Connie was very easy to work with and very helpful with anything we needed. The house was clean & equipped with everything we could ever imagine needing. Also the beds were very comfortable. The home is perfectly located between Zion & Bryce making it the best location to visit both National Parks.

The house was so cute. Connie stopped and told us hi and talked to us about the history of the house and gave us ideas of activities in the area. The house was clean and had a lot of "extras" that a lot of other houses we stayed in didn't have. It was the perfect location between Bryce and Zion parks. I would highly recommend this place.

Great spot to hit both Brice Canyon and Zion national Park. Beds were comfortable and all around good place to stay. Would definitely stay here again if we go back.

As a rural property, guests may occasionally notice natural outdoor scents depending on weather and wind conditions, though this is not something most guests experience. We loved everything about the cottage. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the hummingbirds visiting every morning. The hosts were fantastic. The cottage offered everything that we needed!

We loved this place! It was clean and cute and comfortable. The kids loved the swing in the front yard. The towns Fourth of July parade went right by the house so we were able to sit in the front yard to watch. Connie was helpful and even stopped by to make sure we knew about the festivities. Would definitely stay here again!

Pinky's Place is the cutest! The beds are so comfortable and it is a well stocked VROB very clean and cozy. Connie sent us directions to access the home while we were on or way from Moab. She gave all kinds of recommendations and suggestions for activities and restaurants and once we arrived there were bagels and cream cheese along with a thank you/welcome note on the counter. It is her husbands family home that they have updated and prepared as a rental. She has fruit trees and humming bird feeders all around. So fun to watch in the morning as we made coffee we watched them greet us! Connie's beautiful artwork is hanging through the house. She's amazingly talented. We met her husband Roger who has a big garage next door where he services vehicles. They are wonderful, hardworking people who make you feel like family. This stay was one of our favorites ever. Highly recommended, you won't want to leave!

Connie was very welcoming. The house is super cute with three comfortable beds. It’s the perfect spot to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion. Cute small town vibe in the area. It was challenging finding wine to buy, so if that’s your thing, buy it before your arrival. Connie’s welcome note and bagels and cheese was a nice surprise.

NOTE: We got a little lost looking for the house using Apple Maps. Use Google Maps instead. It is best to use as it helps you track your speed side-by-side with changing speed limits on the road as you drive through small towns in UT.Pinkie’s Place is perfect for travelers visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. Both parks are within an hour’s drive from the property. PP is perfectly comfortable after days of hiking and riding around the parks - we were able to rest and recharge. The beds have good support and are very comfortable. There are plenty of board games to keep groups entertained. The kitchen is stocked with essentials. The washer and dryer room is stocked and available for use - this is most convenient especially since we were caught in the thunderstorm a few times inside the parks. Connie is also very attentive to her guests. She’s responsive and has thought of every need of all travelers that come and stay at Pinkie’s Place. We definitely raved to our friends about this home and are planning to come back when we visit the area again.

This sweet little cottage was exactly what we were looking for as a home away from home. Everything was as we hoped. My husband has limited mobility, but was able to get around with his walker. Connie was very helpful in answering our questions, and even installed grab bars in the shower to accommodate my husband’s needs. Ten out of ten recommend!

Great location, sweetheart Connie made us feel welcome, everyone you need here for trip to Zion and Bryce! Will stay here again!!!

Roger and Connie love this sweet house and named it "Pinkie's Place" after his mother. She was nicknamed Pinkie by his father and signed all of her love letters to him "Pinkie." Pinkie fell in love with Stub when she was 5 years old.
Roger was raised in this home and has always stayed in this area. He learned to be a mechanic from his father and runs the Sinclair Service Station a few miles south in Orderville. Connie is an artist and loves quilt making and now teaches art at the high school.
Connie and Roger love the area and feel blessed to live here and have spent many hours out in the backcountry. They never get tired of seeing the beautiful scenery in the place they live.

Pinkie's Place is centrally located between so many beautiful National Parks, State Parks, recreational areas and National Forests. Glendale is a quiet little farming community where the people are as nice as they can be and the skies are blue almost every day.

Built in 1910, 'Pinkie's Place' provides that old-west feel but recent renovations ensure a comfortable retreat after each day spent exploring the surrounding canyons. The fire pit, outdoor picnic table and furnished covered porch create the ideal space to share time outdoors with loved ones while enjoying the mountain backdrop.

Step inside the lovely cottage home and enter the bright, fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and modern appliances. Whip up favorite recipes throughout your stay and set the 6-person table in the dining room to share family meals.

The dining area opens to the living room, where plush furniture surrounds the wood-burning stove and offers ideal spots to relax while enjoying Netflix on the flat-screen TV. Head out to the furnished covered porch and enjoy a nightcap after dinner as the sun fades beyond the mountains.

After your daily adventures, retire for the night in one of the 3 accommodating bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bath while the 2 remaining bedrooms provide a shared bathroom on the same level and king-sized beds for peaceful slumbers throughout your vacation!
