Dalendrienは6階建ての1階建ての住宅で、湖畔の海岸沿いの独自の半島に位置しています。遠海の入り口は、内陸の島からベン・ネビスの斜面まで走り、フォート・ウィリアムから離れたアルドナンシャン半島まで走る景色の良い道のすぐそばの湖の静かな北岸に座っています。 フォートウィリアムから約25マイル、ArdgourのCorran Ferryから北へ約8マイルの海岸線とスリップウェイの3エーカーの敷地にあります。 家には信じられないくらい広々とした客室があり、Glen CoeとBen Nevisの山々を望む壮大な景色をご覧いただけます。 家は快適な内装で、ほとんどの客室から湖と山の景色が見えます。 宿泊施設は、2つのダブルベッドルーム、洗面台付きのツインベッドルーム1室（子供用の簡易ベッドと折り畳み式ベッドが利用可能）、暖炉付きの広々としたリビング/ダイニングルーム、コンサバトリー、設備の整った大きなキッチンで構成されています。

Dalendrien is a lovely property and the location is fantastic. The views across the loch and of Ben Nevis are amazing and it was wonderful to wake up to that every morning. The house is well equipped, plus was clean and well presented. We enjoyed our week here and would like to visit again in the future.

We were at Dalendrien in July 2026 and we loved everything about the place. The house is super-well equipped with all appliances/basic supplies you might possibly need. We especially liked the big windows that allow you to look at the breathtaking Scottish landscape (and deer in the late evening) from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The location of the house is absolutely SUPERB with direct access to Loch Linnhe, stunning views and total tranquility (no traffic noise, no annoying neighbors ;-)). Also, many famous attraction are rather close by. My two boys and I did some fishing from the shoreline and caught quite a few fish (sea trout and pollock). Nikki (the owner) was very welcoming and committed right after we booked the house. If you think about spending your vacation at this house, go right ahead, you will definitely love staying there!

Dalendrien could not have been a more perfect home or location for a week stay in the Highlands. We had been away from this part of the world for over 20 years and our weeklong stay was spectacular. We felt like we were returning to our family home - everything was so complete and thoughtful and comfortable. In communications, Nicki made us feel like we were the favored relatives come to visit! We did visit all the surrounding historical and geological sites (Seil island was very compelling and Camusdarach beach was lovely) but our favorite times were those spent wandering outside along the one track road or in the tiny village of Ardgour with a great lunch and beer at the outdoor Ardgour Ale brewery, reading good literature, writing in journals, walks on the beach by the house, attempting to practice watercolor skills, eating and visiting together and sharing past memories and future dreams, surrounded in the comfort of Dalendrien and all the beauty of this part of Scotland set on Loch Linnhe.(A bit of practical info - Ft. William is an easy drive away and Marks and Spencer Food Store at its entrance has wonderful freshly prepared food (and quite a selection of gluten fresh items) perfect for those who don't really want to spend a lot of holiday time cooking or cleaning up. )

Fantastic location

Very comfortable house in a large garden right on the shore of loch Linnhe! We stayed a week in July and had a wonderful time. We want to come back again!

Comfy house in a beautiful setting

Very comfortable and well equipped house. Beautiful and relaxing environment with a lot of possibilities to walk and interesting activities. Really enjoyed the (evening) visits of the deer and sheep.

Hogmanay - The Fraser Family

We have stayed at this property before and have come back for Hogmanay. We have had an amazing time. It is so peaceful and quiet and the wildlife is stupendous. The cottage is so warm and welcoming especially with the open fire. We love it and will be back.

Family break with grandchildren

Excellent secluded accommodation with a huge garden and beautiful views. Lots of wildlife to be seen from morning to night. This property has everything you need in a kitchen, and there is also a great selection of films, books and toys. Would highly recommend this property.

You couldn't wish for a more perfect holiday home!

Everything about this house was outstanding - especially its spacious and cosy rooms, the fantastic views, its location and seclusion. You are far away from the hussle, yet within easy reach of all sorts of entertainment. We wish we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation

By far the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. You felt you were at home. The views are spectacular. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely to see so much wildlife, including the stag that made his nightly appearance. Highly recommend this property. Nicki the owner is wonderful.

Lovely stay at Dalendrian

We had a very lovely stay. The weather was a bit miserable but despite this we had a very comfortable time at the cottage. The view of the loch was wonderful. The wildlife - birds, deer, red squirrel and pine Martin were fabulous to watch. The house was the best stocked holiday cottage I’ve ever stayed in - very well equipped kitchen and great selection of games, books and films.

A wonderful cottage in a wonderful location.

We all had a fantastic week in this wonderful cottage which was just perfect for us all, We could go fishing from the bottom of the garden, while watching Eagles over the mountains behind the cottage, deer, red squirrels and even a pine Martin in the garden, superb views from all of the windows and very easy to book and all the information given to us by Nikki beforehand, she even sent us a brochure pack before our stay with all the local information on, she also kept in contact before and during our stay to make sure all was OK, Thanks again Nikki.

I am thrilled you had such a good time in Dalendrien, I hope you caught some fish! The red squirrels took up residence last year so wonderful to hear they are still around, although I worry when I hear the pine marten has been seen as it might scare them off. Very happy that the eagles were seen, I believe they have a nest somewhere in the glen behind the house, and the deer are frequent visitors!

Superb Location

Dalendrien is beautifully quiet and serene. We all enjoyed sitting every morning and evening looking at the views and waiting for the Deer to arrive! The property is extremely well equipped, we've only found one other that is as well equipped and that is in Crete! We were extremely lucky with the weather and had some warm sunny days - all in all - perfect

Wow!

We loved everything about this property and wished we could have stayed longer. The views are amazing and it was so peaceful. We had lots of fun having bbq's on the beach and paddling in the loch. We even saw a seal swim past one morning! The house had everything we needed and more and Nikki's communication with us was fantastic.

Magical location and beautiful comfortable house

Dalendrien was warm and comfortable. On arrival we found the property to be exceptionally clean. The kitchen had every conceivable gadget. The bathrooms were very modern, towels and linen were very good quality. The conservatory was our favourite seating area with its spectacular views of the loch and mountains.

Amazing Property

Nicki provided us with all the information that you required to have a wonderful holiday. The property was homely, clean and had everything you required. It was set in the most amazing location so peaceful. You had Red deer and a red squirrel visiting and we watched an otter in the loch. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Excellent property

Well equipped property with fantastic views. We fished on the beach near the old jetty and managed to catch 9 pollock between us. The deer and sheep visited the garden and the peace and quiet was wonderful! The weather was better than we were expecting and we had a great time exploring the wider area. Thank you!

The perfect getaway

One of, if not the best rented properties we have stayed in. Accurate description, everything you could need and more. Terrific views of the Loch, Ben Nevis etc. Plenty of room for everyone. All needs were catered for. The wildlife did not disappoint. Only the Golden Eagle didn’t show, but hey, that’s wildlife. Terrific holiday. Thanks To all who looked after us.

Incomparable Rental and Location

The house and setting are gorgeous, any time that we were sitting inside was spent in the sun room taking in the view of the shore and Loch Linnhe. The house was spotless and Nicky has provided everything you require for a comfortable stay, including written instructions, as required; she is an excellent communicator and caring hostess. Unfortunately, we had abysmal weather (pouring rain) during our week which is not good when the majority of the local activities are outdoors.

Wonderful Stay Dalendrien

We stayed at Dalendrien to celebrate a 50th birthday, and wow – what an incredible place! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The champagne and birthday card were such thoughtful touches and set the tone for a truly special stay.The house itself is amazing – beautifully kept with fantastic attention to detail, and those views! Every window offered a stunning panorama, making wildlife watching an absolute joy. We were treated to nightly visits from a pine marten, three majestic stags in the garden, numerous deer, and even a barn owl flying overhead. We also spotted an otter in the loch and were lucky enough to see a white-tailed eagle soaring above it – unforgettable!It was the perfect break in every way. Peaceful, scenic, and full of wildlife – we didn’t want to leave. A huge thank you to Nicki for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Superb!!! Marvelous house with an unbelievable insane beautiful view from the great and big windows looking at the loch, sky, mountains and the big garden next to the beach of the loch! Fantastic beds and good equipment in the kitchen, 2 ovens and magnetron & easy cooking on induction. One big bathroom with shower & WC and one shower & WC. Enormous bath towels very comfortable & some small.Comfortable sitting room and a nice conservatory in front of the house. And every day the sheep visited and in evening time the deer!!It’s worth to drive the single track road of approx. 8 miles (from the ferry to the house). Lots to see & discover a couple of walking trails.We were sorry to leave!!

The most ‘WOW’ property we’ve stayed at!

Wow, what a stunning place! The location and views are unrivalled, the comfort and warmth of the house will have you never wanting to leave! The house has everything you could possibly need and the beds are unbelievably comfortable, the towels big and fluffy, the showers are hot and powerful. The setting is completely private and you will just stare at the loch and mountains all day. I would wake up super early just to see the view again and head down to the loch. Each night we were visited by Deer in the garden right outside the huge windows, the Pine Marten also visited at the same time each day. So much wildlife! It’s a true fairytale property.

What a lovely review, thank you. I am so happy that you really enjoyed your stay in Dalendrien, and all that the house and its surroundings had to offer. I particularly like guests to have a home from home feeling. The sighting of the pine marten was a bonus as they are very shy creatures.

Outstanding Property

Dalendrien is an absolutely fabulous place. The views from the property are stunning and totally relaxing just to sit and look at the Loch or Ben Nevis. We saw plenty of wildlife including lots of Finches on the bird feeders, we also saw Red Squirrel, Porpoises and seals in the Loch but the highlight was a Royal Stag that run through the garden (thanks Nicki on the info on how to tell what stag is what) I can't rate this property highly enough, I would give 10 stars if I could. Nicki is a first class host and was quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back.

My parents bought the house to escape the pressures of work, have family visiting, enjoy the peace of its remoteness, the scenery and to use a boat on the loch. My grandmother was Scottish so my father felt he was returning to his roots. It is surrounded by water and mountains, remote, but not so remote that you are away from all that the area offers.
