Please Note: Villa prices are based on 4 persons. Additional guests are charged at £49/week. Children under 2 years are free. We offer a cot and high chair free of charge upon request.

We would recommend to all our guests to take a travel insurance with Covid-19 cover.

Included in the price of your rental:

Air-conditioning.
High-speed Wifi (>200 Mbps);
Arrival Pack – Water, milk, coffee & sugar.
For stays 11+ days – complimentary mid-stay clean, together with linen and towel change. Please note that fresh beach towels will not be included.

Quiet location overlooking the second fairway of the championship golf course;
Walking distance to nearby shopping centre, supermarket and beaches;
Restaurants and bars of Caleta de Fuste can be reached by foot or by a short taxi ride.

TV – Wall mounted TV, with internet TV with lots of UK channels. We also have Netflix, but you need your own account to lock in and please don't forget to lock out before your departure.
You Tube and we also have an blue Ray/DVD player.

Bluetooth speaker with Google Assistant and access to Spotify;


Roof terrace – sun loungers and seating area with magnificent views out to sea and
the hills behind. An ideal area to enjoy a ‘Sun Downer’.

Absolutely perfect villa! We had an amazing stay. Check in easy on arrival, brilliant communication from Karin advising on where we could get food on arrival as we arrived in the evening. Pool was absolutely fantastic. Comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed! We did an online shop with mercadona which was perfect as we didn’t hire a car and they delivered. Short walk to the beach and Atlantic’s shopping centre. Walk to bars/restaurants a little further but a taxi into town was less than 5 euros. We had a few nights in enjoying the villa and had lovely meals at the nearby golf restaurant algo mas. Also had lovely meals at ascension, bar Oliver and other places we wrote about in the recommendation book at the villa. All in all a fantastic stay, we would love to return. Thanks

We have just come back from a wonderful weeks stay at this villa! Its a beautiful villa overlooking the Fuerteventura Golf Club, a really peaceful setting a short walk from the Atlántico Shopping Centre, where there are some lovely shops, a good supermarket, some restaurants and an arcade / bowling alley. The villa was really clean and wonderfully well equipped, as well as being really nicely decorated with a homely feel. Karin provided us with lots of really helpful information about the villa itself and the surrounding area prior to arrival, arrival and entry itself was really easy and straightforward, as was departure. Villa facilities were as described in the listing, and the outdoor area and private pool were clean and private, which was just what we were looking for. The area itself was lively enough for us but for those that prefer a few more eating/drinking options, it’s a short taxi ride or 40 min walk Caleta De Fuste.Would love to come back to this Villa for another stay some time in the future, ticked all the boxes for a lovely relaxing family holiday.

Fabulous week!

The villa was amazing - thank you for letting us stay! Great pool, efficient air con, lovely beds, fully equipped kitchen. Just a few minutes drive from the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the airport. Loved watching the planes and the golfers!

A beautiful villa overlooking the golf course. The villa was spotless and pool sparkling. The villa is very well equipped and the beds very comfy. A great location if you are looking to explore both the north and south of the island. Great communications throughout our stay. Thank you for a great holiday.

Excellent villa, great location.

This is a delightful villa right on the golf course with views to the sea. The interior is immaculate and a home from home. The shopping centre and Spar is only around 10 minute walk away. Karin’s recommendation of the unobtrusive pizza place in the Atlantico shopping centre was truly amazing - best pizzas ever!The weather was fantastic given we had left snow in Scotland when we left so to set off for the wonderful Fuerteventuran sun was an absolute bonus.Thanks to Karin for hosting and helping us out with a few queries whilst we were there.Highly recommend this property.

The vacation we all wished for

The villa location and its facilities made our month in Fuerteventura perfect. The villa is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool every day. The supplementary fee for heating the pool worthwhile and made access easy and pleasant. The villa has all the furniture and equipment to make our stay comfortable. The attending cleaners for both the villa and the pool did an excellent job and we really appreciated their visits. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing time.

Völlig problemlos, sehr guter Service durch Karin, prima Lage am Rande des Golfplatzes und nicht in der Mitte der Siedlung; schöner Pool - man sollte die Kosten für die Heizung unbedingt im Winterhalbjahr ausgeben! Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe; prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Fun in the Sun!

Very comfortable villa with a south facing pool which had the sun all day long. A much appreciated welcome pack, with thoughtful extras. The owner Karin could not have been more helpful, and we would certainly like to book again when visiting Caleta

Relaxing week

Myself and 2 friends were looking to get away for a week for some chill time. We booked the villa and everything was fantastic…… from communication before our trip to arriving at the villa and finding everything was as described. The villa is in a fantastic location and has everything you need supplied by the owners. The pool temperature was amazing, cleanliness superb, decor modern and space inside and out incredible. I will definitely book again for next year. 10/10

Amazing Villa!!!

Amazing villa in a great location. The luggage storage was a bonus as we arrived very early and was able to drop our cases off and go and explore. Karin was amazing throughout the whole booking process and provided lots of useful information about the villa and the local area.

Nothing short of spectacular - a 5* experience.

Firstly a word about the owners. They really care about you having the best time in their property. They are in constant contact with you sorting out stuff to make your stay the most hassle free. The villa is in the perfect location, on the golf course, 10-15 minute walk to the Shopping complex and 5-minutes by taxi into the centre of Caleta. The villa itself is sensational, immaculate inside and out. The pool are is secluded even though you face the 2nd fairway. Found a few golf balls in the pool over the two weeks! The heated pool is like a spa, the outside area is large enough for 5 adults to lose themselves. The 360 panoramic roof terrace is magical for sunrises and sunsets. The lounge area is equipped with all UK TV, Netflix and Prime. The bedrooms are substantial and every area bar the twin room has air con which was amazing for sleeping in the evening. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped (we left you a nicer wine opener and a pizza wheel Karin) The Fridge Freezer is top notch as is the hob and cooker and the Nespresso machine was very well used. You also get access to a washer and iron which is amazing so you don't have to bring too many clothes. The nicest touch about the villa, it has a suggestions book and the owners have implemented almost all of them, great touch. This was our last family holiday together as our kids have grown up. Would I come back, absolutely in a heartbeat. Thanks, Karin & Thomas what a wonderful fortnight.

Wonderful stay

This is a fantastic villa which we loved and was a great base for our stay. The villa is in a great location, nice and quiet, yet close enough to all local amenities. The area is easy to get around with lot's of transport options to allow you to explore. Karin was so helpful and thanks to this we had no issues at all thanks to all the information provided. The villa has everything needed, is in great condition and is very well looked after. We would definitely book again and also recommend to anyone looking for this type of holiday.

Another excellent holiday

We stayed for 10 days in December, & April this year the villa is all you would wish for, very comfortable & very well equipped with the added benefit of a heated pool , in easy walking distances to shops, restaurants & beach, taxis are cheap if you didn't want to walk back after a meal.Hoping to return later this year

Eine erholsame Woche

Wir haben uns in der einen Woche gut erholt Das Haus liegt in einer Einbahnstrasse, die in einem Bogen verläuft. Hier befinden sich weitere ähnliche Häuser. In der Nähe im Ort selbst befindet sich ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit u.a.Eurospar und ein paar Geschäften. Auch ein Lidl und eine spanische Bäckerei sind nicht weit. Uns hat es gefallen, dass der Ort nicht zu touristisch war. Das Haus bot ausreichend Platz, war sauber und hatte die erforderlichen Einrichtungen. Zudem war die Aussicht auf die Golfer interessant während wir die Sonne auf der Terrasse genossen haben. Abends istves auch schön ruhig. Insgesamt war es eine erholsame Woche.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

In  2012 we went to Furteventura for the first time  and we really enjoyed our holiday.  The weather on the island is pleasant throughout the year and the flights are manageable with younger ones.

So...we ended up being proud owners of a villa in Fuerteventura.

We get a lot out of our time in there and we hope we have created a beautiful and tranquil place which we hope our guest equally enjoy.
