A bright and modern 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4 with wonderful views over St Ives and out to sea. The property benefits from a balcony to the front and patio to the rear and is only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour, town and beaches. All bedding, linen, towels and utilities are provided in the cost as and complimentary welcome pack. Fast BT infinity Internet is available as well as a selection of books, DVDs and board games. During current times the apartment has enhanced safety and cleaning policies between guests.

Excellent property. Would stay again.

The view of the harbour is sensational. The apartment is well equipped although a dishwasher would be a brilliant addition. Bedding was lovely & soft. We liked the location also. Reasonable walk up the steps to the long stay car park (£26 for the week) where I could charge my car. Reasonable walk down the steps to town. Overall, very highly recommended.

Toller Blick auf Hafen und Stadt

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt und am Hafen. Leider ist das Parken in der Stadt nicht so einfach, der Vermieter gibt aber Tips.

What a view

Overall great experience- great communication with the host - no issues at all with the apartment- clean and great location with a fabulous view of which we could not get enough. Highly recommended

Wonderful holidays in St Yves

We spent a very pleasant week in St Yves. The flat is very comfortable, quiet and well decorated. The view on the town, the Harbour and the sea is amazing. The location of the apartment is perfect, near the shops, the Harbour and the beach.

Vue magnifique

Appartement tres agréable. Vue sur saint Ives superbe. On peut s y rendre à pied. Il existe un parking à proximité de l appartement. ( toujours une place libre en fin de journée debut juillet ). Bon endroit pour explorer la region et ses paysages grandioses. Je recommande vivement.

St.Ives - ist eine Reise Wert

Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Ortskern entfernt, lediglich eine Straße und ein Treppensteig muss gegangen werden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da die Wohnung freie Sicht auf den Ort, Hafen und dem Meer hat. Lediglich im Eingangsbereich vor dem Haus und Vorgarten müsste mal etwas getan werden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt - also wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen!

What a view

The apartment was perfect. The duvets were a little warm for this time of year. Enjoyed visiting St Ives and the surrounding national trust properties. Would recommend this property but not suitable for those that have difficulty climbing hills and steps.

Luvly st.ives

The Apartment was fantastic cant fault it, excellent view point made good use of the Balcony for most of the good weather we had. The walk upgives ur legs and knees a good workout lol. Apartment was well equiped and would def stay there again.Our only downside was the plantbox seperating 2 apartments on the balcony no.privacy needs proper seperation.

Lovely flat with epic views and great location. Information pack was really useful and appreciated the guidance notes on parking and restaurants etc. prior to our arrival which was really thoughtful. I would definitely recommend and use again :)

Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für einen Aufenthalt in St. Ives. Sie ist erhöht fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum und zum Hafen gelegen. Nach hinten heraus ist eine kleine Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig. Sehr ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage. Der Eigentümer ist sehr engagiert und kann bei Problemen jederzeit kontaktiert werden.

Lovely stay in St Ives

We had a great week in St Ives and would definitely go back again. We had some great tips on where to go from the property owner who was exceptionally helpful. The owner was great at communicating with us before and during our stay and we felt they couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We’d definitely go back.

Sehr ungepflegt,ter Außenbereich, Balkon und Terrasse fast nicht benutzbar

Die Lage des Apartments war wunderschön. Jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten zu wünschen übrig. Die Terrasse befindet sich in einem furchtbar ungepflegten Zustand. Heruntergekommen und verschmutzt, umgeben mit Unkraut und verwelkter Pflanzen. Das selbe gilt auch für den Balkon. Es gab keine Schlafzimmerschränke und die Schubladen der Kommoden rochen sehr unangenehm, sowie das ganze Apartment. Die Zimmer waren viel kleiner als auf den Fotos und die Küche wirkte sehr ungepflegt und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das einzig schöne an dem Apartment war die Lage mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Sankt Ives. Auch der Kühlschrank war sehr schmutzig und die Tür zum Eisfach war defekt. Es gab keinen Willkommensgruß, kein einziger Beutel Tee oder Kaffee, geschweige denn von Zucker. Alles in allem nicht sehr empfehlenswert!

Comfortable stay and great view

We enjoyed our stay. Nice to have the choice of balcony and terrace to enjoy. Wonderful view from balcony at front of building and from bay window in living room. Convenient to be able to walk down the steps into the centre of St Ives. Excellent communication with the owner.

Lovely Place

A beautiful flat, lovingly decorated, very clean and functional. Very close to the city and the port and beaches. You don't need a car. We always found a parking space in the car park at the beginning of Park Ave after excursions. We felt very comfortable.

Great stay in St Ives

We have just returned from our first visit to St Ives and totally fell in love with the place. The apartment has gorgeous views over the harbour and it’s a real treat to sit out on the balcony both first thing in the morning and in the evening, taking in the views. A quieter location and a good walk up steps to reach the apartment, but this got easier as the week went on. Within 10 minutes walk of all 3 beaches. The apartment had all we needed and we really benefitted from the courtyard which we used to dry our wet suits. It’s perfect for a family of 4 - we have two teenagers. Steve was great at communicating and the process of booking was very easy. We hope to visit again next year, a fab stay thank you

It is still primarily our getaway with the children from our busy lives but we always promised that if we were ever lucky enough to own a place here and rent it out we would try hard to make sure all our guests went away with the same magical feeling we have always had after a stay We are sure that wherever you stay in St Ives you will enjoy its magic as we still do on every visit.
