Riverview Villa Goaには、Talpona川を見渡せる広々としたリビングルームがあり、マスターベッドルームは絵のように美しい景色を眺めながら、2番目のベッドルームは裏庭に面しています。

両方のベッドルームはエアコンが付いています。 ヴィラにはモダンコンサバ、モダンなバスルーム、洗濯機、アイロン設備などを備えた設備の整ったキッチンがあります。

ヴィラにはシーティング付きの日陰のベランダがあり、庭には日光浴場があり、リバーサイドガゼボには昼寝用のベッドが付いています。 清掃、洗濯、メンテナンス、必要に応じて買い物をしてくれるヴィラハウスキーパーは、週6日ヴィラで利用できます（近くの市場やスーパーマーケットから2km離れています）。 ハウスキーパーは毎朝（日曜日を除く）4時間ヴィラを訪れ、朝食を取って食事を喜んで調理したり、自分の料理の準備を手伝ったりします。

Peaceful and Tranquil

Hospitality par excellence. We were very well looked after. Beautifully appointed and seamless check in, with every detail in place. Best was the rooms were beautifully cool when we arrived after our car drive. Nafisa the house keepers killer prawn curry. Magnificent view and we spent most of our time watching the tides change in the river in the comfort of the gazebo.Tranquil, peaceful and a perfect haven. Thankyou Chim, we'll be back again and again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Nafisa and ashraf who look after the house make their guests feel very welcome, nafisa’s cooking is delicious, esp her Goan prawn curry! The views from the deck of the river are really beautiful and miraculously it’s the only house I’ve ever stayed in where you can see the sun rise and set... the sunset scene is incredibly theatrical, an hour of murmurations and birds coming home to roost... chim is a very helpful host, and responds immediately to any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back!

This house is perfect everytime . This is second time in the property and already looking to re book for March .. Chim is amazing and very helpful. And the maid is perfect! Every morning I would wake to delicious breakfast and fresh coffee. Highly suggest asking her too cook you an authentic Indian lunch, it’s incredible ... If you want a get away, here is perfect , sit overlooking the river and relax... it’s perfect

Fantastic little villa in South Goa

We stayed one week in August at River View Villa. What a pleasant, relaxing home to be in during late monsoon season. The view of the river was amazing and constantly changing with the different light of the day and changing tides. It definitely felt like home away from home. We received a message from Shefali upon arrival at the airport to let us know our driver would be waiting for us and provided his phone number. Shefali was waiting for us when we arrived at the villa to show us around. The housekeeper, Nafisa, and her husband, Ashraf, totally spoiled us. Waking up every day to the perfect cup of coffee or masala chai was such a treat.. Nafisa is an excellent cook, her breakfasts were delicious and filling and her dinners rival the best restaurant. We requested paratha for breakfast one morning and even though she had never made them before, Nafisa turned out some of the best I have ever had. She took such great care of us during our stay and we will miss her very much. Life was very pleasant at River View Villa. We certainly plan to return, hopefully in the very near future. Thank you!

Doesn't get better than this, paradise.

This is our 4th visit to Riverview. As always the house is spotless and the garden beautiful and are both looked after by Nafisa and Ashraf. They are a wonderful couple who can't do enough for you and are great company. Nafisa cooks breakfast and meals on request. Her butter chicken and masala omelettes are fabulous and better than any restaurant. There is a new bar around the corner called Varandas which is worth a visit for the views at sunset. The house is well situated and handy for taxis rickshaw etc. Patnam is 5 minutes away with great beach bars. We spent most of our time in the garden watching the river go by with the fabulous wildlife and peace and quiet. Cannot fault this holiday, house is superb, tastefully furnished, all mod cons and Nafisa and Ashraf make the stay perfect.

Perfektes Haus mit einzigartigem Service

Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir uns für dieses Haus entschieden haben und konnten den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ganz besonders möchte ich auf die wirklich außerordentliche Sauberkeit des Objektes hinweisen. Das Klima im Haus lässt sich wunderbar regulieren und die Mücken bleiben aufgrund der Mückenstecker auch während der Monsunzeit fern. Vom Garten aus kann man den Fischern bei der täglichen Arbeit zusehen und entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit der Hauseigentümerin und die Abwicklung des Buchungsvorganges war stets seriös und sehr angenehm. Die kurz vor der Anreise zur Vergügung gestellten Informationen über lokale (seriöse) Taxi- und Rikschafahrer, Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants u.s.w. waren äußerst hilfreich. Einzigartig ist der Service der Haushälterin, die täglich einige Zeit im Haus ist (außer Sonntags, da wird das Frühstück geliefert), um das Frühstück frisch zuzubereiten und das Haus zu pflegen. Wir konnten am Palolem Beach, Rajbag Beach und Galgibag Beach(dieser ist währen der Saison wegen der Eiablage der Schildkröten gesperrt) prima am Wasser wandern, schwimmen oder in der Sonne liegen. An allen Stränden waren Rettungsschwimmer. Unsere Reisezeit war Anfang September, also während des Ausklangs der Monsunzeit. Es hat ca. 30 min pro Tag geregnet. Dafür waren die Strände fast leer und die Sonne hat uns ebenfalls beglückt. Das tropische Klima führte bei uns dazu, alles etwas gemütlicher anzugehen, was im Urlaub nicht wirklich stört ... Danke für diesen tollen Ort, wir kommen gerne wieder!

A perfect place to laze and enjoy goa

We all loved the villa...the wonderful stay arrangements and the warm hospitality. To come to Goa and not want to get out of the house...is a rare thing but the villa is such that you just end up being a part of this dream world and don't wanna step out of it. Loved every bit of interior design and landscaping and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Nafisa the housekeeper is a delightful and very genuine person to chat with, excellent cook and took very good care of us.its a pleasure to meet such caring people. Overall the stay was too good and i would recommend this villa to anyone who would want to relax in Goa.

Beautiful Location, Fantastic Villa

Riverview is a well appointed and perfectly positioned house with a pretty garden and lovely views of the river. It is located on the edge of a small unspoilt village where, most mornings, the fishermen bring in their catch. The deck and patio afford great views of the wide river which teams with bird life ranging from great flocks of house crows to kites, egrets, herons, kingfishers and eagles. You can watch the sun rise to the east and set over the palms and the beach to the west and every evening the light is different and makes the perfect accompaniment to the local beverages. Breakfast was always delicious and served with a smile, the housekeeper will prepare lunch or dinner on request and if you want to eat in you won't be disappointed. The house has everything you need for a two week stay and is very clean and comfortable, the owner is charming and helpful and made us feel very welcome. It is a five minute walk to Rajbag beach which is quiet but if you want more beach action walk to Patnem which is a bit busier and then onto Palolem which is busier still. To the south Galgibag is also very quiet but has some interesting restaurants and bars hidden away in the trees at the back of the beach. You will be spoilt for choice as far as eating out. We ate at two of the three restaurants in the village and the food was superb but for more choice Patnem and Palolem are a cheap taxi ride away. Seafood is surprisingly good value and of a very high standard and the curries are fantastic. This is a quiet corner of Goa and it did feel a bit of an effort to visit the "sights" but a trip up river with one of the local fisherman is a pleasant way to end a day; Chaudi the nearest town is small but frenetic with a colourful fruit and veg market a few days a week and the Tanshikar farm is well worth a visit. We had a wonderful and very relaxing fortnight and would defiantly recommend Riverview Villa, Rajbag and Southern Goa.

Another brilliant holiday

Back for our second stay this year. Again it was excellent. The house is spotless and well appointed and Nafisa and Nilima were on hand to look after us. They work hard and Nafisa is the best cook in Goa, tried the butter chicken this time, better than a restaurant. Nilima looks after the gardens, which are beautiful and both girls and the owner Chim are fantastic hostesses and can sort out anything you need from a rickshaw to lunch in an old Portuguese house. They are lovely people and very friendly.This really is a spectacular location with great views. You can watch the fisherman bring in the catch and the women take it to market, see the Kingfishers, eagles, heron and monkeys and all from the patio where the excellent breakfast is served. Plenty of restaurants nearby in Patnem and Palolem but if you feel lazy Nafisa will cook for you and it is well worth it. 10 minutes walk to Rajbag beach and 15 to Patnem beach. Plenty of taxis and rickshaws and the girls will also sort out a driver for any trips you want. We had the Diwali celebrations whilst we were there which are great fun and everyone is so generous.Best holiday we have had x

Paradise

If you want to get away from the big hotel resort formula and see the real side of Goa this is perfect. The house is well equipped, stylish and has incredible views of the river. It is an oasis away from tourists but near enough to jump a taxi to the restaurants and bars. There are two girls who come for a few hours in the morning and look after things, make breakfast or evening meals if you wish. The food is better than the restaurants (which are exceptional) and the omelettes and sheeha in the morning are fantastic. Try Nafisa's prawn curry for dinner, best in Goa.The girls are unobtrusive, very helpful and accomodating and keep the place spotlessly clean.There is a wonderful decked area on the banks of the river from which you can watch the world go by and get some shade and a nice breeze.The gardens get the sun all day and dawn and dusk are spectacular. The garden is visited by some lovely birds. Kingfishers etc and you can watch the river birds hunting for fish. If you don't do crowds of people Rajbag beach is ideal and in the evening the bar/restaurant shacks on Patnem (a five minute taxi ride) are perfect.The owner is Chim who is on hand should you need anything and is very helpful, friendly and nothing is a problem to her.We have had two wonderful weeks of lazing around and enjoying the house and the local area. Highly recommended and would go back.

I've also collated this information into a welcome pack which you can peruse at your leisure. I'm also happy to show you around and familiarize you with the nearby places.

I've lived in this area since 2002 and always found this riverside perfect because it's close to the beach and all the restaurants, entertainment etc. yet feels like an oasis of calm ...the best of both worlds.

Riverview Villa is just a 7 minute walk from Rajbag beach which connects to Patnem beach. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of the nearby golf course & also go cycling or kayaking. If you are looking for great food in the comfort of home, the Housekeeper who comes daily is a brilliant cook and can cook you wonderful Indian food or help you in your prep. Many of our guests have said that the best food they had on their holiday was at Villa.
Other amenities included in the tariff are : breakfast, mineral water, housekeeping/cooking service, laundry, wi-fi, sky TV & a land line for local calls.
