Pizzo BC stay

Great stay. host / management team very responsive when needed. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for younger families you will definitely need a car though.

Appartement supérieur très brillant, mal insonorisé, la proximité avec la route a rendu le séjour un peu pesant. Pour autant réactivité de la propriétaire afin de faire cesser le vacarne, tres a l écoute des locataires. Appartement bien équipé manque une cafetière. Literie impeccable. Prevenir aussi pour l arrosage automatique qui surprend. Globalement nous etions beaucoup sur l extérieur, donc le séjour a été agréable.

Schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Anlage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell und entspricht den gezeigten Bildern. Sie ist ausreichend mit Handtüchern und Geschirr ausgestattet. Alles war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber. Haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben sich sehr schnell und freundlich auf Rückfragen und Belange gekümmert. Die gesamte Anlage entsprach leider nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Der beschriebene Mini Market ist ein besseres Kiosk, das direkt in einer Bar integriert ist. Das Restaurant lud nicht zum Abendessen ein. Eher etwas für einen Mittagssnack. Das beschriebene Fitnesscenter scheint sehr in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Ebenfalls nicht sehr einladend. Leider wurde der zweite Pool mit Rutsche während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts renoviert und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Grundsätzlich scheint er aber der Beschreibung zu entsprechen. Es ist allerdings zu erwähnen, dass dieser Pool, der Mini Markt/Restaurant und Fitnessstudio in einem separaten Bereich der Anlage, die durch zwei Tore und eine Straße getrennt sind, liegt. Der Weg zum Kieselstrand führt durch den Pinienwald, was sehr schön ist. Es waren am Strand immer ausreichend Liegen und Schirme vorhanden. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, da es in der direkten Umgebung keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants gibt. Auch lohnt es sich, die schönen Buchten entlang der Küste zu erkunden. Das nahe gelegene Pizzo ist ein sehr hübsches Städtchen, wo man gut und preiswert essen gehen kann.

Hello, we own and regularly visit our apartment in this lovely location and our names are Alla and Andy and we live in Ashby in the heart of England and have two young children. We rent the apartment out ourselves to ensure quality of service and at a fair price but also have on site management to greet our guests.

Pizzo Beach Club is ideally situated with its own beach and in a safe gated resort. It is only 10 minutes south by car to Pizzo town and 15 minutes north to the Lamezia Terme Airport. Also within easy striking distance are Tropea (one hour) and Sicily (two hours and a ferry) in fact you can explore any part of southern Italy. For us it is simply unspoilt, ideal for children, low cost family flights (we always fly from Stansted) and you can relax on the resort beach or break the day up with a trip to the local town or up into the mountains. Also if you like to view architecture or history there are many treasures to uncover.

We have converted two apartments into one which provides more space than a normal two bed apartment and we have designed it specifically to make it child friendly. We have a 3 year and 5 year old and so needed safety even as far as grassing the patio so they can play outside without us worrying. We have not spared any expense on furnishing it and we go every year to update it and have our mandatory Italian short term sabbatical.
