A UNIQUE LUXURY modern Apartment, with a glass balcony.

There is full gas central heating and free Wi-Fi. It is very clean with quality fixtures and fitting.

We supply bath and hand towels, bath mats and tea towels.

The Lounge has a fantastic sea view to the front and a great view of the Whitby Football ground to the back.

There is a 40” free sat. smart TV.

The dining kitchen has built in appliances which include a dish washer, fridge, washing machine, a combi microwave - oven and an ceramic hob.

The cleaning and laundry price is shown separately as a one-off price per stay, therefore if you stay longer than two nights the over all price becomes progressively cheaper.

The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room; a very comfortable Queen sized bed and mirrored wardrobes.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a mirrored chest of drawers.

CHILDREN ARE WELCOME

PARKING

Luggage/groceries can be unloaded from the car at the door, so you don't have to carry it down the street.

There is free on street parking and other alternatives close to the apartment, which I will send you details of.

It is a short walk to the beach down the cliff path or there is a free shuttle bus to the beach (in season) just 200 yards at the old cliff lift. It's a five minute walk to Whitby Pavilion and Whitby Leisure Centre. You can walk to the centre of town in 10 minutes if you take the short cut through the stone archway/tunnel and down the steps, which is just passed the whale bones and it comes out at Harry’s bar and the Magpie restaurant.

Just 3 miles away there is an interesting Golf Course with a wooden bridge to the next part of the course.

A three minute walk to the Mini Golf Course.

Tara was most helpful with good communication throughout our stay.The apartment had beautiful views from every window and was spotlessly clean.Everything was layed out to get full benefit of the space and was so quiet and relaxing.Key safe and facilities were explained in great detail so arriving and getting settled in was easy.Its situated in an ideal spot with great parking options.The neighbours were also very welcoming and friendly.It would be my first choice again.Thank you Tara for letting us stay.

Great property and location

Lovely apartment, spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. Location is great, a nice quiet area, a few minutes walk to restaurants and amenities, 10 minute walk to the town centre and right on the beach and West Cliff facilities. Stayed here twice now, will stay again!

Excellent views of the sea

Great place to visit Whitby

Superb view, close to town. Good facilities and would visit again. The addition of towels is a must, we came over from Cyprus and had no room for towels had to buy some and leave them. This was a big dissapointment.

Very tastefully decorated and home from home!

We loved the penthouse, it was beautifully decorated to a high standard. It was home from home and a good location for us as we like walking. Will probably re-visit. It would make it even better if the heating had been on an hr before our arrival, as was quite cold being winter.

Apartment and view were very good and comfortable.

The property is very comfortable roomy and clean wasn’t aware the apartment was situated between a Residential home. Parking was good unloading it little difficult.

Fantastic Apartment with Sea View

Lovely bright modern apartment, that has a fantastic sea view. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the numerous windows means it’s really bright and airy. There’s plenty of room for four people and it’s well equipped if you want to cook a meal.

Penthouse with a view!

Love this Penthouse and have stayed before. It is decorated tastefully and comfy beds.There is a cool football pitch around the back! Just two things , it is extremely noisy with seagulls on the roof!It was freezing when we arrived as the heating is turned off until you arrive. Tara the manager/owner is always helpful. seagulls on the roof!

Very clean and tidy

This is the first time have stayed in an apartment as opposed to a B&B and we really enjoyed it and the more freedom it give you. The apartment is in excellent condition and very clean. Whitby stay.

Absolutely stunning views from every window - a beautiful week spent in Whitby. Excellent that parking permits were provided and the check in time of 3pm very welcome. The only criticisms I would have would be very minor and perhaps you might say superficial: only 1 toilet roll for a two bathroom apartment that sleeps 4 no shower gel/soap no ice compartment in the fridge Main bathroom sink took a very long time to drain (also a welcome pack would have been very much appreciated)

Lovely apartment in Whitby

Beautifully presented property which is close to all the Whitby attractions. Great views from the sitting and dining areas. Very light and bright space. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. The ensuite in the double bedroom is small but perfectly functional. The twin room is very small, more suitable for children than 2 adults but we realised that before we booked and it was comfortable enough for 3 nights. Take care with your 2 day parking scratch card, traffic wardens were especially strict. Highly recommend The Magpie restaurant.

Amazing penthouse apartment local to west cliff

The apartment was clean modern and comfortable. The instructions on arrival very precise accurate and helpful. The views over the sea are amazing and the gardens and pitch from the back windows beautiful. The penthouse is in a beautiful position within easy walking distance of all the amenities on the west cliff. This includes mini and crazy golf courses, cafe’s and of course steps down to the harbour and shops. We enjoyed a lovely Italian meal in Cosa Nostra restaurant which is just over the bridge and a fab fish and chip meal in the famous Magpie cafe. Highly recommend this plac and will be returning .

Sea view Penthouse

Lovely clean property and is more spacious than it looks on Photos. Really enjoyed the sea views and easy walking distance to the town. It has free parking opposite with scratch cards provided. Good communication with owner and able to contact if needed. Only negative is there is no freezer so unable to refreeze ice blocks this maybe an issue in the hot weather if you want to travel around but we managed as only there for short break . Also remember to take a hairdryer and dish cloth as only tea towels provided so need a cloth to wipe surfaces We would definitely book again and look forward to going again .

Lovely apartment

This is a great property in a stunning location. The views were great and the apartment is clean and spacious. Parking was a real bonus. Instructions re luggage drop off were clear. The only negative was we were asked to leave the cooker clean and the trays. The owner obviously isn’t aware that the cooker isn’t clean. When I used it the smoke alarm was activated because of this. Not a problem for us but feel the owner needs to know this .

Built to the highest standards by a local builder and furnished and decorated to exacting standards. It’s ideal for that special break.
