This 450m2 light and spacious property offers the perfect tranquil retreat from all the activities and facilities to be enjoyed at the nearby resorts of southern Tenerife. This magnificent detached villa with plenty of cool and contemporary living space is set amongst beautifully landscaped grounds above the Costa Adeje and the exclusive resorts and beaches of Fanabe and Bahia del Duque. Al fresco dining is a delight on the covered terrace which overlooks the solarium and swimming pool (heated during the winter). A built-in BBQ offers another fun outdoor dining option amongst the gentle and welcome shade of palm trees and other tropical plants. We had a great 10day stay- 9 of us in total, the host Sandra was lovely and super helpful.The villa is as described, beautiful and spacious.There is a shop that you can walk to and a bus stop around a 35 mins walk.You will need to make use of the local taxi's or hire a car.Would really recommend this villa and their host Sandra :)

Excellent week at this amazing villa. It is a lovely and welcoming place with great views down to the sea at day or night. Initially the lack of a/c was concerning but it is totally unnecessary as the cool breeze and big windows with fan on the lowest made for a better night’s sleep. The host, Sandra was great too and we would love to revisit in the future.

Amazing villa near everything

We stayed for a week in April, the villa was huge for our party of four - tons of space to be together and also have your own space. The views are spectacular, even at night, and the villa is close to main resorts of Adeje, Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos; Loro Parque and Teide National Park are about an hour away.Check-in process and communication before and during our stay was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again, and probably bring extended family - so I happily recommend.

Lovely villa

Great villa and pool area, plenty of room for all 9 of us. Only downside is a little far out and too far to walk to the beach and main areas, so reliant on taxi's which was not easy. We had a great stay and made good use of the pool and BBQ.

Great stay above Fanabe beach

Great house to stay in, nice pool and all amenities were top notch! You need a car because the hills are very steep. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy the sun in Tenerife.

Sunset Villa

Very beautiful villa in a quiet area. Important to know that it is preferable to have a car to get around or very good legs, because the roads to get to the villa climb a lot. The villa is well equipped and has large private spaces for 4 of the 5 bedrooms. The sunsets are magnificent and the swimming pool is very pleasant. Thank you Sandra for the lovely stay.

Beatiful villa with a beatiful view

situated at the top of the hill you cant go much further up giving you the most incredible view of Adeje. The villa is very spacious & airy with 5 large bedrooms & a great outside area with a well maintained pool. Sandra was very helpful in getting us settled in & helping us with any queries we had.

Ville Verde stay

The villa is as described and better. Great location with a magnificent view over Costa Adeje. Everyone had their own room and separate en-suite. Close enough to main nightlife and restaurants, but far enough away for peace and quite. Car essential, as it is quite a steep walk uphill to the villa. Would definitely stay here again.
