Private Waterfront Cottage With Dock On Berry Bay

Small sandy beach with dock. (Your) boat access to two larger bays and Ossipee Lake. Private wooded lot with beautiful mountain views including Mt. Chocorua. Spectacular sunsets. Great fishing. Gas grill and outdoor furniture provided. Two-bedroom cottage sleeps six: double bed, 2 twin beds, pullout sofa in living room, and cot in screened porch. Half bath and separate shower room. Renter brings sheets and towels; we provide everything else including small heaters for cold nights. Dogs must be pre-approved by Owner (insurance issue). Owner is in nearby cottage.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location on Berry Bay. Peaceful location. Able to keep my pontoon on the private dock all week. Owner Paul was quite welcoming and was at the shore when I arrived with my boat to make sure I found the right place. Enjoyed the peace and quiet and the loon calls!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this rustic cabin. The location is wonderfully private and secluded, offering peace and quiet while still providing excellent lakefront accommodations. The views of the mountains across the water were stunning, especially at sunset.The sandy beach area was calm and safe, with warm, clean water—perfect for our two children and our dog. We enjoyed paddleboarding, swimming, and fishing right from the property. Each evening, we were treated to phenomenal sunsets, and we even spotted deer and bald eagles during our stay.The screened-in porch was the best place to spend our time at night, with rocking chairs and a dining table for dinners with a view. We also stargazed from the dock at night.This cabin was everything we hoped for and more. We hope to come back!

Lake living at its best!

Had a great week - private with lots of water time. Grandkids, ages 1, 8 and 11 enjoyed their visit. Kayaking, swimming and fishing every day. Cottage was comfortable and clean. Our dog came and it felt like home!

This place reminded me of camping as a kid, at the end of a dead-end, wooded area, so peaceful and serene. The owner was so sweet and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better location or week and the dogs loved the water and the woods. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful, comfortable camp - PERFECT location

We had a most wonderful experience at this camp. We figured the beds wouldn't be comfortable considering it's a camp, but to our surprise, they were very comfortable. Plenty enough room for us. We ranged from 2 of us being there to 6 overnight. The kitchen is small but doable. Don't plan on shopping for the entire week as it's a smaller refrigerator, but that's ok because the grocery store is only about 20 minutes away. Plenty of amenities were left around for our convenience. I truly didn't want for anything. The location is PERFECT. Small sandy beach, dock, outstanding views of mountains and the lake. Dead ends into this property. VERY secluded although the owner is right next door, but you can barely see his place. Speaking of the owner, he is so sweet. Was there to greet you and give you instructions. Readily available if you need him. We will definitely be renting there again. Thank you for a perfect vacation spot.
