Woodgate Lodge is a 4 bedroomed, detached house located in the popular Purbeck village of Studland with its wonderful sandy beaches. The house is situated on National Trust land with plenty of walks and cycle tracks directly accessible from the property. It is on a quiet unmade lane with an enclosed garden laid to lawn, making it ideal for children. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms , en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom, family bathroom, downstairs w/c, sitting room and dining room, with door to the terrace, leading to the kitchen and a utility room. To the side and rear are paved terraces with a BBQ and there is parking for 2 cars. The beautiful Dorset countryside is on the doorstep with its Jurassic Coastline, Historic monuments and idyllic country pubs. Water sports facilities are available on Studland and Swanage beaches. There is also a sauna available on the beach. The highly rated Pig on the Beach hotel/restaurant is in Studland, 10 minutes walk from the house and the highly rated Shell Bay restaurant at the ferry . Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant is just a ferry ride away in Sandbanks.
