La planta baja de la villa tiene una cocina grande y totalmente equipada, una sala de estar con comedor y chimenea, todo en un plano de planta abierto. También hay un baño con ducha.

Las puertas francesas conducen a la gran terraza, perfecta para comer al aire libre y nadar en la piscina.

Una escalera conduce a la planta superior, que contiene 3 dormitorios y el baño principal. Dos habitaciones tienen acceso a su propio balcón pavimentado y tienen cama doble. El tercer dormitorio tiene ventanas y 2 camas individuales que se pueden convertir fácilmente en una cama doble.
El baño tiene una bañera, una ducha y una lavadora.

Hay una barbacoa al aire libre.

A lovely retreat

We had a very lovely day . We were met at the port and followed Athena to the house - which is amazing - slightly up the hill so a great breeze on hot days . 20 mins to the beach on foot - and a great Taverna . Could not have asked for more.

Perfect mountainside escape!

My family and I loved staying here! We didn’t want to leave. It was relaxing, comfortable and quiet. It is definitely better if you have your own means of transportation, such as a car. There is a bus stop relatively nearby though. Honestly, we loved just staying at the villa and staring out at the gorgeous countryside. It is a short drive to several beaches. Highly recommend and we plan to return!

A beautiful property

We stayed for 10 nights at Athena's villa. It was beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately my husband fell ill over the last few days. Athena was extremely helpful and assisted our daughters. The communication was great and Athena's recommendations were very helpful. A lovely villa and beautiful island.

This was a very lovely property in a nice, quiet and remote (not too far from town) area. The view of the mountains was breathtaking anytime of the day. Athena (the host) was so nice, going above and beyond helping me when we thought we lost our personal car keys in the house after we had checked out and were at the port. As for the home cook meal with the rental, Athena's mom knocked it out of the park with the stuff peppers and tomatoes. Highly recommended for your current visit, and our future visit.

Exceeds Expectations!

This VRBO was far better than we anticipated! The home is gorgeous and meticulously kept, the pool and outdoor space are fantastic and the view… wow! Walking distance to the Stafilos bus stop and beach made it a perfect spot for our family of 4. Could have easily fit another family with us. Will certainly stay again if we are back on Skopelos! Athena went above and beyond when she picked us up at the port when my US phone would not call a cab for some reason.

Great Stay at Villa Papearethos

We were very sad to leave Villa Papearethos. It is a lovely house and property with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Athena is a wonderful hostess, very helpful and kind! We had a variety of questions about house and island and she was quick to respond and always super helpful. We really appreciated all her recommendations and tips about restaurants and beaches. Styfolos beach is about a 15-20 min walk away which our children (9,12,15) did with no problem. Town is a bit far for walk so definitely get a car if staying here! We recommend staying at this wonderful spot! Thank you Athena!

Wonderful stay at Villa Peparethos!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Peparethos and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Skopelos. My family and I (4 adults 3 children) came to stay in Skopelos for a week to celebrate my mother and daughter’s birthdays. Athena and her family were excellent hosts. Athena responded quickly to any queries and she was so helpful with her recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. We loved the delicious Greek breakfast which Athena and her mother prepared for us On our last day. The villa is spacious, well-equipped, clean and beautiful. The outdoor area is lovely and has everything you need. The pool is gorgeous and we spent hours in it. The location is excellent but a car is essential to explore the beautiful island. We look forward to returning to Skopelos and will definitely stay in Villa Peparethos again ❤️

The property was beautiful and secluded with a fantastic view.

We enjoyed staying at the property and found it comfortable and clean. The bedrooms had really good beds ! and the Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of free products meaning we did not have to buy things like salt and pepper , washing up liquid and dishwashing tablets. The outside space was really good with the pool being a great asset to the place. We liked the countryside around and all the animals nearby such as the horses and of course the cats. We found the wasps really difficult to cope with and this led us to not being able to eat our meals outside which we would have loved to do. We felt there must have been a nest (s ) nearby which could have been destroyed. Some feedback regarding the information folder, it was good to read about the nearby places to visit , but we would have liked more information about the house, for example how to use the washing machine , TV and oven. The cleaner and the cleaning was very well done but she stayed for 4 hours to do this which we felt was too long. We found the Manager Athena friendly and helpful and we knew where to find her if we needed something . We fell in love with the little white pregnant cat ! but worried about her future welfare having so many kittens in a year. We loved our stay and were sad to leave .! Thank you. we would recommend your house to others. Thank you Athena !

Exceptional property

First, we were welcomed by all family who helped us to drive our luggage to the villa Although we were early, we could bring our luggage inside and prepare for the beach. There, we could see that the villa was perfect,y equipped , clean and the pool is fantastic. Only weak point detected : width of the bed at 160 Instead of 180 for the parents. Perfectly situated and adapted for a family stay , this is the good place to stay if you want to enjoy family summer evening around the barbecue and take pleasure close in the city or at the beach .

Comfy family home

We had an absolutely marvellous time here. House was exactly as described, very clean, extremely well-maintained, most comfortable and had obviously been the family home at one time. Athena and her parents were easy to contact, helpful and delightful. Well located for the town and beaches however we were pleased that we'd hired a car - would advise others to do the same if possible. Wish we could have stayed longer. fyi we were a family of 6 with kids aged 15 to 20.

A huge villa for a fabulous family holiday.

Firstly, the booking process was really easy, Athena was on hand almost instantly to help with booking, sorting out car hire and advising on ferry transfer. Our arrival was seamless, despite the fact our ferry didn't get in until 10pm. The car hire service we were waiting on was quick and easy and we followed Athena to the Villa. It was a 10 minute drive, if that from Skopelos town, really easy. The villa is huge, there were just the 4 of us, but it had space for more. It was clean and spacious and was beautifully furnished but it really felt like a home. The doors and windows have screens to keep out the bugs and there is air-conditioning downstairs and in each bedroom. The pool is lovely and the villa is set amongst olive groves so the views are lovely and it is really peaceful. The children (both teenagers) loved the fact we could walk to the beach just under 1Km away. We had lots of lovely evenings in the town, in fact we only ever prepared breakfast and lunches in the villa, though it was resourced well enough to cook if you wanted to. It is really close to a supermarket, Rosemary (deli) is also worth a visit, just down the road. The housekeeper came and did a wonderful job and the pool was hoovered and cleaned, couldn't ask for more. It was a really relaxing holiday. We loved meeting Athena and her family, it was such a friendly and safe island and we needed for nothing. Warm and friendly, I have no hesitation in recommending the villa.

Villa Peparethos is the place to stay on Skopelos!

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Peparethos. The villa contained everything we required - it was like a home from home. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and admiring the views from the villa. The villa is in a fantastic location - Skopelos Town just a few minutes drive away. There is also a beach a 10 - 15 minute stroll away - it's just perfect. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Athena was contactable at all times and more than helpful when we spoke to her. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends or family. The only negative thing about our stay at the villa is that we had to go home!

Spacious villa in beautiful setting

We had a wonderful holiday in this spacious villa with its own pool. Immaculately clean with twice weekly housekeeping. Very well managed by the very friendly owner. The views from the villa are breathtaking and we spent hours by the pool taking in the views. Surrounded by olive trees the villa offers the perfect place to relax. The only thing missing was a dishwasher which we were assured will be installed early 2017. We highly recommend this villa and we definitely will be back next year.

Perfect Family Villa in great location

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa Peparethos. Built as a family home rather than a holiday let it is wonderfully spacious with plenty of room for the six of us including 3 older teenagers and very well equipped. It even has an in -tune piano you are encouraged to use. Athena provides a very warm welcome and is very helpful and good at communicating. She can help with any travel arrangements such as ferries and car hire too if you need it.The location is perfect being peacefully located in the olive groves but a short distance to both Skopelos Town and the beach at Stafilos. The villa and pool are kept immaculately maintained and clean with twice weekly housekeeping service. The outside area is very spacious and we loved spending time by the pool enjoying the view over the olive groves and having barbecues. Skopelos is a great island as there is plenty to do for all ages but still benefits from being a little bit off the beaten track (you have to look very hard to find any reference to Mamma Mia!). If you are looking for a more reasonably priced alternative to Paxos this is it! It is easy to get around either by car or local bus. It's a great place for foodies with lots of local produce tempting you to light up the barbecue and create your own Greek salads. The choice of restaurants is excellent providing modern Greek food as well as the traditional tavernas and we loved all the cool laid back cocktail bars dotted around the town with views over the harbour (Athena can provide good recommendations). It was perfect for holidaying with older children as they could easily walk along the track through the olive groves to the beach at Stafilos which has a really nice beach bar and music and sunbeds and umbrellas if required. A real highlight was a day spent with Juan on Lilly, his sailing boat, where you get to learn the ropes and then enjoy the crystal waters of a hidden bay complete with BBQ lunch before sailing home. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return.
