Bad experience - MOLD
We were disappointed with the place inside and out. When you walk in all you smell is mold. In the shower, the main bathroom toilet, outside by pool and hot tub all over the place, underneath chairs so bad we had to put towels down because we were afraid. The mold was so bad that I had breathing problems. When I got home I had to wash all the clothes and change the hoses, facemask filers and water tank in my CPAP because everything smelled like mold.
When I made the reservation I said that I was taking my 89 yr old Mother with me. She couldn't get in the pool or hot tub because the steps were so, so steep. I had trouble myself getting out of the pool, I had to crawl up the steps of the pool because I was afraid and I am 58. We had to help each other get in and out of the hot tub because it was so steep.
The screens over the pool have holes in it so there were a lot of flies and gnats We had to clean the pool everyday just to get in.
There is at least an in thick of dust in the wall ledge's and plants by the ceiling.
The inside needs to be painted.
There was no fooseball table as advertised.
We didn't receive the grill til the second day after 1 or 2 and we were planning on grilling our lunch that day.
We didn't receive the pool umbrella for 3 days. My Mother couldn't even go outside.
I hope this is not normal of your company.
Whoever is in charge needs to fire their cleaning crew and pool person.
What a sad experience to save for a family vacation, in which may be our last because she is 90. For it to be so horribly gone wrong.
