We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Michael and Eileen were incredibly accommodating from the moment we arrived, even allowing us to check in early and going the extra mile to fit a baby gate so our little one could stay safe.The house itself was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Communication with Michael and Eileen was excellent throughout, and they were always friendly and helpful.Overall, we had a brilliant experience and felt it was great value for money. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend the property.

Bay View is a lovely relaxing, bright and homely accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only ten to fifteen minutes walk down to the harbour. Taxi back for the four of us less than 5. The spar immediately next door very handy. We enjoyed a sea trip to see the seals and porpoises, a coastal walk to Carbis bay, pottering around St Ives including a very enjoyable visit to the Barbara Hepworth museum and garden, bus trip to Penzance and onto Mousehole from the bus stop 5 minutes away. We came to St Ives by train and had no trouble getting around by public transport, taxi and on foot. We were very fortunate to have good weather the majority of the week.We would highly recommend a stay at Bay View.

We were a group of five and thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Bay View. The house is beautiful (especially the living room), spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The icing on the cake was having 2 parking spaces and a TV. Thanks to that, we were able to watch both the World Cup semi-finals and the final from the comfort of the house, without having to find a pub.The hosts, Michael and Eileen, were also very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you both!We would definitely stay here again if we return to St Ives, and would highly recommend Bay View to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is ideally located, super convenient having tje shop right next door. The place was spotless, towels, linens and soft furnishings all felt clean and comfortable. The house itself is beautiful and the upstairs living space was great for a larger group.The host were responsive and helpful. We would definirelt book another stay.

Perfect holiday rental

Fantastic week in St Ives. House was spotlessly clean, plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. Hosts were friendly, hugely accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great base in St Ives.

Great stay

We had a lovely time. House is very clean and well kept. Great location and spacious open plan living area. This is our second stay and highly recommend. The beds are slightly on the hard side but everything else is fab!

Best home away from home

We had the best stay at Bay View. The house is lovely and was clean and tidy. It felt like home away from home with everything you need and more. The location is superb. Michael and Eileen are the best hosts and we will definitely stay in Bay View again whenever we go back to St. Ives.

Lovely stay in St Ives with the family August 2023, the property was perfect for us and we did spend 3 nights eating in after full days on the beach which were made very relaxing by the open plan upstairs layout of bayview. Would 100% recommend the property.

Excellent property

Warm, light and clean. We really enjoyed the living/dining/kitchen upstairs. Even on a wet day it was bright and cosy. The ensuite bathroom was really clean and had a great shower with good pressure.
