the area - great surfing, excellent walking, good access to shops and a wide choice of pubs, bars and restaurants with good public transport links. The apartment has stunning views of the sea and Fistral Beach and is close enough to the centre of town to walk, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet!
