A bright and modern 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4 with wonderful views over St Ives and out to sea. The property benefits from a balcony to the front and patio to the rear and is only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour, town and beaches. All bedding, linen, towels and utilities are provided in the cost as and complimentary welcome pack. Fast BT infinity Internet is available as well as a selection of books, DVDs and board games. During current times the apartment has enhanced safety and cleaning policies between guests.

We so enjoyed our stay here. The view from the apartment is indeed stunning - up high, overlooking St Ives, all the way down to the harbour and to the water is fabulous whether over breakfast or in the evening lights. It is all as good as the photos! The apartment is well equipped, very comfortable, clean & fresh. After a day's exploring, a deep sleep on the fab new mattress was just what was needed. Thank you to our welcoming hosts. We appreciated the contact to make sure everything is okay, and it was. We would not hesitate to return. Our visit happened to coincide with the St Ives Arts & Music Festival and a week of beautiful sunny days. Perfect.

The appartment was nice and clean, but unfortunately the double bed squeeked, so we had to sleep in the single beds. It was well equiped but it could be updated in some areas. The photos led us to believe that the harbour was closer and that the little garden wasnt really fit for purpose. The steps up to it were slippery when wet so was unable to use. The biggest disappointment was getting from the main entrance door to the flat upstairs, an awful smell of damp. That area needs attention. We came home early unfortunately:((

The views across St. Ives harbour and bay are absolutely spectacular, which is what comes with being up a hill I suppose. The space and apartment were just what we needed. I would highly recommend!

Ein toller Aufenthalt in St. Ives. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung hervorragend, lediglich an manchen Stellen war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Da müsste der Hausservice aufmerksamer sein. Handtücher waren aber liebevoll arrangiert, in der Wohnung findet sich alles, was für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Die Lage ist toll zentral in St. Ives, der Ausblick ist sensationell, genau wie auf den Bildern. Der kleine Garten ist auch gemütlich. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr schön und großzügig. Parkplätze sind wie beschrieben knapp, wir hatten aber immer einen vor dem Haus, wenn es nötig war zum Ein- und Ausladen. Wir hatten ansonsten einen Parkplatz beim St. Ives RFC, der großzügig und in ca. 15 Minuten gut erreichbar war. Zu Stoßzeiten fährt ein Shuttle. Wanderungen oder Bummel in St. Ives sind von der Wohnung sehr gut möglich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auch gerne irgendwann noch einmal!!!

This flat really does have a sea view!

A sea view without having to lean into a corner window or stand on a chair to see a tiny glimpse! Only one flight of stairs so not too hard to get to. Clean and tidy.

Great St.Ives Getaway.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes from the town/harbour where there are lots of bars and restaurants to eat at, and 10 minutes from a couple of fantastic beaches. The apartment itself was clean, light and airy with everything you could need, as well as a great view of the harbour!Loved St. Ives and the apartment, will definitely be returning.

Family holiday

This property is about 5 minutes walk to st ives harbour, parking was relatively easy near to the property but in high season you would probably have to go further afield, its not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties, the apartment has fantastic views over the harbour and is very well equipped, just like home from home, communication was really good with the owners and id recommend this establishment.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay, we are a family of four with a 2 and 4 year old - the apartment had the most fantastic views and everything you could possibly need including toys for the kids to take to the beach. The views were incredible - and for that you do need to be prepared to walk up some steep hills! But is well worth it for that first cup of tea of the day looking out over the harbour. Can’t recommend enough and would stay again! Thank you Steve and Helena!

Great time in a lovely place

We had a great time in St Ives, the flat is very clean and has everything we needed (including many board games that our son loved). Also it's nice to be within walking distance from the beach, the harbour and town.Great hosts too, very easy to communicate with.

Excellent property. Would stay again.

The view of the harbour is sensational. The apartment is well equipped although a dishwasher would be a brilliant addition. Bedding was lovely & soft. We liked the location also. Reasonable walk up the steps to the long stay car park (£26 for the week) where I could charge my car. Reasonable walk down the steps to town. Overall, very highly recommended.

Having spent many happy holidays in St Ives first as a couple and now with two young children we truly know how lucky we are to have an apartment in this very special place. It is still primarily our getaway with the children from our busy lives but we always promised that if we were ever lucky enough to own a place here and rent it out we would try hard to make sure all our guests went away with the same magical feeling we have always had after a stay We are sure that wherever you stay in St Ives you will enjoy its magic as we still do on every visit. St Ives is a magical place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. Big enough to enjoy many varied restaurants cafes and bars but still retaining the feel of an old fishing village.

The apartment has some of the most iconic views of St Ives and out to the ocean and yet is only a five minute stroll to the harbour and beaches. Though modern and bright the apartment still has a cosy feel to it
