Esta encantadora propiedad de estilo menorquín se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo en la costa sur de Menorca. Lleno de luz y carácter, ideal para los días soleados cuando puede disfrutar del sol mediterráneo junto a la piscina, perfecto para relajarse y ver a sus hijos jugar en el jardín o disfrutar de una buena comida cenando al aire libre bajo el patio cubierto. Y en caso de que piense que hace demasiado calor, la casa está totalmente equipada con A / C. En la planta baja se encuentra el salón con ventanas francesas que conducen al patio cubierto, cocina independiente con acceso al lavadero y al garaje, una habitación doble con baño. En la primera planta hay 3 dormitorios, 2 de ellos con terrazas soleadas y 2 baños.

The villa is a great place for a group of 8. Air conditioning in all bedrooms kept everyone cool, the villa has plenty of space inside and out. The pool is one of the best we have had at a villa and is well maintained. The area is very peaceful and quiet, a car was definitely needed but Mahon, supermarkets and the airport were just a quick drive away. Would definitely consider returning to this villa in the future.

Location perfect (knew about being under flight path, others might not). But we know the island very well having visited regularly since 1972.Villa sleeps eight but, and a big but, everything else designed for six! Table, chairs, sun beds. Also a bizarre range of kitchen equipment, none of which matched or were sufficient. Dishwasher needs replacing. In general the host, perfectly charming when I needed to call him, should make a visit to assess how to bring it up to date before next season.I was also very surprised when advised that there would be no change of sheets after the first week. Never saw a cleaner but the pool man came four times in two weeks.All-in-all a perfectly acceptable Villa but could do with money spending on fixtures and fittings; for example the double mattress in one of the upstairs bedrooms did not fit the bed which was two singles pushed together.

Fantastic family holiday Villa

Our stay at the Villa was delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort, space, and tranquillity. The outdoor space is exceptional, with a vast, well-manicured garden and a spacious, crystal-clear pool. We spent hours lounging by the poolside, enjoying the sun and the picturesque surroundings. The patio furniture, while functional, is beginning to show signs of wear and could benefit from an upgrade to match the villa's overall quality. The villa's interior is equally impressive, with spacious living areas and well-appointed bedrooms that provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. However, the kitchen could use some updates. While functional, the utensils and appliances are a bit tired. Upgrading these, along with supplying matching plastic cups, would enhance the overall experience. The management company overseeing the villa was efficient and responsive, ensuring a smooth and worry-free stay. The villa's location is another highlight, nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood with minimal traffic, offering a serene escape. Despite its tranquil setting, it is conveniently close to excellent restaurants and a charming small supermarket just a five-minute drive away. Villa Elisa offers a fantastic holiday experience with its exceptional outdoor space, spacious interiors, and prime, peaceful location. With a few minor updates, it would be perfect. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Casa muy acogedora y muy bien ubicada. El propietario era muy amable. Nos dejaron gel y mascarillas, un bonito detalle! Tiene todo lo que necesitas a 5-10 minutos en coche o moto.

El alojamiento está de maravilla. La casa es preciosa, con buena distribución y muy cuidada. Muy bien situada. Como punto de mejora que contrasta con el resto es la falta de menaje en la cocina, muy poca vajilla, utensilios de cocina, no había ni trapos de cocina

Lovely property 😊

We stayed as a group of friends, the property itself is lovely for a getaway, we found we had everything we needed for our time there, anything that required attention, Mariano was on hand to sort it out. The area is very quiet and there are no streetlights either, as a group of women we found walking at night quite eerie but the area felt very safe.

Maison très agréable

Maison bien située , proche plage (5 minutes à pieds). Climatisation très appréciée. En revanche, nous avons trouvé (comme déjà remarqué dans plusieurs commentaires) que la cuisine est très mal équipée. Le frigo laisse à désirer… La table extérieure ne contient que max 6 places et chaises… tandis que la maison est louée pour 8 personnes !! Table de cuisine toute petite pour 2 personnes avec seulement 4 chaises. Le barbecue n’est pas stable, défaut d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. le gros bémol : les allers et venus incessants des avions (la maison se situe très près de l’aéroport et en ligne directe avec la piste de décollage et atterrissage (1.5 km). Environ 30/jour à partir de 5h30 du matin et jusqu’au coucher du soleil. Ce qui provoque malheureusement de fortes nuisances sonores. Enfin, nous regrettons fortement le manque de tolérance de la propriétaire, sa façon très cavalière d’agir et défaut de communication de sa part en cas de problèmes.

Fantastic location

Myself and my family had a fantastic stay at this villa. The views from the balconies are simply amazing. The villa is in a great location being 15 minutes from the airport and fantastic beaches a short drive away. You can reach two beaches and a swim point from the villa, only a 5-10 minute walk away. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, however as others have noted you need to have a care to reach a shop (we found the best for choice and value of money to be the Mercadona a 10 minute drive away and worth the journey). The communication with the owner was good and they answered any queries I had; the air conditioning was fantastic and much needed as we were on the Island during the heatwave in over 40 degree heat! Our only issue with being a party of 7 was the number of sunbeds and outside chairs, other than that we had a fantastic holiday and would consider for future visits.

Beautiful Villa in a tranquil location near pretty beach and restaurants

The villa is beautiful. It’s situated on a tranquil side street, has a lovely pool and pretty garden. Sea views from upstairs windows. The beach is 5 minutes walk and there’s a cove about a 7 min walk away. Two restaurants along the road from the beach, both good. Easily accessible to other areas and Mahon. Only requirement would be an upgrade of kitchen equipment. Had a fabulous stay.

Villa très agréable proche aéroport

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa qui est très agréable avec un super extérieur. Proche de beaucoup de point intérêts c’était très pratique. Possibilités de garer plusieurs voitures sans problème. Seul problème, beaucoup d’avion passent car proche de l’aéroport Je recommande tout de meme

Good sized villa with basic amenities

The villa has a lovely sized pool, a decent lounge area with sliding doors to the terraced overlooking the pool. The kitchen has everything you would need. All the bedrooms have aircon plus the lounge, although you can't run them all at the same time as the power can't cope, and we had one power cut, so we're more careful with power usuage after this. The showers/water is hot and strong. The beds are pretty hard but manageable. The location is fairly residential and I would recommend either hire a car or be prepared to order taxis to get around (there is no shop/supermarket walking distance) There is only really one restaurant in the village El Txoko which opens for lunch and dinner, the food is wonderful and we had only good meals here. However it is busy so you have to book a table, you can't just walk in. There is another restaurant Mel's however this is rarely open and never busy, we managed lunch there one day but we seemed more an inconvenience to the staff, although the food was fine. Also there are no paths at the side of the roads on the walk to the beach/restuarant so make sure you take a torch for the walk back at night. We never visited the beach as it was about a 20 minute walk along unpaved roads and with a pool at the villa we decided it wasn't worth the hassle. We did walk on the first night to Binibeca the slightly bigger neighbouring village (after we hadn't realised we needed to book a table at El Txoko and there is nowhere else to eat locally) The walk was about 45 minutes and again along busy unpaved roads, I would not recommend it, also it's mainly uphill and in the heat of August was pretty hot! Taxi's there are around 10 euros each way. Don't use the spar in Binibeca, massively overpriced get a taxi or drive to the slightly bigger supermarket in Sant Luis, much more choice and much better value. So overall we had a good holiday, lots of relaxing days around the pool, however we wouldn't come back as the villa is just a bit too remote for us, the villa itself although adequate is very basic and tired in places and really needs some general maintenance (the sky box just didn't work, and the satalite dish is rusted and falling away from the wall and kept us awake one night banging against the bedroom wall in the wind - we have reported this to the owner) I would recommend this if you are looking for a nice base with a good pool, don't mind a remote location, and will probably hire a car.

An ideal property for the family with the pool and space for relaxation.

We spent a very enjoyable week at this property and would recommend it to families both young and old. There were a few minor issues we would like to bring to the owners attention. In the kitchen there was an unpleasant smell , the source of which we could not identify and also there was some problem with the drainage of the sinks. We would have appreciated some more thin blankets as it was too hot without the air con and rather too cold with it. The neighbours at no 25 shouted a complaint through the hedge about the children's noise in the pool. Our daughter-in-law went to their house to apologise. The neighbours are retired and are permanent residents and are finding the noise from holiday makers a great nuisance. Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday and wish to thank the owner for letting us use such a lovely villa.

Wonderful stay

The house is exactly how described in the listing or probably better. Everything you need is there. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fantastic swimming pool. The area is so nice and quiet but close to anything you need (restaurant, minimarket, beach). Simone is a great host. We will definitely come back here and we already suggested the property to all our friends. Thanks Simone!

A lovely villa to relax in and enjoy, the terrace and pool are fabulous 😎

We really enjoyed our stay here, there was plenty of space, inside and out, it suited our needs very well. We spent a lot of our stay on the terrace, eating home cooked meals and relaxing. It was great to be so close to a beautiful bay with clear water and a clean sandy beach. The nearby restaurants are worth visiting and the small supermarket a few kilometres away sold everything we needed. The proximity to Mahon was a big plus, it's a lovely, small city with interesting shops (for clothes and toys) and lots of places to eat and cool down with an amazing ice cream or a cold beer.

A lovely house

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks in September. It is a lovely place in a very peaceful setting and fully equipped with everything that you need. The most perfect beach for families with small children is just 5 minutes walk away. We found no fault with the house, the weather was terrific and as usual Menorca was very welcoming.

Great Villa

We had a great holiday in this villa and loved the area. Everything as described. Enjoyed the pool. Giovanna at hand should there be the need for anything. Lovely beach within walking distance. Son Bou great for banana boat rides! Would definitely recommend!
