Beautiful Dawn is located in Davenport, Florida. 1,936 Sq Ft. A large South Facing Pool/Spa (Jacuzzi)... 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans (two master bedrooms), 3.5 bathroom, spacious living room with high ceiling.
Home is a place where we stay with our families and live safely. This Beautiful Dawn home is the best in many ways. The home gives us affection and security. It has modern amenities. This house is peaceful and comfortable.
The space
A simple and warm decorated home - sleeps 8 people, offering 2 KING beds, and 4 TWINS, each equipped with flat screen HDTV. Dining area with mid size dining table - seats 6 people at once. Living room has 60" TV, with a TV in each bedroom. All our TVs use Roku internet TV which provides a host of free channels and free Movie channels. Fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, white appliances, outside grill, pool and spa with outdoor loungers to enjoy some Florida sunshine.
Guest access
Community playground and court for children. Two private parking. Safe home and residency for children, and a great location to build memories and relax.

Property was nice but there is some upkeep that needs to be done like replacing broken blinds and the carpet is in bad shape and a few other minor things. Overall my Daughter and I enjoyed our time there.

PLEASANT STAY
OUR FAMILY NEEDED ANOTHER HOME TO STAY IN, THIS HOME WAS PERFECT FOR THE ONES THAT COULDN'T FIT IN THE OTHER HOME. THE SCREEN IN POOL WAS EXCELLENT FOR OUTDOORS RELAXATION. HOME OVERALL WAS GOOD. THANK YOU

the stay was great untell my son found a loaded needle in the couch it had no caps on it thank god he didnt get stabed messaged the host and never got a reply and the grill was broke and never got fixed the hole time we was hear and the host said it would never even got back to me to let me know what was going on
